I bought my 2018 Cruze in April - and all service was great. (Derrick helped here).Recently, for the first time, I used their Service Dept for oil change and to buy winter tires. Everyone I encountered from the scheduler, to the person who checked me in, to the technician, and shuttle man (I think some of their names were Nichole, Savannah, Scooter, Jason). Everything and everyone was great. Made me feel comfortable, catered to my needs, car was done in a reasonable amount of time, reasonable pricing, things were explained to me clearly. PERFECT!

I bought a set of tires there 5 months and last weekend I noticed a bubble in my tire and everything I saw online stated that it could have been caused by a pothole BUT it also stated that it could also be a manufacturer defect.I have barely driven my car since I work from home and I was told that the bubble was not a defect and that I had to pay for another tire even though I had just bought a set of 4 tires 5 months ago.I was never asked if I wanted any tire protection when I first got the tires and I wasnt even asked this last time when I just got the one tire.I have never had a place that I bought a set of tires from tell me that I had to pay for a new tire when the tires arent even 6 months old.Ive been to Sams Club and Walmart for tires and if I had an issue with a tire, then it was replaced for free. I didnt have to pay for a new tire.I usually trusted this dealership but honestly, I dont really want to go back.Even though I bought my car from there I might just pay another service center for my yearly inspection.I used to love this dealership but I most likely wont buy another car from here.It was a bad experience from the beginning back in 2019 and now this.I am beyond disappointed with Star/Delaney Chevrolet.
Mike Hileman was awesome. He wasn’t pushy or intimidating. He simply asked my number, I told him, he showed me my options, I picked one and he worked hard to get my number to match my pick! I had no intention of leasing a new car the day I leased my new car. Nicky Giolotti was also fantastic. I had a nightmare experience in the financial office of a dealership down the road about two years ago. This was the opposite of that. Nicky was incredibly personable and helpful. Even when I signed on the wrong line and he had to reprint pages to be signed.

Working with Gina at Star Chevrolet Service Department in Greensburg, PA trying to resolve all the issues Ive had over the past year with my 2020 Chevy Equinox has helped ease the frustration and disappointment in GM. She has gone above and beyond to help resolve these issues. I truly appreciate all that she has done to help me. Unlike GM, who was not willing to properly compensate me for a year long struggle trying to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, she did all that she could to resolve the issues. Finally after a year of driving this vehicle with a bad axle it was repaired. GM was aware of this issue but I was never informed of any recalls. I am beyond disappointed in GMs response to this but Gina was great through the year long ordeal. Thank you to Gina and the Service Department at Star Chevrolet.

DO NOT TRADE!!!! I was offered $7,000 for my trade in. When I questioned the low price, I was informed that they would not get that much more for the vehicle. The next day, (obviously not much work put into it), it was offered on the lot for $14,000. When I questioned the General Manager about this. he told me they would probably sell it for around $10-11,000. The point here is both dont trade in your previous car to them, and know the dealership is willing to come down THOUSANDS of dollars on a pre-owned vehicle. THE GENERAL MANAGER TOLD ME THIS!!!!

I went in for a check engine light and stalling initially and by the time it came for the fix the check engine light was off, I asked for an inspection and emissions as it was due for both stickers; when I pulled off the lot onto thirty and stopped at the Barnes and Noble intersection the car had stalled, I wrote it off as them changing the transmission fluid because the check engine light didn’t return, as I drove to Indiana pa the car stalled on New Alexandria road I called the dealership and they were dismissive of the issue.

I was sold a used vehicle that had/has some mechanical issues. Some of which have been corrected, some not. The reason some are not is the Service department recommended that I take the vehicle to a Cadillac dealership as they will not be able to fix the vehicle. The ISSUES have been brought to their attention since day 1, and now I am left with a vehicle that is not roadworthy. The salesman mislead me about warranty coverage and dismissed my questions as to a low trade-in value. Overall poor service and NO ONE has contacted me to speak about this matter.I will update this in the future if any of this changes.

Went here because my car was leaking coolant. I was there well over and hour, three different people couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Star told me to come back the next day and let my car sit for a few hours so my car could cool and then they would hopefully be able to tell what was wrong, so I did. The next day I came back an hour after they told me it would be done and they didn’t even look at it yet. They insisted that they are just about to pull it in and look at it. I asked for my keys back and left. Today, I brought my car to a different place and the mechanic could see the issue in less than two minutes and had it fixed the same day. Interesting. How does a Chevrolet dealership not know an obvious issue on a Chevrolet? Star Chevrolet will take advantage of you. Beware they charge an insane amount per half hour just to diagnose the issue. Greedy and dishonest.

I came here hoping to leave in a brand new SUV. Although it didnt work out that way, I received great customer service, I felt valued as a customer, I received notifications,even after I left, for investing my time (which means a lot). I was impressed with the amount of beverages offered (Im pregnant and always thirsty), I also was pleased to see the cleanliness of the dealership and updated decor. Trust me, after driving over to the RAM dealership, these things really mean a lot. That dealership was horrible in so many ways. I received some great information regarding my situation that I did not expect to ever hear from a salesman. That really goes far with me because I was shown that its not about the sale, but the best options for each specific situation. You rock Chevy! I wanted a keypad installed on my truck to unlock the doors. Called and ordered it. Made an appointment to have it installed. $125 for part and $155 total. So $30 for labor. I arrived Saturday at my scheduled time. Go to waiting area. 10 minutes later Im told they cant do it on the weekends because chevy is closed. Fair enough honest mistake. I then rescheduled. They just called and want to reschedule again because the vehicle needs dropped off for the entire day. Im only getting charged $30 for labor yet they cant do it at a normal appointment. I find that hard to believe. The only reason they get 2 starts is because Latrobe chevy wants $250 for part and install. I now called Blairsville chevy and they quoted $155 out the door plus tax. Hopefully they can figure out this simple task.Edit. Mind you they just have to program and stick the keypad to the side of they truck. No wiring or drilling to mount.
