I asked the desk clerk to have the tech check on a tack or nail in the tread of one of my tires, in addition to the alignment.Upon leaving, I asked about the tire tread. He stated there was no problem.Arriving at home I double checked the tire and the object is still stuck in the tread.So, the clerk is either uninformed or is winging it.Regardless, I wont be back. And I have been a repeat customer at this shop.

I had two drums off of a 20 year old boat trailer. Took them in to see if they could be turned. Outstanding job. Twenty dollars a piece and done in an hour....as a walk in. Very impressed with the old school business ethic and the price was lower than two other places I called.

I am not a car person so if I mix up names of parts etc my bad...took my car in for a routine oil change on Thursday afternoon and they said the drain plug was stripped and they couldn’t find one to fit and wasn’t able to retap cause there was a helicoil in it that they couldn’t remove so they needed to replace the whole oil pan for 300 and 340 for labor. I was upset at the cost and I probably would have paid it but I called my uncle(he is a car person) and knows a good mechanic. So I actually had my car towed on Friday to that mechanic and I just picked my car up today6/21/21 and total cost for oil change and to fix the drain plug was 127.13...sooo much better!!! I will not be back to this place! Beware!!!

Really bad service here. Took 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I usually do it myself and only takes 20 mins top and I have very manual tools for doing it. I thought this time I would take it in to save me the time and trouble, but I was very wrong. I also think they stole my good headlight and replaced it with a low quality one. Ive never had trouble with the headlights and recently replaced them, but they told me I need a new one because its dim. Just dont come here, watch YouTube and DIY instead.

Got an oil change done by them not that long ago and I started having problems with take off from a stop position and loss of power while driving. So, I took it to the dealership so they can look at it and turns out they over filled the recommend amount for the oil and didnt completely drain out the old oil. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

3 Apr 2020: Called to get a quote for ONLY two rear shocks on a 2005 Tacoma. That was it. They quoted OVER $430.00!!!! FOR TWO REAR SHOCKS... Couldnt believe the price gouging. The shocks literally cost $76.00 online. Be VERY weary shopper... Be VERY cautious here.

I had taken my Kia to this location about 6 months ago and had an alignment done. I am having new tires put on next week so I decided I had better have an alignment done so I am ready for the new tires. I went back to this location to have this done. It took no time at all as the alignment machine indicated that everything was in the green and there were no issues. No charge of the service! Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. In todays world this level of service and honesty is very unusual. They certainly have me for customer from here on out. Carlos was very professional and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone. Great service.

Just returned for a 0730 appt I made for my Mercedes ML350, to have front brake pads checked. Sergio and his team are professional and honest. Carlos was such great help!!! I always feel a little scared to go get my oil change because then I am told I need to spend thousands of dollars to get stuff fixed on my Jeep. Well today I went in to get my oil changed and Carlos took the time to tell me and explain the stuff truly needed for my Jeep and also informed me that some of the repairs recommended should be done sooner rather than later. On 12/24/19, I drove my old Jeep to BM for an oil change and for staff to inspect a leak originating from the rear. Sergio and Carlos listened to my concerns and immediately discussed an action plan. I did not need to wait in the lobby too long to learn that two services were needed: the transmission fluid flush and replacement of the rear differential pinon seal - the latter was the cause of the leak mentioned previously. At the moment, I recalled that during the previous oil change, Carlos had recommended that the transmission fluid flush be done. I planned to return the following week but forgot, yikes! I am grateful to the Sahuarita BM Team for their patience in addressing my concerns. Their meticulous inspection of my old Jeep is to be commended, as their approach influences me to feel as though I am driving a 2020 model. The services performed today, as usual, were completed in a timely and professional manner, which allowed me to carry on with my holiday plans and activities with peace of mind. I recommend Brake Masters in Sahuarita to everyone, regardless of the day, concern or season!!!

THE BEST EVER....I just had my car worked on by the most honest company I have ever dealt with. Not only were they $500+ lower then most of the companies in the area, but the most efficient. Serigo and Carlos treated fair and square. Their business is new, clean and well organized. Everyone is there to help. Now I know where I will be taking all my cars!

Went to try out the new Brake Masters for an oil change last week come to find out I needed brakes, approved the work. They finished up my car and I had to drive into Tucson for some things. I heard a noise coming from my car didnt think anything of it but kept getting worse. The next day I went over to the brakemax where I normally take my car and they found some bolt missing on my brakes and oil filter was leaking, fixed it all up for free and also inspected my car said ill be needing some tires and possibly an alignment done soon. I wont be back to Brake Masters anymore that was scary.

Did excellent work on my 06 Sonata! Needed a new timing chain cover gasket installed to stop an oil leak. The manager Sergio at Brakemasters saved me from spending $500.00 more for the same work at Brakemaxx a competitor less than a block away. Plus, gave me a coupon for a free oil change! Came in for an oil change. They were fast friendly and didnt try to upcharge me. Put the right oil in my car unlike the brakemax down the street although they fixed it it had me going in again on my day off. I suggest going to brake masters if your in sahuarita area and need a quick oil change with no issues.

Can’t say enough good things about this shop! So friendly and helpful:) We got our oil changed there a day before we were driving to Lake Chapala, Jalisco, MX and they were just great! At 3:45pm the same day the back tailgate of our 2002 Chevy Suburban would not open! That was crucial for us as we were traveling with 2 dogs and 3 kitties in pet carriers that were located right by the tailgate:/ We called Sergio, he said bring it over, and they had it fixed in less that 15 minutes!!!!
