Very pleased with the response from Dave. My furnace died on a Sunday afternoon. Dave returned my call promptly offering to come and check the furnace and bring portable heaters for my son’s and my comfort. He arrived Monday morning as promised to take measurements and set up a replacement. The service technicians were wonderful too. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. My basement was cleaned up and everything put back as before. I can’t thank Bay Heating enough and highly recommend them!

I have used Bay Heating at my previous home and now my new home. Always top-notch service!! Recently, my air conditioner was not cooling. I placed a call and waited for a call back. Instead, a service truck arrived in less than an hour. I cant say enough about the service I have been provided - excellent team of people in the office and in the field.

Installed a mini split with these guys a couple years ago. Dave was very helpful and did all the measurements to spec the correct system for our needs and it has performed better than I honestly expected. I also liked the after install communication of any questions you might have.Dan was one of the installers and has been here a couple times for maintenance of the mini split, he is very knowledgeable of the product and always here when they say they will be.I would highly recommend this company for any size job you have because they wont let you down.

Walked in to buy a flame sensor for my furnace. They stopped me and asked me what was going on, I explained the problem. They gave me a quick over view of what was causing it and what to do just to get the heat going. Will be going back when it comes time to install A/C and service my furnace.

I have no affiliation with Bay Heating, they were just one of three local contractors I had come out to price my furnace replacement. I started going down the road with the lowest cost company (all three bids were within $300 of each other on comparable models) then started getting answers to questions before the install that didnt make me comfortable. I later chose Bay Heating and was very happy with that decision. They installed a unit that ended up having a problem not of their control, instead of trying to band-aid the issue they addressed the problem properly at their expense without any begging from me. They simply said this is wrong and we want you to be happy. This is a great local contractor; everyone I dealt with was very professional.

The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, willing to go the extra mile to our furnace up and and running again! We are grateful for his professionalism to be on time, honest and wear shoe booties to keep our house clean. Thank you!

Great guys great service!

They charged my disabled mother 244$ for a thermostat worth 50-70$ at menards,lowes and home depot! Besides that issue, receptionist was nice and dispatched technician within an hour and job was done within 45 minutes..wont do business with them in future.. what you just posted is incorrect sir, I tried to get a quote of amount it could be before receptionist dispatched tech, she offered no information on it..11/19/19

Dann from Bay Heating arrived to give us an estimate on a gas fireplace insert, and in our conversation we spoke to him regarding service on our furnace that was done by Kinard heating.... he elected to check our furnace. He made a quick adjustment on our heat return setup, which had been done incorrectly by the other Heating company and we have seen a significant improvement in our boiler systems efficiency, wamth in the house (and he did not even charge for it!) We proceeded to order a gas insert and had Dann return and install it and we are more than pleased with not only the beautiful result but also having found someone we can trust with his knowledge and integrity.

Prompt service, did a great job, and reasonably priced. Would strongly recommend to anyone needing HVAC repairs.
