Best store I’ve been to over the years! I was nervous to go looking for new glasses because it’s hard to find ones that fit my face and I didn’t want to be a pain to try on tons and tons of frames. I’m also relatively new to the area, so this was a new store for me.But Aimee and Ben were so helpful and great to work with! They helped me with the selection process and it was actually a really fun time. There were two other staff members around that were really friendly also.I’m really impressed with the friendliness of the staff, and will DEFINITELY be using them in the future. This is the place to go if you want help from knowledgeable and friendly staff.UPDATE: A couple days after receiving my glasses I went back into the store to get them adjusted/possibly get a new pair. An optometrist Marcie was wonderfully helpful! She was fantastic with helping me find a pair that fit my face and looked good. Marcie, Ben, and Aimee were so friendly and kind about the whole process yet again, and I am so glad that I chose this location! Keep up the amazing work!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the female manager at the store and Marcie along with everyone else! For the last three years I have gotten glasses and never been able to wear them because everything I looked at was in the shape of a trapezoid. No doctor could fix it or even get close to it. I have never worn glasses before this was my first time as I noticed I was using readers often. The Dr. and the entire staff worked with me they remade my glasses several times til we got it right. They even told me to go home wear them for a week or two and come back and we’ll try something else. This was the first place that enabled me to see, and that my friend is something amazing!Each time I went in I thought they would say oh no here comes that lady that is never happy, but that was never the case instead they were kind friendly even got to know me and my husband and ask us personally about our week. Their care was so good not only did my husband and I get a pair of glasses, my husband went back for safety glasses, and we both went back for a second pair not covered under insurance. Now what does that tell you this is a fabulous place and you will not be sorry. It was worth every penny we spend and then some!

Had the most relaxing exam. Was waited on quickly and extensively. I am happy to get a great price on my favorite frames. Okay I had to get sunglasses 😎too!! Lol. Can see perfectly out of both pair

The entire staff at Lenscrafters in Westmoreland mall was absolutely awesome. They listened to what I wanted/needed in a pair of glasses and treated me with the utmost respect and kindness! Other businesses could learn from them. They worked seamlessly together. One of the best thing I liked was when I called to ask questions and make an appointment, there was an actual person that answered, not an automated stupid push this button or that button recording. Real people, real caring and real help!! Thank you lenscrafters!!!

The last time I shopped for glasses at LensCrafters was 2014. I simply cannot believe that I went anywhere else since that time. WOW, not continuing with this store was a huge mistake. Asst. Manager, Ben Wingrove was the consummate eyecare professional - a super asset for the company. He patiently walked me through the frame and lens selection process. His knowledge of the state-of-the-art technology during the proper fitting process was impressive and reassuring to a senior like me. Ben even took the time to adjust my current glasses which resulted in the best fit ever with these frames.I am so pleased with my visit that my husband AND my daughter both will be in for their new specs.

I always go and looking for something unique. They always come through! The staff know me by first name which makes it much more welcoming and fun.

I have had amazing customer service each time I have come to LensCrafters. Staff are very knowledgeable patient and are very communicative! The provider I have seen takes her time, very thorough, understanding of other conditions that may impact your eyes and vision. Can’t say enough good things!

The staff was very courteous, polite and also helped me pick out the best glasses for me. And my eye doctor was knowledgeable and also very understanding about rescheduling for dilation for my eyes. I will definitely spread the word about this place.

HORRIBLE!!!! 3 months Ive been trying to get glasses I can see out if and kept getting ..well keep wearing them, you may have to adjust I did that for 3 months and then they broke my glasses while trying to adjust them and took a pair off the shelf that everyone puts on their face!!! I paid almost 400 out of pocket for a used pair of glasses. This isnt the first time they didnt get my glasses right and the samething happened with my husbands glasses they had to remake his lenses also ... but after 3 months they didnt give me the option to get the lenses remade just told to keep wearing them!!! So I have 2 pair of glasses $700 and I havent been able to wear either pair!!!!

Always great service. Ive lived in different states, and always went to LensCrafters. They make the entire process easy. Recently went in to the Greensburg, Pennsylvania Westmoreland Mall store to make a warranty claim on my glasses lenses, which expired during the lockdown 2020. They still honored my coverage, and my new replacement lenses are on their way.

Stopped by for new pair of glasses after mine met their untimely death and are now sitting at the bottom of a lake. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. The best part is they got my new glasses ready in one day.

Great overall experience. They had my records still from a few years back and my exam started on time and went quickly. Dr. Orslene was thorough in her explanations and took extra care to make sure I trialed a couple of different contact lens brands before committing to one. The doctor and staff made sure to let me know of all of my options so I could make vision choices that worked for me.

We went in because my daughter ran over her glasses with the mower and we needed to replace them right away. It was time for her exam anyway so I scheduled an appointment. They allowed us to go through the entire exam, with us telling them several times that we only came there because of the one hour glasses, and then told us that they no longer do 1 hour! There was no mention on the website when we made the appointment. They said nothing when we got there. We waited over 20 minutes past my daughters appointment time. They did her glasses exam but not her contact exam so they had to take her back to do that. During this time we had mentioned several times to different people that we were there to get glasses that day because my daughter had run over hers with the lawn mower. Then they had her pick out frames. It wasnt until we were discussing which type of lens to purchase that they finally told us that they no longer do 1 hour and it would take a week to get her glasses. We told them that after that treatment we would not be buying glasses there and we took her rx elsewhere. I feel lied to. I could have been informed of the change in policy when making the appointment, when checking in, when speaking to any of the employees, or even by a sign in the window. This was certainly not the first bad experience we had there but it will be the last. I will never step foot in that place again.

I can not thank the staff of Westmoreland Mall LensCrafters enough! They truly went above & beyond for me. I had my heart set on a burgundy/rose gold pair of Michael Kors frames - sadly at the time I went to pick out frames they seemed to be out of stock everywhere. But, when a shipment came into the store & the staff saw that there was a pair in the shipment, they called me right away & held them for me. I could not be more grateful for their thoughtfulness & customer service. I have always highly recommend the doctors & staff of the Westmoreland Mall LensCrafters location & will continue to do so.

I am so grateful to Greensburg Pennsylvanias LensCrafters for their excellent service today. I arrived desperate for a new pair of glasses, having broken mine one week before traveling abroad. These eye specialists could not have been kinder nor more helpful! I would highly recommend the physicians and staff of Greensburg LensCrafter to anyone! Thanks to this wonderful group of vision specialists, I will certainly be seeing more of Eastern Europe than without glasses! They have my prayers and my gratitude!

Never will shop here again! We’ve always went here because of the “1 hour “ turnaround. Well no more, they now force you to purchase their “urgent care premium lenses” to get them same day. However this is not told or explained at anytime during the exam process. Not even at checkout, they just charge you for them! I do not like being taken advantage of, or being ripped off. I canceled the entire order, took the prescription to Sterling Optical (also in the Mall) and was able to get the same glasses same day without being overcharged. This was after Lens Crafters told me that there was nowhere that would be able to accommodate same day glasses like them. Lens Crafters will never see my business again, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience!

Although I was glad for the eye appointment today, I was very disheartened to see that Lenscrafters has continued to lower yourselves to the manipulative, presumptuous, and unethical practice of making another appointment for my NEXT exam without my consent, cooperation, nor knowledge. Are you so hard up for patients that you must resort to that manipulative practice, presuming we dont have a choice of alternative providers we might choose from? Makes me wonder if I really want to continue with Lens Crafters. Please take my name off of your next appointment that has been automatically scheduled without my consent. Dr. Bruce Fowler.
