I have been patronizing Koenig Equipment for several years. I do not have a large farm nor any large farm implements. I have a riding lawn mower and other miscellaneous power lawn tools. Koenig Equipment treats me no different compared to a customer who has a large farm and large inventory of farm implements. Koenig Equipment provides quick service solutions and friendly customer service. Tonya in the service department is a main reason I continue to give my business to Koenig Equipment. Although the prices are a bit high, it is a ‘get what you pay for’ type of business. I would recommend Koenig Equipment.

Its great to have the pick up/maintain/deliver services. So nice to have my lawn tractor maintained without any complications for me.

Great service department - specifically Adam. They picked up & delivered my tractor, completed all repairs, and called to let me know what might be needed in the future. PLUS - they washed and cleaned the tractor before returning it to me looking nearly brand new. A+

Spent 600 dollars to get my dads John Deere zero turn mower repaired last mowing season. It went in twice for the same issues, and when it came back it was used once and broke down again as. It now sits in the garage, where we pushed it. As no one wants to chance spending more money to just have it break down again.

To some that may seem a bit “pushy,” but it was nothing like that at all. It was friendly, and informative. Sarah listened to what I wanted, what I was willing to spend, gave me options, and made it happen—no pressure, no up-sells, no BS. We easily exchanged more than 20 messages, she promptly answered all of my questions, and that’s why I signed the purchase agreement after only 24 hours of looking—can’t get any better service than that. My wife is thrilled with the purchase, and I like watching her drag timber around our new property. What she’s not thrilled about—the lack of similar service she’s received from other outfits while shopping for other items for our new place. I was shopping around for a new jon deere 5055e or 5065e, I inquired on the tractors from keoning equipment, and Wright equipment, I prices several quotes for diffrent options with Sarah Cross through email and I sent Sarah a quote from a couple different dealers, it took her days to respond to my emails. And to give me a competitive price with wright equipment in Seymour IN, I sent Sarah a quote and she was 3,256.00 more on her quote I asked her if she would match or beat Wright equipment price and never responded. So after 3 day I sent another email asking her If she would be competitive and to send me a price breakdown. I got a very nast unprofessional response from her Im going to copy and paste it at the bottom of my review.Bottom line very rude and very slow to respond I will take my business elsewhere.Where the dealer will work with you and not get upset about recieving multiple quotes.Oct 7 at 12:35 PMJoe,If you go back to my original email, I have given you figures on 5 different tractor configurations.  I have quoted fair and competitive tractor prices to you each time but you seem to be willing to travel extreme distances, consider old equipment, and opt for tractors that aren’t actually what you were originally looking for just to save some money.  At this point I am certain that you will find the best deal elsewhere and I respectfully decline to provide additional quotes.Best of luck,
