I needed a prescription refilled and the drive thru pharmacy staff told me as soon as I pushed call button that she would get to me as quick as she could. She was very nice and within 5 minutes I had my refill. I also got gas and the attendant there was very nice and helpful when I questioned the difficulty of the pump taking my card. He explained it was a new pump and we need to press a little harder when inserting our cards.

Excellent selection and always very clean. One of the nicer Walmarts in the area.

Good place if you like being waited on by no one. And ringing up yourself and not getting paid for doing it. This place has hit an all time low....

The lady at self check out was great we went thru card only line an didn’t know an rang up our stuff an instead of starting over she jus put the money on a card an that was pretty awesome

Most of the employees are knowledgable on what they are selling which makes things move smoothly. Facilities could use a good cleaning.

Great customer service but a bunch a boys stand in the middle of the aisle not moving till I said something.

I have no complaints. When I need stuff I go there and find the stuff I need. It’s easy in, easy out, good selection, fair prices, clean, maintained, etc. I live on the other side of town but drive there because I can find mostly what I need there and the prices are often less than closer options.

I would have given it a five star review but this Walmart stays so busy at most times that coming in and out in an hour or less isnt much of a possibility. There arent enough registers and the ones that are actually open are usually moving slow.I would say the covid has caused a shortage of employees there, like everywhere else.

Worst super Walmart Ive ever been too ( and thats saying something if you have been to the Bluffton, SC one). At least the staff is very friendly and helpful. Im not going back though.

Great nail shop and a decent selection of pants and other items. Employees were really nice and store was kept clean.

I was just in the store and they had one register opened with 20 people in it. I went to get help because I am disabled. I had $200 worth, 2 cases drinks, cat food, cat liter etc. The lady said no help, we have 15 self serve open. I have worked my 45 years and dont need a job with Walmart!!! I was so upset that by the time I was through I went into a FMS flare and will now have to spend the next 2 or 3 days in bed. I had plans to dine out afterward but had to call that off. I spend way to much money there for this to happen. I will be shopping Amazon, and a grocery outlet now and when I do need a Walmart store I will drive an extra 45 minutes outside the city to get what I need. This is about as bad as when I stood at the cloth counter for over an hour and there were 5 calls over the intercom to get me help but it never came. I never did get my cloth.

Walmart has been going down!!! Many of the shelves are BARE & its getting harder to find an associate to help you. Pretty soon, this Walmart may be out of business if they dont do something fast to get it back up to speed!!

Wal-Mart was fine, I found it to be clean and well organized. The employees were polite and very helpful. However the Subway sandwich store was quite dirty and needed the tables and floors washed.

As rule I dont go to Walmart unless I have too. It was a great store before Sam Walton died.

Got my oil changed while shopping. Quick and done right. Also Charlie the service writer is a good guy and very funny makes your Wal-Mart visit pleasant. God bless our VETERANS.

What can I say they seem to always out-do themselves and is very convenient all except their hours they would really be a 5 star if they would go back to 24hrs because some of us literally have to make their whole day a total inconvenience if we choose to only go to Walmart because if you work 2nd shift say 3-11 and on mandatory 12hr shifts whether you have to go in early or stay over ifs pretty much impossible to go to Walmart because if need groceries gotta go real early so can take stuff all the way back home or just dont get any cold items and then turn around and go right back all the way to town...Hands Down we really need our Walmart stores to go back to 24hr shifts please!!!!

Place was nice and clean and I really like the guy that works there doing his work and singing at the same time what a great voice he has I really enjoyed listening to him while shopping

I hate the fact that all Walmarts are no longer 24/7 and the pandemic was just the perfect excuse to cut hours permanently. Also, at this location, you can get followed around by a creepy middle aged asset protection employee that is blatantly obvious 😂

Went to the pharmacy, good service. Went to the material area found what we needed.

As usual I found everything I was looking for without too much effort. I guess after living here for the last 15 years; I remember when the Walmart used to be where Ollies is now. Since Greeneville has been elevated to a Supercenter; my wife and I enjoy getting dog food, light bulbs, underwear for us both, and groceries all in one place. We have become familiar with quite a lot of the employees from one of the butchers, grocery restockers, soft lines, cashiers. Its rare for these employees to be rude; of course nobodys perfect. I rate them above 4.8 stars, so we continue to come back.

