Everyone here is super friendly and will go out of their way to help you find whatever you are looking for! The regular prices might not be better than Walmart, but the sale prices frequently are! And the loyalty program can get you up to 20% off all of the time, which saves me a lot of money! I have read some of the negative reviews and feel that most of them would be answered by simply asking the staff. For example, the out of stock items and/ or empty looking areas are mostly from Covid related manufacturer problems and not controllable by the store. Also, I think the staff is doing a great job, considering the staffing shortages which are widespread right now. The only gripe I have is that every Rite Aid has different hours, so it is hard to keep track of which one is open when and so I have to keep looking it up. Also, the store and the pharmacy should close at the same time.

Sad store ! Looks like it’s the depression or a bodega with nearly every other item missing and tons of empty shelf space not to mention everything in this store is available across the street at Walmart for $3-7 less per item! Just don’t waste your time.

Dont answer phone when you call pharmacy. Have to drive there to find out if your refill is ready and alot of times they tell you they dont have it. That they will recieve it this day. So there are times you have to wait even though they know you get it every month.

I want to give a huge THANK YOU to the pharmaceutical staff. My husband has an UTI and the medicine would have cost over $300. We wouldnt have insurance for another month, (hubby got a new job) and they managed to get the bill reduced to under $50!! Supper friendly and understanding staff. Thank you, again.

This Rite Aid has a really good pharmacy. The people that work in the pharmacy are extremely fast & very nice. I use this pharmacy exclusively because they are so nice. 5 star Pharmacy!!!!

The pharmacist, Brittany, was phenomenal! She went out of her way to fill my prescription, even when this required contacting other pharmacies to make it happen. She was very busy when I arrived to get my prescriptions filled, but she did not let this impact her professionalism. She kept me updated as she filled them, and she was pleasant, polite and helpful the entire time. Thank you for going above and beyond in customer care!

Didnt have name brand item

My problem is with the store not the pharmacy. The woman working as a cashier does not greet people never smiles, she should not work with the public.
