They do great work can be a little pricey. But they are trustworthy. However I dont like bringing car in for brake check and oil change. Only get oil change because nothing wrong with brakes and paying 20 bucks labor charge for brakes. 56 total for an oil change. I know time is money but I dont own a money tree. I drove 25 minutes to get there maybe I should charge gaa and wear/tear fee, no because that would be unthinkable to do like charging for work not performed.

They are definitely the go to place if you want quality work. You can have total confidence the work will be done right at a reasonable price.

I had my car inspected, tires changed over, and xmission fluid changed. They did a GREAT job, were very thorough and professional. Mark contacted me about an issue with a light and wiper blade, then proceeded to take care of everything. They even cleaned my car inside and bagged the tires! I highly recommend them

Rob and gang are very honest and fair when diagnosing my car. They never do work that isnt necessary and their prices are very reasonable.

This was one of the easiest visits to a mechanic Ive ever had. The price was terrific (I called other businesses to compare). We prescheduled a time, so the actual drop off took less than a minute. Pick up was just as easy with no waiting and quick service. And best of all, they didnt try to get me to purchase unnecessary repairs. Overall, an excellent experience!

You cant say enough good things about the owners and the staff at West Point Auto Works. Just two weeks ago I noticed steam coming from my engine while idling at a light. I called and they told me to come on by so they could look at it. They are fairly busy at times, so I got lucky about them being able to look at right then and there. They opened up the hood and antifreeze was every where. Fortunately I could leave my car overnight. They fixed it and thank goodness it was a super cold day! They stand behind their work and quality of work! If you want personal, professional, and quality this is the place for you. They have my business!

Great place!!!! Got 4 tires and premium alignment. Overall I am very pleased: great price on tires ( similar to Tire Rack), premium alignment for my Mini, which requires a special setup similar to BMWs that not all shops can do. The shop is very clean, sharp and professional.This is my new place for tires!!!

Excellent experience! I had a pretty limited budget and needed all-terrain tires for my Toyota Tundra. Admittedly not an easy task with the budget I had but they were able to get me what I wanted under my budget. They communicated with me regularly and ensured I was continually updated during the entire process. Awesome customer service! I highly recommend!

These guys are great! They were able to get me a great deal on a set of tires and even were able to perform modification work to my Jeep, when I wasnt having any luck with other shops. Fantastic experience. Two weeks ago I brought my car in for PA inspection and a tune-up. Rob was extremely nice, respectful, helpful, and explained in detail the maintenance he was going to perform. Had power steering fluid leak. West Point Auto once again did a great job with fixing the leak. Repair was done without me being without car for extended period, and cost was kept at minimum for what the diagnose of leak could have ended up being. Thank you!
