They run smoothly and fast dropped my car off on a Wednesday and it was ready that Saturday when the estimated date was for 9 days! Car bumper looks better then when I first got my car!

I absolutely love this repair shop & plan to use them in the future for my body repair needs. From the 1st call asking for help with setting up my tow, the entire staff was friendly, informed and helpful. I visited this location for an insurance repair concerning a deer. I was kept in the know the entire process & anytime I had a question or concern, the staff happily assisted. My expectations were exceeded again with the fact that from tow to return to me only took 8 business days, when I expected no less than 15 for the amount of damage. Will recommend to family & friends and will be returning!Edit: they also detailed the inside of my car & washed the outside upon completion of my repair. Service truly cant be beat here!

Had a relatively minor accident with some slight complications (including evidently the car being a Subaru). Caliber is on the Nationwide preferred list. Took their advice and brought it to them. Got it back two weeks later. No surprise, all body shops take forever. People were professional and kept me informed. Get there closing time end of week...paid and drove off. After a very short time felt large vibration in rear wheel, damage was on front. Turned around got it back to shop. Caught owners as they were leaving. Looked at rear wheel, 4 out of 5 lug nuts missing!!A wheel coming off a car is very dangerous. Could have happened easily. Owner repaired damaged wheel bolts, put new lug nuts on two plus hours from when I arrived. We settled later on some compensation. Not enough to forego this review. I stopped by, thinking that it was Nunley. Wasnt aware that management had changed. I needed a molding strip on the top of my car fixed. The young man came right out and looked at it. Explained what probably caused it and repaired it for me on the spot for free. The place is very clean. Staff is nice. Comfortable for a female to go alone, if needed. I will definitely be going back and giving them a try on a paint job.

I brought my car a driver side front and back door repair, and it wasn’t repair properly nor professionally. Gasket trim to the window is cracked(used) and my steering wheel is stiff as heck, my gas was on “E” and he told me that the battery is dead. He also me multiple that my car will be done but it wasn’t done. Catalytic converters got stolen(they said) and welded with some scrapping one. They LIED to me and I don’t trust this shop. Be warm and aware!!
