I went here for an estimate to fix an alignment issue or possible motor issue with my back hatch door. The young woman that was initially doing my estimate was very nice and friendly but since there wasnt any visible damage she needed help making a quote so she brought out an older guy that honestly wasnt much help and treated me to just sell my car and get a new one. I tried to make it clear that I was going to pay to have the door fixed but he didnt seem to want to be bothered with it. This was a complete waste of time.

Truly a great experience with an exceptional result.I had scratched the paint on my camry (in the parking garage where I live) rear quarter panel and passenger side door. Being new to town, I did not know where to take the car for repair. My neighbors strongly recommended Batts, which is the primary reason I ended up using this shop- and what a great recommendation.My car came out like new, and Batts even took car of some minor knicks on the driver side door without extra charge. I had a great experience with Batts. They resprayed the bumper cover on a car I care a lot about. I was impressed by the work, as well as by their customer service. The two ladies I met over the phone and in the office were both professional and courteous. Jeff was my main contact. He was awesome.

Batts Body & Paint made my car like new again! After a gale force wind storm blew a heavy metal object into the side of my car, I wasn’t sure who would be best to fix it. Batts matched the paint color and surface grain of the paint exactly.

Received a gift certificate for a free headlight cleaning from Batts through a raffle and had the work done this week. I wish I had thought to take a before photo because the after look was amazing! If I didnt know better, they had put new headlight assemblies on! Plus, they washed and detailed my car while they were at it! They were friendly and prompt throughout and Ill definitely consider using them for any vehicle bodywork in the future! 100% pleased and impressed! The lady who answered the phone was rude and told me there prices were high and my car wasnt worth it, a I told her what Macco was charging and she talked down on there business and told me Macco was no were close to them .I told her it wasnt nice to talk bad about other peoples business.

Just picked my car up after an incident with a dump truck. The car looked perfect. . Actually looked better than when I bought it!! These guys are the best, even went out of their way to save me money on repairing parts vs replacing . Great communication throughout the process. . .hope to not need these guys again but if the situation arises, Batts is the only choice.

Batts repainted the front license filler panel on my Corvette. The paint came out super slick and flawless and the paint color match was 100% spot on. Also the job was completed in just one day. I was totally pleased with the excellent work and service I received from Batts!

Unfortunately I needed Batts 2x in the last 6 months. They did such an amazing job the first time I didnt hesitate to go back a second time for a different repair. Incredible workmanship and people!

You get what you pay for. This place is top of the line. I have a 2001 Corvette that was garage kept most of its life. They matched the (then) 15 year old paint perfectly for only $50 more than a certain chain estimated it. Some body shops paint flakes off after a year. Mine still looks perfect. Ive been back since and even asked for them to work with me on the insurance price of a bumper. They are very nice people who are willing to work with you. I will go back any time I need paint or body work now.

I called last week Friday for a quote to refinish my car headlamps, quote received from Janet: $80. I call today to see if I can get a reduced rate based on another offer I found. Debra says the rate is $100 to $125? for refinishing. I tell her Janet’s quote from last week and tell her my intent. She says hold on Janet just walked in she can tell u herself. I’m out on hold...for a while, Janet never comes on the phone. Debra says Janet is with a customer and will honor but I guess I should feel honored Janet will honor the $80 price and the “professionalism” of the hold time.Found 2 places to get it done for half the price. Thanks ladies :-D

Super helpful when getting me a quote to paint my fender on my SUV. They are good shop that does good work. They were highly recommended by the shine shop owner in Greensboro. Make sure you call and set up an appointment for a consultation. The shop is pretty busy.

Great service and staff

Very poor customer service due to poor communication about timelines. Dropped off the vehicle on Monday with an expected completion on Friday. Called on Friday to find out what time I could pick up the vehicle and Jeff said it would not be ready until Monday or Tuesday. He acknowledged he should have called me earlier in the week when he knew it would be later than promised. He said he would call me Monday to give me a status update but he did not. I called Tuesday and was told it would not be ready until Wednesday. Jeff’s excuse for not calling me Monday was that he does take good notes about telephone follow up. Very poor customer service. The work they did on the vehicle was very good but due to the poor communication by Jeff I can not recommend Batts.

Amazing truthful service.Jeff is not going to beat around the bush.Impressive body work, but not cheap, as it seems to be higher quality than most dealership repair shops.

Well I had a motorcycle gas tank they needed to paint they didnt have time or didnt want to do it one of the two so they charged me $350 they said it would cost $350 to paint a gas tank on a motorcycle I think it was because they didnt want to do it or they just didnt have time no big deal its painted up pretty now

I HAVE USED BATTS MORE TIMES THAN I CARE TO ADMIT. IN EACH CASE THE CAR WORK WAS EXEMPLARYAND OFTEN THEY HAVE DONE EXTRA .I NEVER CONSIDER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY MEET THE DEADLINES SET AND ABILITY TO MATCH PAINT ON ANY AGE CAR HAS BEEN PERFECT.PRICE OF SERVICE IS NEVER QUESTIONED IN INSURANCE SITUATIONS

Disappointed in result and the entire process. Jeff misinformed me telling me they would call me once bumper was off if any additional damage found that I clearly pointed out to him when I took it for estimate, he went out of town and on work order it said replace bumper no instructions on looking at the other damage that I clearly pointed out and he acknowledged. John one of the techs called and left me a long voicemail explaining how no instructions on work order and agreed with me that the repair looked horrible and still gaps in truck and quarter panel and he tried to make adjustment to truck but that was not the problem. They did replace the bumper but even that was bowed up/bent in spot where seams comes together and tried to say that it was factorys fault and had sent a bad bumper. How is that my fault???. Jeff called when he got back and said that it looks to have more damage and he would need to take everything off again and put on frame machine and bend metal and would be another $1300 min. I declined because it looked no better maybe worse than when I brought it to them. I paid the $940 to get it out of there, but wish I had never taken it there. Hey... nice people but business is business.
