This review is entirely for Nick. Awesome customer service/sales rep. I came in with a problem with my phone and he fixed my issue quickly. There are a lot of scum sales reps working at phone places but Nick treated me great. Give this man his own business cards T-Mobile or at least buy him lunch!

Josh and the T-Mobile team at the SouthRidge mall are AMAZING!!! They helped my family switch 5 phones from Sprint to T-Mobile. They were very patient and answered all our questions. Awesome experience!

Ali was amazing! He had great knowledge and answers and solutions. He was very patient and kind. I had a million questions and the same question over and over lol. He answered everything thoroughly and adequately. Definitely would recommend Ali and this location!!!! I’d give 10 stars If I could!!

Ali was absolutely AMAZING! He was very patient and did his very best to accommodate everything that I wanted in a plan. I did not want to give up my phone number that I had since the 8th grade so he worked with me to call the company that I was with to make sure that I was able to port my number into their system. He was able to find promotions that saved me a lot of money as well as being able to trade in my phone and get an Iphone 12 for free. He truly cared about my experience and took the best care of me. I highly recommend seeing him if you are looking to join T-mobile. You will be in great hands if you are working with him. Once again thank you Ali for all of your help.

Today I called & oml one didn’t even answer my question talking about “I think” and when I ask again the dude hangs up😐, after I call a few minutes later and they tell me they’ll check if the phone I asked for is still in stock. I was on the phone 12 minutes apparently “waiting” to see if he could go check 😂😂

I usually don’t write reviews but I had such a great experience at this location! The store manager Melissa was extremely polite and patient with me, I had so many questions and she answered them all! She seemed to know the products really well. It’s so hard to find great customer service nowadays so that’s why I felt the need to write this review. I’ll definitely frequent this location more often.

Stopped in at the Sprint at Southridge mall just because I had a few questions on my bill. Brooklyn looked over my bill with me and explained each charge and also gave me options for what I could do to save money and all of the discounts I qualified for! Much appreciated! This will be my new sprint location.

Had a wonderful experience at Sprint! Thanks to Melissa, I was able to get a new Samsung Galaxy A50, a complimentary screen protector and even a case. I was only planning on getting a new phone, but she convinced me otherwise. This will gladly be my new go-to Sprint store.

I’ve had sprint for years, service wise, it’s improving, that’s why I’ve stayed. Recently, Tamara and her team at southridge we’re so helpful when my Iphone went black and wouldn’t turn on for two days. Not only did they turn on my phone, and save majority of my photos and contacts, but upgraded me right there! Thank you!!!

All the employees were more concerned about their phones than they were of me, they never took their airpods out. Terrible customer service when they could be bothered to say two words to me they were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a manager it took an excessive amount of time to actually get ahold of them. The entire experience was extremely unpleasant and upsetting. Needless to say they have lost my business permanently, and I will be strongly recommend everyone else go elsewhere..

The store is small...they are always understaffed and people come to the store with 30 questions.The spectrum store with longer lines has faster service.If you want to pay cash for your service your best of going to ATT or Verizon since their stores have payment stations.. TMobile sucks in Milwaukee...always drop and cant use the phones inside buildings.

Make sure when you get promotions you will not get charge for the free promotion stuff . I came to this T-Mobile store a lot but twice I got scammed . They offer me a free Boom speaker with iPhone 6s as a promotion offer and then later on I check that actual speaker was also charged as sale on my T-Mobile account . I got very upset & disappointed. To make their sales good and make people fool its a fraud. STORE watch my review & take it very seriously before somebody can notch u guys up. Its a serious suggestion!

Excellent customer service by Samer K. This store was temporarily sold out of the phone that I wanted, so he went to another store about a half mile away and brought it back for me, if that isnt great customer service I dont know what is. He was friendly, enthusiastic, and was familiar with the product and all service details. Thank you very much Samer K., youre one of the reasons Im a happy customer and I stay with T-Mobile!

Do Not Join Sprint!! I switched over from another company and that was my 1st mistake. Bill isnt what i was told. Internet doesnt work outside my home Wi-Fi and im suppose to have unlimited. Info in the computer system STILL isnt correct so i cant get any help from these people without a security number that i never received or set up. Nothing but DRAMA with Sprint. Run the other way!

By far the worst customer service I have ever expierenced. Manager was extremely rude. Every time I came in the worker gave me problems. I Changed my sprint location and I dont have any issues with making a simple payment. :)

Lied about billing and coverage. Going back to our reliable phone network and praying the mall gets rid of this #scamstore.

Service is so terrible. Tried paying my phone bill but the managers was too busy trying to talk to little girls. Avoid this location by any means. They dont care about customer satisfaction at all, this goes for the workers and manager.

Worse customer service. The employees were really rude specially the Mexican guy there.. I will never coming back.. The service is also bad time to switch company.
