I would give less than one star if possible. Worst customer service. When they answer their phone the lady will put you on hold and transfer you to someones voicemail or just hang up. If you have to visit the store you better not be in a hurry. I went in to buy a package of wire nuts, simple enough? NO. I had to log in my order, then wait for a slip -which never came- then visit two other windows and pay before I get what I ordered. I could have grabbed what I wanted off the shelf and paid for it but that was too easy. I left after ten minutes of standing around being unattended. Extremely complicated ordering process. I like to support small businesses but they make Lowes, Amazon, and all the big box retailers look appetizing compared to their horrendous business model. Why have items in the front for display if I cannot buy it right there, pay, and be done? It is hard to believe that they have stayed in business for as long as they have.
