This is a very cool place. I found a steel book of Little Shop of Horrors which made my week! Also 5 stars for the cover picture for the store.

Decent store, it was a bigger store, with the inventory to show. They have a nice variety of things to look through. They sell things based on Hollywood and entertainment like t shirts and apparel, they also have collectable items such as diecast cars from fast and furious series., etc..

Preface: This old man discovered he will have to adjust his opinion of what am FYE store sells nowadays!I was very surprised by the wide variety of products that FYE offers. From a Korean version of an Oreos breakfast cereal to old school or throw back 12 vinyl records from the 80s music period.The staff was helpful and accommodated my out-of-touch perspective. I will probably buy a couple of Christmas gifts there this year.

This place has a nice selection of collectibles, but the staff is awful. The lady is incredibly rude and pushy. She tried to sell my girlfriend and I a credit card and continued to push after we refused. Good stuff, but terrible staff.

If you like K-Pop they have some not alot but some.

This store was a good idea in the 1990s, but today its just overpriced junk you can get for half the price on Amazon and not be jammed in a 16 aisle with 3 guys and a couple girls who all look exactly like the Aksually meme guy.

Not pleasant 😕 came in with my son and my nose wasnt covered and the girl snapped at me instead of just being polite its all I could think about so I left...The sales going on at the time were not specific so when I asked about it they talked to me in a way that I felt stupid...good selection just wish the service was better

Expensive!!! Can def find some of the same items cheaper other places BUT they do have some cool items no one else does. Just bring your wallet your gonnabe the money!!

I love shopping for dvds in there. But there staff is rude. Now before Johnstown one closed there staff was awesome and much more friendly and helpful.

Very nice place. Was very clean. Service was a bit slow but the product was excellent. The rest rooms were very clean and so was the location. It was pleasent inside and the people were nice. I would tell you try them out. They get a gold 🌟 star. I like the old setup better.

Applied here the manager said he would call me back with his availability Friday. He didnt. I called but he wasnt available. I stop in Tuesday and a woman said the position was filled. The least he could of done was called me so I didnt waste my time waiting on a call. She provided no explanation as to what had happened to the position and the position is still open in the portal. Not mad I didnt get hired I have a great job this was just something to fill my free time to keep me productive.

Great variety of Funko pops and movies as well as other collectibles. Always find what I am looking for here.

Service was meh but the selection was great. They have a lot of cool nerd stuff too. Got some gifts there and they loved them.

Wow. An actual physical FYE thats still open. Its pretty rare really. I thought they closed all their stores and went with a fully online model, and after hearing some of the stories on here, perhaps they should. I mean, I rarely ever go to a record store anymore to buy music/movies/games because almost everything I need is available online. My last memory of FYE was in Indiana Mall, and I honestly dont blame them for closing up there, but I seriously thought FYE fell off the face of the earth. Ever heard of advertising? Definitely wont coming to this store anytime soon in the foreseeable future.

I went to exchange a movie that I bought for a different movie since I already had the one I bought. They said I was not able to because I did not have my ID. It is not listed on the receipt that I need identification in order to return something when I had the receipt and just bought it 3 days ago. Came in to look what movie I wanted to get and also got followed because I had a bag .When I went to purchase the movies, since they were outside the store it made the beeper go off so the guy had to check my bag .TERRIBLE customer service.

Store manager is a joke. Everything you ask for she says they dont have because she dont want to look it up. While i was there yesterday she also accused a guy for stealing something because he walked in and the sensor went off. He didnt even have a bag... It must be broke because it went off ten more times after that. She is just completely rude and shouldnt work anywhere around people. Hope she never has to get a real job someday.

They have interesting pop culture items you wouldnt expect. Worth a look.

This place just sucks. The management is about horrible with a bad attitude and the prices are more than anyone want to pay for a CD. This place used to be very cool. But I say shop somewhere else.

Walked in the store with no problem. As my friend and I, 22 and 23, walked out the alarm went off. We were followed out of the store and accused of stealing. After checking out two bags from jcp they said it was a sensor from jcp. No apology just accusation that it was our fault the sensor wasnt turned off. We will NEVER be visiting this fye again.

Do not sign up for the FYE card. Ive had money pulled off my debit card for a card we canceled twice. This store is ridiculously over priced half of the items you can buy online cheaper. Manager is rude
