Always a great experience. If you need to wait for your car, they have complimentary snacks, water and coffee. There is a free shuttle to take you to a restaurant or the mall, if you dont want to sit at the dealership. Very honest with your service / repairs. Car is always returned clean and vacuumed. Gabe the service manager is THE BEST!!
This is for Smail Acura, NOT the general public. I have high regard for this dealership.All turned out well, but my experience may indicate a problem with appointments made on line. On an earlier visit I had been advised to schedule an appointment to get new tires on our RDX, possibly in the fall.I used the Internet to make an appointment.I received numerous emails and texts from Smail confirming my appointment and the purpose, some near the time I requested an appointment and some near the actual time of the appointment (two weeks later).When I arrived, the service person asked why I had come in. I said I was there for new tires. He said Smail may not have the tires because I had not said specifically what I wanted. I replied that I would be very disappointed. He persisted; he said he was confused about what I wanted. I replied that I wanted four new tires. He asked, what kind? I replied, how would I know? I pointed out that I had gotten new tires a couple months ago on our other Acura, and I had no idea what had been put on.The problem may have been that I had made the appointment on line. Perhaps all those replies had been computer-generated. The service person suggested that as a possibility.He asked whether I would like to replace my tires with ones like the old ones. Yes, of course, I said. He looked up the inventory and fortunately found the kind of tires I should have.You might want to check why there was a miscommunication. I dont think it is the customers responsibility to know what the brand choices are. After all, I came in to spend $1,000 on tires. If you werent clear about what I wanted, you should have called me. Sorry if you disagree.
Had Timing Belt, Water Pump and AC work done. They were able to do all the work in one day. Very professional staff. Car was clean and spotless. Cost was in line with what I researched online.Bob

Wonderful sales staff! Very responsive to phone calls, email, and text. Normally, I prefer to ride alone on a test drive, but given that I am not familiar with Greensburg, it was a pleasant experience to have Clint along for the ride. He guided us along a route that provided access to both highway and back road driving. He expertly highlighted various features of the car (primarily lane centering). I felt very comfortable behind the wheel. Once back in the office, he was quick to provide numbers for both leasing and financing. I never felt pressured to make a decision or (too) stressed about negotiations. Aside from a snag encountered while seeking approval on the leasing contract (since we’re out-of-state and our trade was also a lease), this was one of the easier transactions I’ve experienced. Delivery day was pretty straight-forward; signing paperwork was quick and painless. They surprised me by walking me to my new car, which had been pulled onto the showroom floor! Jessica provided me with a checklist to fill out and they proceeded to adjust my new car’s settings based upon my preferences. Jessica also offered to go over the various features inside the car, but I declined since I was already familiar with most of them. All around GREAT experience!!
I found my experience to be very positive. I arrived at 8:45am for a 9:00am appointment and was taken care of immediately. The required updates were performed in about 90 minutes and I was on my way home.I highly recommend Smail Acura!

Id been looking for a late-model used RDX Advance for a while, and Smail happened to get one in that fit the bill. The first night I went, I had a few questions marks about the car and wasnt quite ready to buy. We decided to go back the next night. Our first sales guy wasnt working that night, so he passed us on to Clint. Let me just say...Acura should hire Clint as a trainer for all their other sales people! He was absolutely tremendous in every way. I normally like to do test drives alone, but his expertise in that RDX was beyond all our hopes and made us fall in love with it even more. If we were on the fence a bit, we were jumping over full speed ahead after spending 30 minutes with Clint. Now, hopefully our ownership experience and ongoing service relationship with Smail matches our sales and purchase experience.

I brought my vehicle in which I had just purchased about 2 months prior, for a weird pulling while going above 50. I brought it in due to safety concerns. I was not only treated like I was a burden because I wasn’t paying for them to check it, but they also slammed my car door (very hard) like it was their property. Absolutely a ridiculous way to treat a customer which just purchased a vehicle.

1/8/2021 - Went is for a simple oil change today, and its always easy to work with Alex. She is friendly and helpful, and does everything possible to see things are right and done well. From the moment you are greeted to the time you leave, you feel like a valuable customer.In 2016, we purchased a new MDX with an auto butler service ($500.00 extra). The service is for a thorough cleaning and waxing twice a year - inside and out.The vehicle has run well, and we are pleased with its performance.On 8/10, we took it in for inspection, and Alex - our service rep - is always positive and helpful. The young man who greets you in the service bay is equally friendly.The inspection was done well, but the auto butler service was a mess. Acura made the situation better by coming to pick up my car, and redo the auto-butler service. They made it right, and I appreciate Alexs help to make things better.
I live about 45-50 minutes from the dealer, the loaner service they provide by picking up the vehicle and dropping off a loaner while getting service is extremely convenient, i love it. I wouldnt own an Acura, as much as i love the vehicles, without it. Theyre also extremely courteous, easy to work with, and provide excellent service. Ive had Acuras on and off for several years now, and Smail is the primary reason why I do. If I didnt have as positive experiences with them as I have, i wouldnt own an Acura. Thank You Smail.

