Dealership told us they had a one-month backlog of appointments and could not schedule us for a needed oil change (oil change that Hyundai had recommended). When told we could not wait a month, since we had to make a long distance, emergency trip, the dealership told us to drop off the car and they would service it when they could. They were able to service the car that afternoon.

Had to do a few more things for the car but did it as fast as possible. Very courteous too.

It is great to work with Anna Dickerson, she is so on top of what I needed and does it as an expert.

Jorge our sales person and Tommy in finance made got us what we wanted and were not afraid to help us .

When I went for a scheduled maintenance on my car, the service person said that 3 mechanics were out that day. I could proceed with the maintenance but there would be a 2 - 3 hour wait. Or I could come back the next week and she would expedite my time there. That was customer service - making the best of a not so good situation, involving the customer from the get go and giving options. Customer service is easy when everything is going well. Customer service really counts when things are not going so well. Thats what I have always gotten at Jim Click Ford - great customer service.

Fantastic place with great helpful employees! But I wanted ppl to see this ASAP- Google has the wrong Hours!!! Jim Click Hyundai is open Mon-Sat from 8am-6pm and Jim Click Ford is open Mon-Friday 7am-5pm and Saturday 8am-5pm. Both are Closed on Sundays. Ive had work on my vehicle done here several times at both the Hyundai and Ford entrances, and they never have given me a single reason to complain. They do WELL HIGHLY above average work and Every repair they have done for me has lasted & never had a problem again. I believe they also have an Enterprise office in case You need to rent a car. I Also wanted to add in that staff is incredibly friendly and this is definetly one of the nicest places overall to buy, rent, or repair a vehicle or buy car parts! The inside of this Jim Click is also wonderful. They actually have a large, clean, comfortable waiting area with Entertainment as well as a small-medium sized stand to purchase food and beverages. Not just snacks tho, but actual resteraunt grade meals!!! So I definitely highly highly recommend this place to absolutly anyone. Also for Ladies, there are some shopping locations very close if you need kill some time. Last time i was here for a longer repair I sat down and knocked out a few hours of homework for school, ate a fantastic, delicious meal (that didnt cost much at all!), took a break and watched some T.V, and than finished my Resume. We bought our Buick Enclave here, and have free lifetime service, oil change etc...Everytime we get an oil change, we have an oil leak. 3 times now. The other day we took our Buick to another place to have it checked, and the oil filter was loose. We had the oil changed at Jim Click in January and have had a leak since. When we do take the vehicle back to Jim Click, the mechanic always says, oh its nothing, it will stop leaking in a few days. Instead of checking to see where the leak is coming from..? If we would have taken a trip in our Buick, we would have run out of oil. And its nothing? So much for a lifetime of service from Jim Click. Maybe they dont want to give us our free service?

I would not come back here with my car if they were the last Hyundai dealership in Arizona. I would drive to another state. How can you not have parts for an active recall? Especially after telling the customer a week before the appointment that you will order them! And then you forgot and tried to make me wait when I live out of country. It is like nothing I said was ever listened to when I called.

Well, overall my experience has been ok. I did encounter a problem when I took my Palisade in to repair a tire. Upon picking up the vehicle and going home, I noticed that two valve stem caps were missing on the right side. Anna also informed me that the rim was damaged by the technician. That meant I had to get a loaner car so it could be repaired. This caused my wife and I a major inconvenience. I informed Anna of the valve stem cap issue and she rectified the situation. Anna was pleasant and helpful through this experience but it seems like your Service Department should be more conscious of what they are doing. I am considering getting another vehicle from another dealer. Thank you.

I have had previous good experiences with Jim Click service but wonder if something bad has happened there. I cant even get someone on the phone to schedule routine and recall service. A week ago I left voicemail and has had no reply. Today I finally got someone of the phone who was ready to schedule service but could not since a recall was involved. She transferred me to a service advisor. After a few rings I was back in voicemail. Maybe they will call back this time. Maybe not. This is not the Jim Click of even a few months ago. Perhaps all their good people have moved on.UPDATE: Based our last visit they seem to have regained their mojo so this review goes from one star to four.

I know a lot off people ergo feel that getting work done by a dealer is a rip off, but Jim Click in Sahuarita tells you what your service is going to cost up front and always goes about the work professionally and in a timely manner.
