Ive used RAD for several years and have always had great experiences. Ron and Dwight are extremely easy to deal with, my car is always handled well, and the prices are always very good. I would highly recommend RAD for anything related to tires and wheels.

I bring them 3 cars for oil changes, tires, brakes, and just about any work my cars need. They’re honest, well priced, work quickly and treat you right.

I have been wanting rims on my car for awhile now and it is very difficult to find people I trust. After doing my own research I went to Rad Performance first to price check. They were friendly, answered all of my questions comfortably, and gave me information on what I needed. I went to three other places and Rad Performance won by a longshot with price, and service. They even took me to work when I left my car there. I suggest going to them.

I came here once for sum lugz for a set of rims I had. The rims werent from them. But anyway, I spoke on the phone about my situation, then I came in. They treated me great and tried their best to handle the problem I had. I will come back to check them out for work on my truck bcuz of my previous dealing with them. Great deals on the tires that I bought from there

Was referred to these guys by one of the local Ford dealers to have some aftermarket tires and rims mounted, and Im glad I was! They were very nice and honest about costs, labor and time and even helped diagnose and fix an unrelated problem as part of the service. Received way better service here than at local Ford dealer and RAD performance did a fantastic job on the work I had done. Highly recommend visiting them and having work done here. Will be back for possible upgrades to a Jeep!

This is the most unprofessional car lot in Greensboro.My boyfriend and I was interested in a car they have available. Before arriving I called to see if we could test drive the car and the owner spoke with me for about 15 minutes stating that we could test drive and how great the car is. Once we got there We spoke with Sardo Uriarte...which is the financial manager...he was bland and not bubbly(BAD TRAITS AS A SALESMAN)...In the end he told use we couldn’t test drive the car UNLESS WE’RE GOING TO BUY IT‼️‼️ Yeah, I know real waste of time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Went to discount tires for them to check out a nail in my tire & they said i needed a whole new tire because it was too deep so i went to Rad Performance to get another opinion and they said I didn’t need a new tire and took the nail out, I appreciate the honesty and customer care.

Had some aftermarket springs installed by these guys. It was a long job, but they went above and beyond to be hospitable. They did a great job too, to top it off.

This place is so good I was referred by another place. Came in and let them know of my unique request (needed 4 new wheels and one new tire as I was riding with a spare). Ron assisted me in picking out a new wheel and let me know they would be in the next day. I called before I came to see if my order was in. They were. I went to the location and they had my work done in about an hour tops. Very pleased with the work done to my vehicle. Because of my budget I only got two rims but they know I will be coming in to get the remaining two.Very professional, respectful and efficient.

I have been purchasing tires from here for years. Never had an issue. Until now. They put the wrong size tires on the car. Made my computer system go haywire in an infinity. They tried to convince me they took off the same sized tires and in the same breath tried to convince me that I ordered the wrong size.When they couldn’t figure out what was wrong, Ron told me to take it to the dealer because they couldn’t figure out what was making the lights come on.Infinity had my tire sizes documented from a few DAYS before when it was serviced and documented it on the diagnostic report. Ron wouldn’t even look at it.Rad performance did Put on the right size for no additional charge.I offered to pay the difference for the tires but would need the difference for the diagnostic fee reimbursed as it was of no fault of my own.Ron stated he would not reimburse for that because it was my word against the guy on the phone taking the tire order and was very dismissive about the complaint completely.They have lost a multituple car, long time customer over attitude, lack of accountability and something that could have been a simple fix.Accountability is everything in business. Seems they don’t have any here.

I had a blowout about 30 min from the house on the way to the beach. Gps the closest tire place. Call at 0745am they dont open untill 0800 he says limp it here I will take care of you. 6 minutes to the shop i pull in and he says I have the tire pull and ready 15 min im back on the road plus gave me a trailer rim with the purchase of another tire. Honest good man.

SUCKS!! I brought my Hummer there to be lifted, which they installed incorrectly which has cost me over $1,500 in additional repairs to just fix what they damaged! They denied all of it and asked what proof i had, kicked me out of the shop. They are scammers and just want ur money. dont fall for the good deals they give like i did.

Horrible experience! Have purchased several sets of tires - called placed order via phone paid in full - was told tires would be in on Monday, Tuesday at the latest. No call on Monday - called Rad Performance at 10:30 AM Tuesday to check on status - put on hold for an extended time - guy seemed lost couldnt find my tires - said they would call me. I waited until 4:30 PM to hear back after not hearing back from them I called again - was put on hold for 10 minutes while they tracked down my tires. Obviously I have wasted my time to do their job - if I paid you and have an order it should not be my responsibility to call them and check on status of my order. When I called in the morning and they did not see my tires a responsible business owner would have followed up on my order and called me to apprise me of status. Horrible customer service, inefficient and disorganized, no follow-up - STAY AWAY! Plenty of other places that provide better service for the same money - they wasted my time and 6 days of waiting for the tires to arrive - had to place another order to get my tires and am awaiting my refund from Rad - was supposed to email me a credit receipt - still waiting on it ...... will dispute charge in 2 more days if I do not see the credit receipt.
