I actually went next door to Sherwin Williams (didnt go to Jaynes Flooring today) to get something to help remove paint that was spilled on our BRAND NEW tile floor -- that we bought AT Jaynes Flooring!!I can tell you, Jeff with Jaynes Flooring has been a rock for us and our bath and kitchen re-do. He was great during purchase and since (for the last 6/7 mos) then he has been there to answer every question that we have had (& I have called him numerous times), even today when I called him about our major paint spill. Nothing seems to take the paint from this once beautiful tile so we will have to replace... We will definitely be (re-)buying from Jaynes!!

I was looking for cheap carpet to finish a 25x25 bonus room. I called a few places who didnt understand cheap - they were trying to upgrade this and that. Jaynes understood from the get go and immediately went to the apartment grade carpet, exactly what I wanted! The pricing was very fair, the installer was on time and best of all, the install went perfect! I will definitely be back in the future.

John was great! He took extra time to explain my best options and even called my contractor to make sure we were all on the same page. Ive bought from them for years, theyll take care of u. Great folks and products! ☆☆☆☆☆!

Terrible customer service. I went in to buy two floors of carpet plus floor covering for foyer. This gal would not let me just look. Followed me like I was going to shoplift carpet samples. Never smiled, acted like I was bothering her. I brought pics of my home to get advice as to colors, etc. She waved her hand, said she cant tell anything from pics. She was absolutely no help whatsoever . My contractor sent me to Jaynes, only reason I went there. Save your money. These folks simply dont care. If the owners cared, they would hire a salesperson who actually cared and would help. Go to Lowes. The management are wonderful, also free instalation. Jaynes charge for installation. So aggravating when spending that amount of money.

Great folks here. Very helpful and patient with us as we looked through virtually every carpet they had available. We ordered and had them install carpet in two bedrooms and are very pleased with the quality of work.

Purchased carpet carpet squares and ceramic tile had each installed by Jaynes. The quality of materials 5 star. Installation of carpeting 5 star + carpet squares 5 star ceramic 3 star at best base board was not taken up many areas adjoining tiles higher than one beside it. They removed washer and dryer According to gas appliances repairman it was dropped enough to damage a part cost to repair $170.00. They did install new gas line but left off a safety fitting. Line had to be removed and gas line re installed. The mess they left from cutting tile was horrible. The waste was left on my fresh washed and sealed concrete driveway. After many messages left were not returned. Finally after leaving a message that I still owed money they showed up with a toy pressure washer which no good same mess left. Started the process of calling again. After several unanswered calls they showed up again with some washer plus green magic and stiff brush whole lot better. Wish I had kept up with # messages left for S_ _ _ _ never returned. Bottom line have Jaynes install carpet but get someone else install ceramic . Quality of tile good. No so muchInstallation.

They done some work for my family and put down some tile in kitchen and laundry room. Within a 2 weeks of having it, it started to bubble up underneath and come up off the floor. It created a huge air pocket! We called them and they assured us they would be down to fix it. 3 months later and many, many, MANY phone calls later ---still no one has showed up to fix it. Talking to the manager didnt matter either. We didnt pay good money to have this kind of work and service. I suggest taking your business somewhere else. No customer service what so ever.