I arrived early for my appointment due to the fact that there was no line at the Burger King drive through. I stopped to pick up breaks. When I arrived I was welcomed and waited on immediately. I was greeted politely; Cameron and I went over the servicing that I requested. Service of my vehicle was started immediately. Although I was offered a ride to somewhere in the neighborhood, I opted to stay in the waiting room. Before I knew it my vehicle’s servicing was complete. I have yet to have any complaints about the service at Smail Acura. The business is a well run machine. I hope to continue doing business with Smail into the future.

We had a great experience at Smail Acura this week . I had two problem lights come on, check airbags and battery charge low and of course the day of my appointment neither came on. They could not get the problem to duplicate but I felt completely reassured that they checked everything possible and I could see they were truly concerned to get the problem fixed. Cameron couldn’t have been more polite and was excellent at keeping us posted on the progress and plan to complete the job.
Well, It is the middle of a world wide Pandemic and our lease was up. My husband and I went to the Acura website. Just for fun we designed the perfect car. Within a half hour the phone rings. The caller was John from Smail Acura in Pennsylvania. We were talking to a Professional Salesman. Rather than trying to make a sale he wanted to help. Shortly thereafter the deal was ready for a signature. The first day that dealerships could safely open, we were at the service door. Our vehicle deal was all ready to go. The car is gorgeous! This has been the best car ownership experience Ive ever had. I have had quite a few serious problems with this vehicle from the very beginning. Let me clear, these were problems with the car itself, nothing caused by Smail Acura. In most cases I would have sold the vehicle and never looked back. However, both the dealership and Acura have gone above and beyond my expectations and resolved every issue, every single time. I took my husbands Acura TLX to Smail for inspection. Everything went great. They actually called me to remind me the car was up for inspection and booked the appointment then. The dealer has a beautiful clean waiting room to wait while car is serviced with coffee and snack station. Also they have a shuttle Service To the mall, a nice man comes through the waiting area to ask if you would like to go to the mall. I will definitely take our cars there in the future! Purchased a 2029 Acura ILX last Friday. The sales team took their time with me and I did not feel rushed. I loved all of what they had there but really wanted the pearl with espresso leather. Without hesitation or trying to sell what was on the lot, the sales manager, Mike, found the exact one I wanted! My sales agent, Randy, was wonderful. We purchased a used 2019 rdx advance from smail and it couldn’t have been easier. We drove 4 and a half hours from Ohio to get the car and they had everything ready. We went for a test drive, got to look the car over, and then signed the papers that were done ahead of time. It’s a shame we are so far away or else we would get our services done at Smail also.
Showed up 10 minutes late for a scheduled vehicle inspection. They took us right in and performed the service in a timely matter. Pointed out a couple things that needed done cabin air filter which I can replace and battery is old and might not make it through winter. Didnt force the work on me. Im a handy guy and can replace said items. Only paid emissions because I purchased my 2010 acura Tl from them and they washed it too. Great job thank you

I dont think I was an easy customer with various requests and timelines but she handled it wonderfully.Management reduced the previously quoted cost of an accessary when I signed the final papers. I have always come to Smail Acura to have my car service and the service has always excellent and still is. I was very surprised when I came to have my car inspected today during the COVID-19 pandemic that on only 1 person had a mask on! I pulled up and it says mask are required to enter. Mr. Kisner had a mask but I didn’t see anyone else. Also when I was waiting in the lounge and a man came in and sat down without a mask also walked around without it. I chose to sit outside on the curb the whole time. Please follow the state/county pandemic guidelines.

Smail picked my car up at 8:30 am and it was returned, inspected, oil changed, tires rotated, car buffed and cleaned. How much better service can you get? It was great. I didn’t even have to leave the house.
Call center follows no system. Ended up waiting much longer than I should have for a simple oil change and tire rotation.
Everything was handled exceptionally well from check in through check out. The staff are all attentive to your concerns and courteous. Work was completed in good time and I was out the door within one hour. Brent and Gabe are always ready to assist you in every way possible. That is why I keep going back.
