Carolina Collision Center took great care of my car and restored it back to its previous condition (if not better)! I had front bumper/fender work done and I am very satisfied. It’s an unfortunate thing to be in an accident and need car repairs but it was very fortunate that I was sent to this business to assist me until I was back up and running.From beginning to end I was well aware of the process and what would take place. Communication was consistent with the needs for the car repairs.Overall, I was 100% satisfied with the shop, the repairs and Page for his great customer service.Look no further if you are looking for a place who will keep it real, get you in and out with flawless workmanship.

I was so happy to have my car back looking brand new again and they washed the outside and cleaned the inside when I picked it up. You can’t even tell it’s new paint. It looks great, sharper! I wish I was able to attach a picture. Lee took care of me. He was nice!

Highly unrecommended . I wouldnt consider this place to anybody. I had a accident and was working thru an insurance company not only did the paperwork for my car get misplaced . It was never fixed and some items were stolen out of my car. I went to contsct who worked with my car Paige. And he had no clue acted lost and didnt get back in contwct with me about it. I didnt want the items back just wanted to let them know either them or somebody working for them is going thru ppl car. Nothing was wrong with my inside or middle or my car so why was anybody looking? And for nobody to get back in touch with me about is bad business. 1st time going there and hopefully I never have to again. If i do Ill go to another one. Do not go to Carolina Collision on Bessemer Ave.
