Had my convertible 1996 XJS Jaguar in Washington, couldnt find a mechanic who was able to keep this car running. After we moved to Arizona we had it shipped it to Tucson in hopes that Royal Jag could do something with it. For the cost they qouted me and no guarantee.... no thanks. Then our good friend Ed S. insisted I take it to Sean and Dana. .... I say good friend because he was right on the money. This car has not run so well in years! Saguaro Automotive are miracle workers. Totally blew my mind. They have worked on two of our cars so far now and we couldnt be happier. The jag needed some electrical work and much needed attention from having sat for many years. I couldnt be more thrilled to know we have a reliable and trustworthy mechanic in the neighborhood!

I had a broken leaf spring on my truck. David, the tech, did a great job of locating the part, and got it shipped to the shop. He spent considerable time and effort in getting this done as I was due to leave Green Valley in a few days. The job was completed ahead of schedule and the quality of the work was outstanding. I would highly recommend Saguaro to anyone needed a reliable, dedicated crew to help you.

I’d give them 10 stars if I could. We needed a jump start for my truck battery due to leaving the ac accessory on while changing a flat tire. After the tire was changed the battery was dead. AAA didn’t help ( they were the opposite of help) so I called Saguaro who came to our rescue in just a few minutes and got the truck started. The guy that came out was great. I’d recommend them for all automotive needs. Too bad I live in Tucson and they are in Green Valley

This company is THE BEST!! We broke down on i19, waited in 97 degree heat with traffic flying by, for AAA to send out help from unknown company they contract with. Still not there after an hour. In desperation we looked on google for nearby auto repair companies, called Saguaro Automotive and in 10 minutes they arrived, jumped our battery and we were on our way. The man could not have been nicer. Highly recommend this company! They rescued us quickly from an unsafe situation and could not have been nicer. Saguaro Automotive: Thank you!!!!

I had a slow leak in my tire and had already checked with another mechanic nearby that told us he wouldnt be able to help us for at least two hours. The manager at Saguaro graciously managed to squeeze us in despite being very busy as well. They quickly found the source of the leak (a thorn) and patched it up for free. I was impressed by the wonderful service and would highly recommend them to others!

When I went in and told them the problem I was having, they checked my battery and put everything back together for me and didn’t charge me for the service. I will be back with my vehicles after this. The waiting room was spotless, with two recliners for waiting patrons. I appreciate all your help.

Saguaro Automotive is one of the best automotive repair shops in Tucson/Green Valley. The owner, Sean is very customer oriented, the mechanics are highly skilled, and the shop is always clean and organized. They were able to properly diagnose 4 mechanical problems, which had actually been caused by negligence at a different repair shop during a clutch installation. Sean and his staff completed the necessary repairs as quickly as possible at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend this shop for all levels of mechanical repairs. Their business is also becoming popular for owners of specialty vehicles (sports car, vintage, collector, etc.).........

Definitely one of the best kept secrets in the Green Valley area! This is by far the best all around automotive repair shops I have ever been to - and im an old guy! They are expert in all things mechanical and willing to take on new jobs like a camera wiring and some RV repairs. I have done business with them at least a dozen times and have never left with anything but a feeling of a very positive experience and reasonable prices.. Sean the owner and Dana at reception have always been very warm and welcoming. The mechanics are never too busy to explain what was found and repaired. This is a true gem of a business and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Snobby management. Rude crew. Overpriced. Lucky if your warranty actually gets the full year that they promise up front and took 2 days longer to get my car back than the day promised. Go to Raggs or some place else and save yourself the time to not deal with these stuck up kings that they act like.
