A few months ago, someone backed into my back bumper and pushed it in. Mid-Town Body Repair Greensboro NC had it replaced in 2 days! They even detailed the car inside and out and threw in a small container of touch up paint! I cant recommend them high enough...extremely professional and super quick turn around time.

Really friendly staff, quick service. Only reason why I cant give 5 stars is because the work done on my car was a bit sloppy & Im not sure its because of the parts or the labor. My side mirror was swiped & the base of it was brand new from a previous accident. The base of the mirror was taken apart with a tool that really messed up the seam of the two pieces & it wont stick together anymore. Went back to get it fixed & they were more than willing to help, unfortunately it still looks terrible. Ive given up trying to fix it & just hoping someone knocks my mirror off again 😂

The work was good but the sign on the Door said that we Have to wear a Mask. I walk in and NOBODY is wearing a mask. Apparently, it is fine for Them to step on my rights, but DONT step on theirs. I addressed the owner or Manager and he didnt respond to me, maybe because he is dead wrong. Wearing a mask is NOT political, wether you vote for Trump or not. It is a public health matter.

I walked in with a primed fender and a difficult project. Matching color to an originally red 07 tacoma. It had a range of oranges and faded reds all over the body. I asked Jason Lewis if he was confident he could match the faded color instead of the much darker factory original red and he said he would give it his best shot. I was amazed at his first and only attempt. I left the fender with him and came back 4 days later to a perfect match. These guys are friendly, know their craft, ad well worth what they charge!

Brought in my car with a large amount of road damage on the front hood. When they quoted me a cheaper price by 500+dollars from the next place I figured it was worth leaving my car there.The hood looks like new and for being a blue pearl paint they did a hell of a job. Best price and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Even got a ride back to my home from the owner so I could leave my car. Will go back whenever I need body work done.

Never got a call back, even after emailing the estimate to Travis. My insurance company wrote a new estimate after I sent in Mid-Town estimate and was told that 3600 was expensive. I had no control over what my insurance was willing to pay. I followed all the rules and sent in all the necessary paper work but still nothing; silence. I thought, maybe, they were busy and gave them ample time to respond back; It has been 2 months! I gave up!! Its a darn shame really because my insurance adjuster used to work at Mid-Town and told me that Travis will take care of you; he also had told me, he knew Travis since he was a young boy. Information, such as that made me feel at ease, less stressed! Also, I have a minister friend and her father that is a pastor and they both preach at the same church; recommended this place to me. I had never been in an accident( Accident details: was that I scrapped my truck up against the gas station, upside down-U shape barracade, I know, I m not the only one) but I had no idea where to go or who was decent and who would do a great job. I just did my research, read reviews of different places and asked around. My friend the minister, her dad(a pastor) and the insurance adjuster, all gave this place praise, yet in the end, I was the one that got dooped! SMH!! Thanks, a lot Travis! Not!

Once again Midtown has done a awesome job on my car. You cant even tell wat was wrong with it thats just how good they are. They also washed and vacuumed my car I mean Wat more can you ask for. Went out of their way drove an hour and a half to get my car from a yard after it was in a wreck unfortunately it was totaled but they really were so nice the whole process let me know everything even sent me pictures of my car also took my tags off for me helped me get my things out of my car bc i had two kids with me they are just really awesome people!!

Took my $108k 2016 nissan Gtr with minor front end damage from hitting a a deer i thought they would take care of me they over quoted parts by almost double came 4 separate times to get car first time big chunk of debris on the brand new oem hood and front bumper alignment 1 trip my 2 trip had more debris on hood and debris on one fender 3 trip was scratch on new oem front bumper and debris on other fender along 4 trip was bubble in paint on front bumper beside where big scratch was couple dry spray spots on front bumper and big bubble near Gtr emblem at side vent and bumper alignment yet again.after finally getting all of these items fixed I picked up car was told not to wax etc for 90 days after this time I went to wax it and realized my whole car was covered in over spray took it to another body shop due to Travis not answering the phone or returning my phone call now I am out of pocket $427 due to carelessness when the car was finished.between the amount of times I had to show bad spots in paint body panel alignment and this overspray issue I will not bring any cars back here due to this and recommend all of my friends not to take their high end cars here as you will not like the service you receive
