This sheetz is in such desperate need of complete overhaul. The parking lot is a nightmare coming in from all directions given the unique lot it is on, and the facilities inside are the same as they have been for 15 years. It’s an extremely busy location, serving so much of north Greensburg, and would benefit from a complete tear down and rebuild. The young men and women working here are working with less than ideal resources. I just had to cancel an mto order I waited for 30 minutes for, not for lack of the employees not doing their jobs, but the fact this sheetz needs better, reimagined facilities. Sheetz gods, bless Greensburg with a new sheetz! Please and thanks. 😂

Friendliest staff! my drinks are always made perfectly, food always hot… great people. i’m here on a saturday night at 11:30 and there’s only one girl working on MTO but she’s doing amazing for how busy it is!!!

For God sake! Why Google always takes you to where the pools are? Even I have activated “no pools” the directions suddenly change giving you a small frame message, “you can save time if you go to wherever the GPS wants ... “, and if you don’t press on time (only 3-5 seconds ) it will change to take you to the tools! When I don’t want to go!! That’s why I choose from the beginning ‘NOT TO GO FOR WHERE THE POOLS ARE!!Is google helping ‘someone’ for the money they can collect?

Stopped her to use the bathroom and it was the nastiest bathroom iv ever seen at a sheetz didnt wanna use it the stall door handles are black from being used and not being cleaned just shameful paper towels were everywhere on the floor . then atm was out of order and they only had one cashier and a long line not pleased

Too many drunk people go here at night so thats bad for business and restrooms are rather disquieting at times

Another great Sheetz store. Theyre making these stores very nice now days. Ive been to many Sheetz stores throughout Southwestern Pa & the newer stores are very efficient. Service is always on point at Sheetz stores also. They have good food also.

Ive never had any issues here, whether early morning for coffee or lunch. The staff is always pleasant, which is always appreciated, and my order is always correct. The parking lot is tight, but there isnt anything that can be done about that.

The air pump was a little finicky but has the cheapest gas around

We waited 11 minutes for our made to order latte. It was a little after 9:00 on a Tuesday, there was no one in line ahead of or behind us and we were the only people in the store. We finally got our latte and left, and on the way home we realized it wasnt even made right. It was supposed to have double caramel in it, and it doesnt even taste a little bit sweet.

The new coffee system is very disappointing! No flavor at all! I would stop a few times a week. Now I will never go again!

The area this particular store is in is INCREDIBLY BUSY. People need to be aware of that. Also the parking lot can be tricky to get in and out of. If people werent rushing around like morons it would be easier to navigate. All things considered this store is my favorite. The employees (expect the new ones) are quick, prompt and friendly with service. Just dont be a tool for the 5 seconds that youre in the store and things will go smoothly. Honestly the customer base is the problem here. But you cant expect much in the way of respect, courtesy and intelligence nowadays with people. Just slow down for a second and everything will be fine. They have everything you need there. If there is a problem they will address it (Ive watched it happen more than once cause Im there quite a bit). I dont get what the big deal is.Also the one older lady that works there is MVP. Best cashier ever. Wish I knew her name. Super nice and insanely fast.

Ive never had any problems with the food or service. Always been satisfied with all of my transactions inside. That said, why 3 stars? Can be difficult to exit, depends on the traffic. I have been approached in the parking lot and seen things I wont reference in the review; be cautious.

The supervisor double charged me for a refill cup drink. She literally put the charge in twice on the screen. She insisted it was the normal charge and the price hasnt changed recently. Every other sheetz Ive gone to has never given me any issues. I just refilled it last week for half the price she charged.

I ordered a turkey sub with bacon lettuce onions and black olives. When I opened it you would have thought I ordered a salad. My bread was open on both sides because of the amount of lettuce shoved in and I ended up wearing the onions and olives.There were 4 people in MTO, too busy talking to make food right

I had to get my money back for a steak sub because I was told it would take 25 minutes to make. This is not a restaurant to sit down and eat a meal at a booth... And even if that were the case 25 minutes is pushing it.

All counters were sticky and covered in soda, slushies, and coffee. Visit was around midnight, an employee pocketed my money instead of ringing me out and threw away a fake receipt. When I was unable to get my food I requested a manager, who refused to roll back camera to see the issue and instead told me, and I quote, Well, well just take the hit and give you your food.Honestly dont even want to give one star but there isnt a lower rating. Will NEVER come back.

Probably the worst sheetz order 2 kids meals for my 2 kids got 2 hot dogs but 1 chocolate milk 1 yogurt and 1 mac n cheese bite. I go there for ice tea I like gallikers ice tea the truck come on Friday night I go Saturday afternoon put the damn tea in the coolers. Ill drive 10 more mins to go to irwin.

I ordered my usual, frozen white chocolate mocha and it was made wrong.Ive ordered this drink 800+ times from 20 different sheetz. I told the woman working behind the counter politely that it was wrong, there was no espresso in it. It was actually white because there was no coffee. She said I made it with a crappy attitude like she never makes mistakes and it was white because I ordered white chocolate. Maybe so, but I didnt order white flavorless coffee. Hahaha. Whatever. Needless to say it tasted like crap so i slammed it on the counter and walked out.

Some of the other reviews on here are insane. Its a gas station, not a 5-star restaurant.

Sheetz is lyfe. The big mozz with boom boom sauce followed by a swarm of panhandlers shouldertapping for drug money.
