I also appreciated that in the weeks that followed - as I was trying to decide what to do - I only got a few follow up e-mails. (As opposed to being bombarded with dozens of messages.)When I booked an appointment, I promptly got a confirmation call, and was advised that the price quote provided online did not include fees related to title transfer, etc. The day of the appointment, I was in and out the door in about 45-minutes. The check I got ended up being almost $600 less than the online quote, but was still competitive with what I expected the car to sell for. The experience was hassle free, and that was what I wanted.
