Back in 2014 I bought a nice 2013 Malibu with LOW MILES!! Excellent deal. At that time I had salesman named Scott, he was working hard to help me, he was very friendly, professional. I had my car in ONE hour!! No long time waiting around. The owner was nice he came out offered me coffee. This was the BEST car buying experience Ive ever had..I will be back to purchase my next vehicle there.!! I love my Malibu!! Thank you!!

They were nice enough however I told them what I could afford prior to even going there including my down payment. They had all my info to run my credit history and still chose to waste my time by making my family and I come out there and approve us for things that we would never be able to afford.*EDIT* my recent experience at Flannery Cars was great. There was no time wasted and I knew what I needed before I even entered the building. The salesman were great and there was one minor issue with the car that was addressed with urgency and in less than 24 hours.

Experience started off just fine. Now after two weeks and between me and my wife calling five times apparently they are just to busy or dont care enough to even make a phone call. This is before they sold me a car cant imagine what the service is like after they have your money.

Great sevice at a great price. Had 4 issues fixed on my car and the final bill was significantly lower than the estimate they originally gave me.

Was there with family member who was interested in a mower, salesman was very thorough with explaining options, actively listening to customer needs, didnt try & upsale. The most enjoyable moment was for my 16yr old sitting in her dream 🚗 and getting a pic for her FB page. A look of pure bliss being in the Mustang drivers seat

Went there as a first time buyer with decent credit. They wanted a ridiculous amount down on a vehicle. When I told them it would work they really didnt seem to care and just tried again and sat and waited for a half hour a second time and never heard anything. They said they would contact me and let me know. They have yet to do so. Their cleaning person was also unprofessional and on her phone in front of customers. The car I was looking at didnt have a jack in for the spare tire, they said they would give one but still make a good impression. Second of all there was no owners manual. The sales rep Tim was friendly though and is the only reason I am giving this place two stars. However I was not impressed with the owner, Jims customer service and he seemed to have a cocky attitude.

Just so everyone understands I am not an easy person to please. I bought a Chevy Malibu lt 2014 at Flannery for my son okay and to make it real simple my son walked out happy with a great car to drive. I walked out with a great price and real good low interest. The level of professionalism in this dealership is outstanding and I mean on all levels from the wonderful lady that sold us the car to the father and son team. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this dealership and oh by the way they are not crooks they are very honest and carry great product, cars we drove were great. So please do not hear the negativity check out this place for yourself and I bet you you will walk out happy. So I say try them out and you too could be driving away in a nice new car comfortable and happy with your purchase and by the way we got a great warranty too.

I have no idea how they have 5 star reviews must have wrote them themselves. They are the most arrogant people I have ever met stay clear unless u like being talked down to.

My experience was atrosis, Im normally not one to write bad reviews but this time I must make an exception. The service was horrible, the moment I walked through the door I was ignored, then once I had got service they kept leading me to vehicles way below what they believed my spending money was based on my age. If you want lack luster service, to be judged, or to ignored be sure to give them a visit. Im happy to say I ended up at latrobe Chevy and Ford to get my vehicle, so thank you flannery for pointing me in the direction of caring salesmen.

There was a vehicle on the lot that I wanted to inquire about.Got approved for something way out of my means. I must have came to late or I didnt have any money down so the sales man didnt want to waste company time. Mixed emotions about my experience here.

Horrible first time experience. Jim Flannery is the owner and extremely rude and unprofessional. This dealership sells used cars with very limited warranties. Jim Flannery is now trying to sell lawn mowers next to his used auction cars. BUYER BEWARE! Jim Flannery is a crook.

I visited Flannery auto earlier the day of June 10, 2016, looking to purchase a 2014 Cadillac XTS. I was upset after a few minutes, thinking that I was just a another number, instead of a willing customer, trying to purchase a new vehicle for myself I walked out. I called the dealership a short time later, and voice my displeasure! To my surprise, the owner of Flannery got in contact via phone a few minutes later, and spoke with me, letting me know if I felt uneasy, or was displeased with their service, that he would apologize, but as a true being, he felt that he hadnt seen or heard from his point of view, anything unusual, in the way that I left the dealership in such haste. To Mr. Flannery credit, and my surprise, he established an open line of communication, where there may have been a miscommunication on my part. Mr. Flannery invited me back to his dealership, to see if I was still interested in purchasing the said vehicle. This man went well beyond the duty of not only the owner of the establishment, but he calmed my fears, which he stated there was no need to fear, and that he and his employees are upstanding people, and the one gentleman I spoke with was kind, quiet, but maybe a little to reserve for my taste, but all in all, he was professional/respectful of his job duty. My hat is off unto the establishment of Flannery Auto, A (GREAT) place to purchase a vehicle from people whom speak with *TRUTH*!!!! I thank you!!!
