Ok, I am not one to ever leave a review, but felt I needed to. I was in a very bad car accident, did not matter who towed my car, so it was Sweets Towing turn in rotation. I was in very bad shape car was totaled. I am in hospital, my family call me and are saying, we need to get car handled immediately I was in no shape to really care about car, so I said why. They said your bill is $753.00. I am never afraid of letting a company make money, but about fell out of my hospital bed. I said what.....I understand storage fees not upset about that at all that is $35.00 a day x 8 =$280. What I am upset about is they totallty took advantage of the situation and charged me a ridiculous amount for a tow that should have been nowhere even close to the figure. That is absolutely taking advantage of someone when they have in no way a leg to stand on. The only good thing I can say is, they did buy it for scrap, but they even made money on that. So think twice before using this company because obviously, price gouging is their moto and that is how they run their operation. Thank You.

Russell answered my call for help just after 6 pm. I had a flat tire with sidewall damage and needed a new tire. Every tire store was closed after 6 pm so I felt helpless but Russell came to my location and at no charge took a look at the tire for me. He told me my tire size and I asked him if I could somehow get a tire, would he be able to mount and balance it to which he said yes! The search was on for a tire and miraculously, I found one. I called him and he had me meet him at the shop and within 20 mins, I had a new tire ready to go. Russell offered to put the tire back on but I had that under control. I was just thankful he was able to what I thought was impossible and put me back on the road. I definitely recommend Sweet’s Auto Repair and Russell.

Had a screw in my tire, traveling cross country from TN to MN. The shop wasnt technically open, just the tow truck part of the business. The guy was super sweet and looked at it anyway, and plugged it up for us for free. Thank you so much, you made a very stressful situation much better ❤️
