Clutter in store caused a customer to drop and dent a drink can, rude employee attempted to force customer to purchase the damaged goods, manager made her replace the product, employee said that if it happens again she will force the purchasing of damaged goods. Chip rack shelving caught on coat causing the incident, employee saw it happen and had no concern for customer.
