I called to get my screen replaced and they said it would take about 45 minutes, but when I went they spent no more than 15 minutes on my phone. I started noticing that the screen would be unresponsive or it wouldn’t turn on and I went back within the 3 months and they acted like I was dumb and either had my brightness down or I needed to update my phone. 5 months later still have this issue. Maybe if they took more time and energy into doing their job I wouldn’t have this problem.

The gentleman is always polite. Came out with i problem but he fixed it. And he does great work even though hes the only one working there everyday by himself

Have had both a Samsung Note 9 and 10s screen replaced at this location and could not be anymore happy with the quality of repair! Especially for being cost wise one of the cheapest options in the area. Would recommend them to anyone!

The end of an older iPhone charger broke off in my phone and I had no idea how to get it out... I was afraid to try the “super glue approach”. I stopped by and talked to Gavin. He took one look at my phone, grabbed a tool and it was fixed in less than 15 seconds! I can’t say enough about his professionalism and ability. He plugged my phone into a charger to make sure it worked. I left with a new screen protector and phone case because when I asked him what I owed him, he said “pay me whatever you think”. I also gave him a good tip with my purchase as he deserved it!!! This will definitely be the first place I go for any phone repairs!!! I was in and out with my phone fixed, a new screen protector and new case on my phone in less than 5 minutes!!!

I was in tears and seriously didn’t think my phone was fixable. I had only had it 3 months and it fell off the top of my car!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and got immediate service. Gavin was very helpful (especially keeping me calm) and reassured me that he would do anything he could to fix it for me. And whenever I returned it looked brand new again!!!! They said the phone will be ready Friday it wasnt ready until Tuesday, I paid upfront for Google pixel four after researching I found it was a 3A was told to be $10 cheaper and since I paid up front of course we didnt get $10 back and they were four days late getting it fixed. I kind of thought this would happen so I had her call and act like she had another 3a be fixed and yes was quoted $10 cheaper, no we didnt get$10 back. At least her phone is fixed

I paid up front to have my iPad Pro fixed and so they could order the screen. They have to keep your iPad for atleast 48 hrs to let it set. I was supposed to bring my iPad back when the part came in. Here it is 8 months later and I still have not tKen it for repair. I just called and they still have my screen and said drop it by anytime. So I was excited that months and months after already paying they still had my screen and were gonna still fix it. I am dropping it off this week. Honest business! I did have my iPhone 8plus repaired here and they did a perfect job. You wouldn’t even know it had been broken. Awesome job!

Let me buy my.own parts fixed it in under 20 minutes max. I dont remember the techs name but he was awesome it was a s8 plus digitizer replacement.

Had phone repaired and two hours after repair I had to return due to new screen being defective . They charged $240.00 for the screen and made me wait a week. When I could have filed insurance claim and had phone next day, but needed my info on my phone. So now a week later they wont replace it because I dropped the faulty screen and they will not refund my money. Watch using this company. They will get you any way they can. Had Terrible customer service!!!
