If your going to have a sign that says press button for on line pickup when you walk in the door it better work. Four employees walked by said nothing, I have to stand in a line in the check out to find out how to get my order. Terrible service

Been going here for years. Great selection great staff. One of my favorite stores.

Melanie and I went by there today 11-17-19 looking for some photo transfer mod podge. We found it was $7.99 not bad but got what I needed also got a life is better with a pug fun magnet to . Well store was clean and well stocked up. Well thats the first time we have been there in years used to go all the time. Well heres a few pictures from today. 😊

Clean organized store. Big sales but that is because of the jacked up prices. Sale prices are pretty comparable to Joann or Hobby lobby regular prices.

Michaels has always been my go-to place for craft and art items! And they never fail to come through. I was a little disappointed because the Easter craft items I wanted to purchase were sold out (waited a little too long I guess).The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The framing department personnel are very patient and considerate.I like the new checkout system they have in this store - it seems much more efficient than in the past.The only issue I had was with the coupons I had pre-printed from home, the scanner would not accept them - not sure why. The sales associate was persistent and finally typed it in.

Extremely rude. Really amazing. No way Im going back. Pulled up for curbside following all instructions. The lady who brought out the items was just mean and nasty.

Every time I buy expensive felt tip pens from this store they only work for about 20 minutes if Im lucky. I am a long time customer. I also buy lots of picture frames and mats.Ive probably wasted close to $100 on the garbage felt tip art pens, and Im very much not happy about it. I feel that I should be reimbursed some how !!!

I get my resin and other supplies here. They are a bit pricier than Hobby Lobby, but sometimes carry what the other stores dont have. The employees are always helpful. I usually dont go here without a coupon, because of the prices. Luckily there is always a sale going on.

Its a beautiful store, but they didnt have the particular brand of yarn I needed. So I went to Hobby Lobby and they had it.

I had to make two trips to Michaels, my first trip the cashier Laura was so lovely. The second trip the manager Deb was a huge help to me and everyone that approached and the supervisor in the framing section proved to be amazing, 34 years of experience shows my friend. I cant speak for all Michaels, but this store is top notch! Thanks again crew!

I was a little lost because I know almost nothing about fabric crafts but needed to fix up some Halloween costumes. I was helped by a super nice lady and was outta there with everything I needed quickly.

Cant find anyone to help us and when we did they didnt have much for diamond painting stuff.

I was looking for a specific item, which I checked their website. It was in stock. So I drove to Michaels to get it, as I didnt want to wait for it. Well, they didnt have it and I was told they didnt carry it any longer. So frustrating. All of the workers were pleasant and tried to help.

Order was ready within an hour of ordering online and curbside pickup was super quick. Customer service was very polite and friendly on the call and in person.

I remembered why I dont go to Michaels very often...they are expensive. But their selection is great. Joanns is fabrics and crafts and is half fabric. Michaels is all arts and crafts.If you are getting something on sale or using the weekly coupon its affordable, but most regular priced items are more expensive than other stores or online.

Great folks and everything I needed. I was looking for a fine point pen with white ink. They had it. Great store.

Everything was neat and in place and easy to find. The sales associates were very pleasant.

Workers here are amazing and always on top of their game. The yarn aisles could use an extra inch or two for breathing room in between customers. But for their sales I dont mind rubbing an elbow or two.

Usually we love Michaels and my kids save their money to go once a month. I decided to book my six year olds golden birthday there and two days before got a call from the manager asking to cancel the party because the weather was supposed to be bad. I was forced to call out of town guests to cancel and had to break it to a six year old that her party was going to be postponed because of weather that may or may not hit at a storm located on a main road. When I called to confirm, an associate had the nerve to ask if I was going to bring more kids when I rescheduled. I think not. Talk about a disappointment all around

As expected, this store carried everything we needed. It is large, clean, and parking is plenty. The location is easy to find also. When we asked for assistance finding some stuff we needed, the staff was also very friendly, quick and also knowledgeable. Great shopping experience with many discounts!

Very dangerous place to go if your plan is to buy only one item. Good luck with that. The basket you didnt need, will be full and your pockets empty.

Frustrated, I have been to the store 3 times for an item and they are out of stock. This means I can not use my 50 or 60 percent coupon before it expires! When I ask when it will be available, they say they dont know. I ask if they can put it on the order list and they say they cant do that...I ask if I can have a rain check to honor my coupon and they also tell me no.I should Not have to order it online and pay for shipping when it is an item they claim they sell in the store. They will lose customers if they can not keep supplies stocked in store or honor the coupons when there are other craft stores in town. Some of the staff are awesome and some are rude and have no idea what they are doing or even care if they satisfy their customers!

Great selection of DIY products (crafts) Never, Never buy anything full price. There is always a coupon on their website to take advantage of. Best selection of Cricut products avail and very knowledgeable staff.

Had canvases on sale but when I got ti thre store, they had a huge display of canvases not on sale right as you walk in, made me think sign blew down at door. Stand in line for 10 min to find out its now one of three multiple advertised. Ran to get thre one on sale and needed to stand in line for another 8 minutes because the store didnt have enough staff working.

Its a smaller craft store but nice. They make decisions for your home so you dont have to or you can make your own. They have framing there. I like to see if they had pictures to chose from to make your own.

The art camp for kids has been so much fun! We did the free Friday Slime on the friendship week and had so much fun, we signed up for a painting hour... Well worth the time for the memories!

Good selection. I had a minor issue finding a product and let them know on my survey, manager called me the next day and said a coupon was waiting for me at the register for the next time I came in! Great to se a big company still cares about customers.

Awesome store cant believe ive never went here before so many awesome ideas for the kids.

This newer Michaels location, just up the road from the old location in Green Bay Plaza, is a much nicer store in just about every respect. The old store was kind of dumpy, but this new location is expansive, clean, reasonably well laid out and well-stocked most of the time. Staff here are generally friendly and helpful, and prices are on par with other similar stores -- use your smartphone for coupons to get good deals.

The store was definitely ready for fall but the smell of cinnamon and pumpkin was a little overwhelming at the front of the store. No one asked if we needed any assistance while we were shopping. But the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I couldnt remember my password to log into my account for the coupon and she found one at the register instead that she was able to use.

This is a great place to find any sort of craft supplies! I cross stitch and its nice to have a quick place to go to when I need to pick up embroidery floss. Ive never gone there and left without buying something!

Wonderful and affordable craft store. They have everything from framing, canvas, and yarn, all you ever need is here. If you sign up for their reward program you get emails with coupons and deals for the week.

They have nice things. This store is like they have medium size areas of different things. Not to much not to little. They make decisions of flowers for your table,wedding, doors or anything.
