John and Regis are always accommodating and knowledgeable. I feel confident when bringing my car for service and regular maintenance.

There was no car offered(even though one was requested and confirmed to be available)had to wait 3+ hours until shop closed. Work that was done was questionable whether it needed done. I.e rotors replaced under warrenty but not pads total exceeded what was originally qouted.

When I called to get info on Delaney Volvo John Caravaggio was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When I dropped my car off Regis Sauers was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. They were both professional and polite. Even the gentleman who drove my car in to be fixed was very polite. When I picked my car up the work was complete and the car was washed and waiting for me. It was an overall excellent experience.

I drive an hour to this dealership, because of the service advisors Regis and John. I feel comfortable going with them, that they are honest with my best interest in mind. I will continue to return to see them, although there are other options closer to my home. They not only listened to my concerns when others did not but promptly got the problem resolved! Thanks again to the service advisors at Star/ Delaney Volvo.

Very affordable service. Way cheaper than the other two Volvo dealers in the area. They even picked up my car and left a loaner (a brand new and fully loaded one) at no charge. The customer service was very good, and all the work was done within a day. Definitely would recommend!

Always a pleasant experience

Great service from start to finish. We had an excellent buying experience getting a new Volvo XC40. We love the car and everyone we dealt with at the dealership was wonderful. We can highly recommend them!

I drove 6+ hours from NY to get my XC90 here. Jon who was my sales person took really good care of me. He did not try to market anything or convince me to buy. Honestly, I think he is one of the best sales person I have ever dealt with. It was worth the 6 hour drive and would do it again when its time for a new Volvo. Also, Jon made sure the car was on great condition before I took the vehicle. Jon also helped me return my rental car and treated me to lunch.

Just had a great experience purchasing a new Volvo XC60 from Jonathan - Sales/Assistant Manager. He was very knowledgeable of the product and provided great customer service while we were there. The showroom was very nice as well... it kind of felt like being in a living room with the couches, chairs, TV and mini bar area with snack and drinks. This kept our kids entertained. The Sales Manager, Dick was also great. If youre looking to purchase a new Volvo, I would highly recommend Star Volvo.

Just recently leased a 2019 S60 RDesign off off Jonathan. He is nothing short of excellent. Great customer service and answered every question we had thoroughly without hesitation. Fantastic experience working with Jon Maxon. He’s the Sales Manager at the Volvo showroom, really knows his stuff, and goes above & beyond. It was a very busy evening, Jon was alone in the showroom and yet he gave us the attention we deserved. Not pushy at all, very helpful and friendly. Jon stayed until 11pm (place closed at 9!) to make sure we left with the car we wanted and got the promotional rates that night. Would definitely recommend going to Star Volvo if you can work with Jon (and even his colleague Jason Sumi).

I went to the Volvo showroom and I wanted to buy a new car since I had had an accident and desperately needed a car . No one offered to help me. No one offered to show me anything. I asked the salesman if he could help me and told him I wrecked my car and needed a new one. He laughed and got busy talking to another employee. I left at that point and went to Smail Auto Group and bought a new Mercedes wagon. Paid cash. My Mom had a Volvo and I thought I would try one out. I will stick to a Mercedes and the wonderful service and appreciation I get from the Smail Group.I as a businesswoman I cannot believe the treatment I got at that Volvo dealership in Greensburg!
