The Service Team at the Cadillac service department was top notch! Brandon went above and beyond to help resolve my issue as I was visiting from over 500 miles away and made sure I was able to get back home safely. My car was transported back to me fixed. I brought my Buick in for an inspection and a Auto Butler. I left it the night before my 9:00 am appointment so they would have it before 9:00 am. I was called about wanting to add some filters that needed replacing. I told them to go ahead with it. I then said that I would need the car back early in the afternoon. I was told that should not be a problem. At 3:00 pm I called because I had not heard anything from the dealer. They did some checking and said the car should be back from the auto butler around 4:00 pm. My wife missed an appointment because she had to wait and take me to the dealer to get the car. That is why I brought the car in the night before. I was then promised the car early afternoon, not 4:00 pm.Why make an appointment if they can not preform the job in a reasonable time. It looks to me like it takes 7 hours to do an inspection and auto butler? That is unacceptable!!! The only reason I take the car back to Smail is because I dont know where I can get an auto butler done and I have already paid for them. The auto butler is done ever 6 months. I have two left that I have paid for. Once they are done I will never deal with Smail again. They have no respect for there customers time at all. I can guarantee if Feherty had brought a car in it would not have taken 7 hours.
Very accommodating. I accidentally came in a day early for my appointment. I had my toddler with me and instead of telling me to come back they worked it out to get me a loaner that day & even gave my little one some cookies for the ride home.

I checked out the cars online and was promptly contacted by Dan in sales. We chatted and he answered all my questions about the automobile I was thinking about purchasing. We made an appointment for me to come and test drive. Since I was traveling over an hour to get there he agreed to let me know if the car was sold before I could get there. There was no extreme pressure from anyone to make a decision. I was even contacted a few days later to see if there were other questions I may have had once I started driving it as there was a lot of new information given to me about the operation of the new auto.
Just bought my third vehicle from Smail, same dealer Paul G is my guy. Hes sold me every car fr there, and I love everything about how he handles my stuff. I wanted a certain vehicle, but he was able to find me a better one and one that I was going to be able to get financing for. He explained all my options and reasons why one wouldnt work versus the other. Very flexible. He was even able to find out info that an other dealer didnt disclose on my trade in. I needed a car but was sick to my stomach knowing I would HAVE to talk to a salesman after I doing my research, waiting for specials, discounts and walking the lot for hours after they were closed so I wouldnt feel like I was being watched, poked, and pressured unable to look and compare at my own pace.Of course to test drive between the 2 cars I had chosen the night before after hours, that I wanted to test drive I knew I would be speaking to someone.... well in less then 3 minutes into conversation with Jeff Hobbs my Smail auto group sales consultant, my anxiety was lifted. There was no pressure for test driving, no pressure to look at others, went over extra kia smail cash I was unaware of and surprisingly got me more money for my trade in. No pressure was put on me to reveal how much I was going to put down on it. It was a better shopping experience then 75% of even the simple retail stores that still remain in places like the mall or plazas. Smail Auto, and Damian took care of me big time. I went up there just to see if I could find something I liked, and Damian found me a truck and got me in it. Not only did he get me in the truck, but I was having issues with the bank that gave me the loan, and for the next few weeks he worked to fix the problem, and then on top of that he got me a slightly better deal than they gave me the first time. I went to Smail for to sell my 2014 Mustang.I have known the Smail fsmily for years. I was insulted by the buy offer I got from John Hahanna. I took my car to another dealer and sold it for more than $5,000.00 from what I was offered from Smail. I dont know if he thought I was stupid but you lost a deal and possibly another deal in the future. I am truely upset with Smail dearlerships
I bought several vehicles from Smail Auto. I was recently considering buying a new F150 until I seen that they are several thousand over MSRP. I cannot believe a dealership as big as Smail Auto Group needs to price gouge their customers during a vehicle shortage. At least their competitors are selling at or below MSRP. My husband and I were looking for a vehicle that was reliable and could assist with transportation of his mobility scooter. We worked with Damien and he was wonderful. The financing team stayed in contact by text rather than sitting in the showroom while things progressed. We went back for a rotor change and the service was amazing. I would recommend Smail to everyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The are a great group and it was the best experience we have had in our 31 years of car buying.

Scheduled an 11:30 oil change- 2 1/2 hours later it’s still not done. After two hours I said I had to be somewhere in hour. Took them 10 minutes to acknowledge me when I arrived. A shuttle was offered, but that took an hour. Since I had “have to do” things in the afternoon, I didn’t dare rely on that. Very disappointing.Addendum: while the above was all true, the service department manager, Jordan, was diligent in contacting me, working to make it right, and helping me understand what happened. I added three stars because if his work, and to be honest, they did the work well.

After 2nd trip for the same problem 1 week apart, the problem was stillnot fixed & service blamed it on their computer for the second time!These trips & the waiting were hours out of my days & still the issueremains! Could they not have attempted to resolve the computerissue before my 2nd trip? They even stated that had been happening!!And so they said they would disconnect the light that wouldnt turn off,but they disconnected the wrong one!

