Greensboro has numerous top notch foreign auto shops and Korman is noteworthy. Easy to find lower cost, but you will not find better. Skilled and reliable.

Rebuilt an E30 M3 differential perfectly. Details are spot on. Original markings preserved. My customer at EuroEnvy Autowerks was blown away and so are we. Thanks Carl for all the help.

I needed a new cylinder head, among a few other things, on my S52 in early 2018 and Korman did an outstanding job. I was kept informed of findings and given options for moving forward. I have since put a good amount of track time on the motor and it has run perfectly.

Excellent BMW tuner but also great with any performance automobile. Ive been taking Mercedes and Porsches to them for over 20 years and cant recommend them enough. A highly knowledgeable and honest performance shop. Referred many friends to them as well and everyone has always been very satisfied as have I.

Couldnt be happier with the way took care of my 5 car. When out of town, other mechanics ask me who set up my suspension because of the great balance of stiffness to everyday drivability. Korman put me through a series of questions before recommending the right set up. Fixed my window regulator for $121 when the dealer quoted $400. Fixed a simple oil leak when the dealer recommended pulling the head. World class BMW shop.

Ive brought my M car here for 3 years. Very impressed with direct diagnosis, clear pricing, and work follow-through. My next car will be a BMW because I know I can trust their work.

The worst Autoworks experience that I ever had in the US, service director is extremely unprofessional, they will triple charge you for any service, I don’t recommend this business at all. Horrible attitude, I feel bad for the owner. Take your business somewhere else. Recisim is shining in thier eyes. You lost valuable customer.

My adventure with Carl and the team at Korman began last January when I purchased a 1983 BMW 320i. If you know these cars you know they have a sometimes problematic fuel injection system comprised of rare and hard to find parts. My car had been left sitting in a climate controlled garage under a cover for years and not driven. Needless to say it’s not been cheap to bring her back, however there’s no one else in this region that I would trust with this old tech like these guys. It’s not cheap, it’s not fast, but it’s done with OE quality parts and it’s done right. I’ve toured the shop and seen them working, there’s nothing they can’t do and there work is quality regardless if it’s body work or a full engine build. If you’re looking for a full restoration or just basic maintenance it’s a one stop shop at Korman. There’s a reason people ship their cars to these guys from all over the country and they have been in business for 40 years.

Just came across this review area. Heres my take on Korman Auto. They will lie to you about parts and service needed. They will tell you that they changed a part when in fact they dont, and they will overcharge for that service. Avoid them.

Worst***** BMW shop to go to go to. Bad service. Damaged stuff in my car and didn’t tell me about it.They lied to me about a transmission leak. Quoted me for a bunch of unneeded service. It was actually a $120 problem which I had fixed at carmine imports. Service girl CALEB was very ignorant and could care less about my concern. She basically said you pay the price or get lost
