I had scheduled my cadillac in for service on a Saturday for inspection and small warranty recall issue. Troy and his team could have not been more accommodating. They got started on my vehicle as scheduled, kept me informed along the way and got me back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. I chose to wait for my vehicle, but I did have several choices, one of which a ride to the nearby mall in the courtesy shuttle. I have nothing but complimentary comments about Troy and his service team no matter what day of the week or what type of service issues you may have. The attention to customer service keeps me coming back.

My battery went bad the evening before I had to drive to Atlanta. Thanks to some help from some friends and some luck I was able to get my car to Smail Buick before they closed and Wendi scheduled my car for first thing in the morning service and pre-arranged the shuttle service to pick me up at 8 am. When I got to the dealership my car was ready and I discovered that my warranty covered the battery replacement. Wendi was amazing! I cant stress that enough. Courteous helpful staff, nice clean showroom, nice selection of certified used vehicles. Test drove 3 SUVs, purchased vehicle, in and out in a little over 3 hours. Vehicle missing the owners manual but I was able to download it from the internet.

The process was efficient at the dealership, it only took a few hours in total. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing.

Had horrible experience with Smail GMCafter i have ordered a vehicle and gave deposit the salesman Daniel told me that they will deliver it the following Tuesday. they have pulled my credit and called me that I am approved for the loan I just need to make insurance which I did.I was ready to sign and take the vehicle on Friday Daniel told me that I have to take it on Saturday cause he is not in on Friday when I told the salesman Daniel that I cant do it on Saturday cause I am observing the sabbath he did not reply to me only during Saturday he replied that he cant give me the vehicle cause i can not come in on Saturday. When I tried reaching me he ignored me first then he told me cause I couldnt sign on Saturday I lost the deal.cant believe that in 2021 this can till happen I would tell everyone not to deal with Smail and especially not with Daniel ...

EDIT: I was able to get in touch with Dave who explained the report on my tires. I appreciate you reaching out to me so we could communicate more over my visit, so I’ve added a star to my review. I look forward to my next visit where we can try again.I felt comfortable dropping my car off, and was welcomed warmly. I was asked if I wanted my car washed and vacuumed, and I said yes. When my car was ready for pick-up, I was just told it was fixed. Then I looked at the sheet of paper that said they couldn’t reproduce my problem which was a lie because my infotainment was off with no way to turn on, and it said something about my tires. However, no one said anything to me about my tires so I didn’t get anything done for it. My car was washed but not vacuumed out. So, coming in was lovely and my issue was resolved but leaving was atrocious.

Everything worked out fine for me. Service was completed in a timely manner and exactly what I wanted. Troy is the best and has helped me for years.

I would normally expect excellent service at Smail Cadillac and my latest visit was no exception. I was greeted at the service desk with a very warm hello and asking how I could be helped. After going through the sign in process, I was directed to the waiting area. After being seated, someone came over to inquire about our comfort and then directed us to the amenities such as free water and snacks.Since I was having several things done to my vehicle, I expected to be there all afternoon. However, I was pleasantly surprised when my vehicle was ready (and washed) in less than two hours. During the time my vehicle was being worked on, my service manager kept coming in to the waiting area to keep me informed of everything they were doing. My car was done and I owed no more than what they promised. Very pleasant experience with car repair at a dealer (which is a very rare occurrence.)

I made an appointment online. I get to the service department at Smail Buick and they tell me I don’t have an appointment. I have an email that confirmed my appointment. I’m here for an oil change and tire rotation. 2 hours later. I’m still in the waiting room. They fit me in. On an appointment I made weeks ago. If your online scheduling does not work atop using it or fix it! I could of saved a lot of time going elsewhere. Because I bought the car here. I wanted them to service it. This is unacceptable !

Service: Took my Cadillac ATS here several times. Each time the issue was diagnosed no BS and fixed not to mention the car was washed. Nice waiting area and also separate area to use a laptop if you need to work. What I am most impressed with though is the positive friendly attitude and professionalism exhibited by Troy. I never felt like my car was a burden even though it’s under warranty and I didn’t buy it here. Thank you Troy and service team!

I would give ZERO stars if possible. I am furious. I drove in from over an hour away. I had an appointment I made days in advance and told them the exact car I wanted. I was in direct contact several times to make sure the car was there. They waited until I got there to inform me that it “just sold” which was total BS. I was then offered several vehicles that I clearly said I didn’t want multiple times, yet still suggested. They had more miles and were older than what I wanted and most were brands I already specifically said I did not want. They do not value your time and clearly do not wish to make commission from cash buyers. Guess I’ll take my money somewhere else. I will never shop for a vehicle there again!
