Was here about 1:30 on Sunday March 8th. My wife and I walked in to the store and thought it weird that nobody greeted us or offered assistance. When we finally found the product we were looking for, we approached the counter to realize there was nobody in the store. I went to the back and yelled hello but nothing. After about 10 minutes, I went to a nearby store, explaining the situation and asked them to contact mall security as we were concerned about the employee(s) who should have been there as well as being concerned about the store. Just before security got there, an employee came walking up and acted as if his absence was not a big deal.

I always find exactly what I’m looking for at this location and the employees are quite knowledgeable and helpful. This is my favorite GNC to shop at.

GNC products are really quite good, but my experience here mirrors many of the others. The store manager Jon is VERY pushy and aggressive. He absolutely fits the stereotypical “sleazy salesman” profile. I get that it’s a business and his company needs to make money, but do right by the customer. Introduce the best products, but don’t be overbearing and condescending. Don’t continue to push the “Pro” membership once I’ve already stated I’ll hold off for now and think it over. It was not a pleasant experience at this particular store. Stay clear.

Employee lied about their new rewards program. Stated I would receive triple points that same day. After he printed the receipt I did not receive triple points. He said there was nothing he could do. He said I had to call corporate. I called corporate the next day, I was told the membership is non-refundable. I had to block the charge with my CC company. Horrible slimy salesman at this place. Avoid the new memberships!!

Very pushy! Just wanted vitamins put spent 20 minutes on memberships card options..... I will not be back.. I spent over $200.00... wasted of time.