My rating will come from two different aspects. The first would be five stars on its own. This is from the pick up in store option from the website. The old way was walk to the back of the store, wait on associate, check in, wait on product, check product, and then you could leave. With the new tower, you walk up in front of the store, scan your phone, grab your order and then leave. Easily out in less than a couple of minutes. The other aspect is on the self checks outs. They are good but they have to be open to use them.

Bought a phone through curbside side pickup, it was super easy and extremely fast

Clean an well stocked...I finally found a 3 pack of lysol wipes and got my lunch for less than 6 bucks

They had nothing to wipe the shopping carts off with!! Their machine for hand sanitizer only gave a very small amount to clean your hands with!! I take the covid virus very seriously since I have severe COPD and have to take oxygen!!

The Walmart at Greenville, Tn. Went with my son to pick out birthday gift. In I asked the guy at the middle doors where the toys were at. He was very rude. Was in line for 30 mins in only had one person in front of us. The woman at the register seemed to be messed up on something cause she talked and moved in slow motion.

The store is always full. But the store is pretty well stocked. The only checkouts open were the self checkout ones. It does take a while to pay and get out.

I do not visit this location often. Whenever i do, i have my list and get in and out. I tend to go to s location in a large city just for a larger selection. Wal-Mart is not a place where I feel truly comfortable in visiting. Although Im fully vaccinated, i still have some reservations in ching three. Most checkouts are self-service, and they did not sanitize between customers. This county/city has a low vaccination rate. With the new variant, Wal-Mart should do more to protect their customers. Again, I tend to about the chain in general for their lack of good health practices. They should airways make certain that they have the sanitary wipes at the door.

The store was busy with all the bargain shoppers looking for a good deal. Had some good items on clearance. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. I noticed several employees throughout the store wiping/sanitizing everything down.

Nice store with friendly, helpful staff and good service. It was pretty well stocked each time I went in. I was also able to get a handicap cart that was well charged too. I really appreciated that.My granddaughter loves these little cupcakes, and they had a marvelous selection of them as well as other baked goods and treats. I wish our local stores were as well stocked as this store was.

What can you say...its Walmart. Only one in town. Dont always have what you want but having said that, being from South Florida and just moving up here, so much more polite and helpful then any Walmart back home!!

Employees seem stressed or extremely busy. I dont want to feel like Im aggravating an employee when I need assistance but, I dont like being followed around like Im about to steal something either both of which happened although Im used to it.

WalMart always is the go-to place for everything you need or want. If they dont have it then its probably somewhere carried at another WalMart location. Different locations have other selections of items in stock while other locations have them, then several stores might all have same item in stock.

Store is not stocked well. Hard to find any parking. All of the handicap carts are unplugged and not charged. Very disappointed in this store

Ordered curb pick up. App said the order could be modified to a certain time. I added a product to the order. They DOUBLED the entire order and I was charged twice! Never again Walmart.

Hard to find things. Also, the security alarm went off and it took them forever to get the noise turned off.

Checkout was actually extremely fast in the Garden Center. Lots of garden selections this year made shopping for outdoors much easier.

Their built their store just past the city limits to avoid reinvesting in the community via tax dollars. Good for business, bad for the community.

Parking not big as most Wallyworlds to accommodate bigRigs, but prices were cheaper than most. So, bobtail on down when in town.

That dude Chris that works in electronics is really helpful I had lost my debit card and can only use my phone to pay for stuff and he walked me through what to do to put my cart on to Walmart pay so I downloaded the app and in just a couple minutes I was out.

I know Walmart gets a bad rep, let’s face it they do. But I actually work for straight talk inside of Walmart (not a Walmart employee) and they really do care about the customers. I know especially if you come back in electronics you will be assisted above and beyond, whether it’s wireless needs (phones etc), TVs, pictures, printers, Games etc then someone will always try to make your experience pleasurable!