My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from the Smail Auto Group, that might not sound like a big deal until you take into account that we live over 40 miles away. We were treated well by sales people dealing with Randy for both. But as you know dealer sales staff treat you well everywhere. Its what happened after the purchase that keeps us going back. The service department at the Mercedes dealership is the best. We been dealing with Mat Nimick for all our service needs we make an appointment and our cars are picked up and a loaner is left for us. The drivers are great usually Richard picks up and drops off for us, nice guy always pleasant. It takes over an hour to get here they are always on time. We purchased something called Auto Butler when we bought cars. Twice a year they pick up a dirty car and it comes back fully detailed, and I mean detailed the car looks and smells like new. Great job by the way they do a complete safety inspection at no charge while they have it. They even catch things like a slow leak in a tire. Great job Mat thanks again

Bought a GMC Sierra that was listed as Certified Pre Owned all over the internet including GMcertifed.com and Smail.com. After getting it home and noticing that one tire was an oddball brand I went back to talk to salesman and was told it was a mistake that it was listed as CPO, now they did reimburse me for a matching tire. My problem is that it was advertised as CPO and I’ve been in contact with GM and Smail over this but can’t get anyone from Smail to ever call me back.Update: Was contacted by Jeff Smail and we went over a few different options of what could be done to make the situation better and we got it settled up, Jeff was really nice about the entire thing and I appreciate his time and concern on the matter.

Do not believe their advertised price! I was interested in a used truck they had on Autotrader for the price they had advertised only to find out when I arrived they raised the price over $1,000 dollars. I didn’t think dealerships still used these bait and switch tactics but this one does!

Oil change. Completed. Staff friendly and competent.
Took car in for a oil change and inspection, while there they notice I had a recall on it before I even bought the car, that was number one, so they had to order the recall parts, I also had a issue with my phone not connecting to car sync and told the cluster needed replaced and that had to ordered - so ok I waited for months till all parts arrived and went to let them put parts in . Showed up and only the recall part was put in and they said they didn’t have the other part for it wasn’t ordered . Number two Then after I complained and few HOURS went by now they found the part . It was installed and after 7 hours of a 1 hour job they had the nerve to say the cost was $$$ and they went though my warranty and my deductible without even asking me . I might have said if ask not to install for I don’t have the money for the deductible. So I was strap for cash because like most of us covid has effected me on money issues . So that’s why I feel they didn’t don’t deserve anything but one star . I’ll never will advertise for them nor will I go to their facility again .

Salesperson was a horrible commutator didn’t return phone calls or text in a timely manner stated he was too busy working with other customers to get back to me. I’ve purchased around 20-30 cars in my lifetime never had a experience like this ever. Bad credit, upside down, small down payment. But he came thru!! Never will I go another place to buy a car, and its a 2 hour drive for me!!

Great service. Got me in and out in the time that they said it would take. The interior vacuum and car wash with the hand towel drying was a nice touch. Only complaint was the total cost for the 30000 mile maintenance although there was numerous scheduled items completed to my satisfaction.
We bought a used chevy truck.we were told it was wrecked one time and they showed us a Carfax. We went back to trade it in a year later and they told us it was wreck 3 times. According to the salesman jim we paid $5,000 more than the truck was worth. When we tried to get it in for service it took them six months for a appointment. We ended up keeping the truck and unfortunately it was in a accident from the original damage. The insurance company totalled it. We asked to get our money back from the extended warranty after calling for a year and they said no money back. We are in the process of looking for 5 new vehicles and will not purchase a other vehicle from smail! I wish I didnt have to give them even one star.

The staff at Bud Smail Mercedes-Benz Is first class and very professional and knowledgeable about the products they sell and service. I ordered a car last November and the salesman kept me informed as to when the car was being built, shipped, and even unloaded from the ship. That’s the kind of service you can expect from Bud Smail motorcars. The facilities are spotless and in this time of COVID-19 everyone wore a mask and there was hand sanitizer available everywhere. It was a very comfortable experience being there.

I love being greeted at the service door opening to let you inside protecting the driver from the outside elements. The service staff was quick to pull up your service appointment and verified the service needed. They were friendly and courteous with a gentleman asking if you needed a shuttle to somewhere.
I really liked the sales person that sold me my car. He was very patient and nice.( cant remember his name) I had my car in for service today and everyone was nice even though I was 20 minutes late! They have 3 different rooms to wait for your car. One has a TV one has free coffee and hot chocolate and vending machines and one has COMPUTERS!
I wasn’t sure what to expect with the pricing. My parents get their Jeep done for around $250 so when they said $130 ish I can say I was expecting a sub par full detail. I can say now how great of a job they did!!! My wife’s SUV looks brand new! Highly recommend small fire detailing. I actually have my parents getting their next detail done there and a few friends are going to look to them fired theirs!

I took my Buick encore to Smail for a state inspection & oil change and the services that they add on like tire rotation, i wish i remembered the name of the service advisor that checked me in but he was professional, friendly and got my car checked in quickly, the service that was done was done in a very reasonable amount of time considering the repair garage was was very busy, the service was done correctly, promptly and they washed my vehicle when the repair work was done, I will definately will return the Smail when my car needs service
