Exceptional Customer Service. Also from my experience of over a year now, high quality and integrity put into each detail when working on my car. The gentleman at the front desk is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand and recieve exactly whats needed. I really love the place though because of on top of all of that the icing on the cake is very quick service. not quick like run through it, quicker than youd expect rather. 5 stars though, in and out if a wait its minimum. but rest assured quality will be assertedthanks

So far I am only doing state inspections with them and I see it very convenient because they’re near to my house and I have no reason to complain about their services.

I’ve been having our vehicles serviced here for at least five years now and it’s been mostly my wife’s car with exception of tire rotations and tire service on my own car. Today was the first time getting an oil change on my own car, due to having free service at the dealer for a new or newer car. Now that I’ve run out of free service and oil changes at my Dodge dealer, I wanted a no muss no fuss oil change service this morning and that’s exactly what I received, courteous and friendly service at a great value, not having to worry about being taken by some of these dishonest oil change establishments. I arrived at 9:45am and pulled out ten minutes later. I would recommend this establishment for all of your auto service needs, family run and operated with friendly and courteous staff. That’s why I gave a Five Star rating.

They get you in pretty quickly! They may take a little while to get your car through, but it is same day and a lot faster than most places! Everyone is friendly there as well. Its an excellent place to stop. They do high quality work, fairly quickly, and at a pretty fair price. Theyre worth giving a shot and checking out for your next car repair.

I had a good experience here getting my tires mounted and balanced. Balance is good, not shaky at all. Service speed was fine and price was fine. Waiting area a little claustrophobic.

My husband arrived at this location with vehicle at 5:10 pm for an inspection. Was turned down and told they didnt have time. Their website says they close at 6:00 pm. As a business owner myself, No. 1 rule: Never turn down a customer. (especially when you are open or its several minutes before closing). That was first mistake. Next day, I took the vehicle because their location is convenient to our home and we were leaving to go out of town. That was Second mistake. I was told my car didnt pass inspection due to not enough tread on 1 tire. After taking car the next day to a licensed mechanic for other repairs, he said my tire was fine. (but he doesnt do inspections ) I took vehicle a few days later to a Tire Store that does inspections. They examined the tire, said nothing was wrong with it, and then passed the vehicle. Oh, and by the way, after Cardinal Express informed the tire didnt pass, I was told where there NEW location was and strongly encouraged to purchase new tires from them.( He said, I actually needed 4 new ones). It was well worth spending 30 more dollars on another inspection with an honest company that did not try to gouge me for unnecessary purchases. No matter how convenient, we will not go back!

I visited their new shop by New Garden Landscaping and it is first class. Had an alignment done and front brakes. Great price and great service. Be careful going here if you need an inspection. I did not know that my rear view mirror on my drivers side wouldn’t pass (otherwise I would’ve fixed it prior) and the mechanic CLEARLY saw it was cracked before inspecting it. They failed my car just for that mirror and I also had to pay $23. I guess this is their way of making you come back. The man could have easily told me I needed a rear view mirror before going through that whole process knowing the car was going to fail. They are not honest mechanics and they do not care about your well-being. Not only did I waste my time, I wasted my money.

Ive taken my car here several different times and every single time it has been a great experience. My tires were really worn down (I could even tell myself) and they managed to get us a great deal on a new set of tires. Every oil change Ive had done there has been done quickly and very well. They vacuum my car every time without me even asking.

This is the second time I have had problems with this place of business only this time it is a whole lot worse if the pan on the car has to be replaced due to the over tightening of the oil plug .This work is not acceptable.

Good experience with oil change but they did wrong inspection and gave me a price for tires, supposedly tires, balance, allignment out the door and told me come back and it would takeAn hour. Turns out they charged me an extra 89.00 for the allignment and said 2 hours just to get in to get it done. Wish I had known the truth I could have planned $$ and work schedule. Disappointed. The customer service on day two wasnt good. :(
