I have experienced nothing but polite, professional and quality materials from Premiere Door. I have used them as a vendor for many purchases and they have always made sure the product I asked for was in top condition and working order. The team there have consistently offered great customer service. They are courteous and quick to return my calls. I had an instance last spring where I needed an item immediately but I was in the southern half of the state and they met me HALF WAY in Oshkosh to get me what I needed. THAT is a high level of customer service you dont often find. I would highly recommend them. On a side note -- I am using my REAL name and not hiding behind a clever pseudo name for this review.

This place is the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with for materials. Doors made very poorly. Very. Sent wrong sizes/number & when called to fix...they could care less.
