Shayla the Property Manager was absolutely amazing. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Shayla and Lisa have went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the price and location of our storage unit. Shayla is the most helpful woman you will find at any storage unit i have ever been to and worked with. She cuts locks off no problem, paints, washes, organizes runs the forklift and communicates to the customers like the professional she truly is. She goes out of her way to encourage customers to ask for any help they might need. Ive even seen her assist in relocating boxes from one unit to another that did not belong to her. And shes patient. She has to be or she might chase some of us everyday faces off. She has a smile instead and kind words. If you need help and shes unavailable she usually has someone nearby that will lend a hand. Get a unit here if there are any left. A brand new surveillance system too has recently been installed and is being used.

Shayla and Lisa are awesome to work with at AAA Storage. They really care about their customers as they provide top quality customer service. They also maintain the facility very well and are always looking into ways to improve the place however they can. You cannot go wrong in choosing this storage facility and working with Shayla and Lisa.

This is the most AMAZING storage facility in Northern Colorado! Shayla is the best facility Manager the place could ever have. She is always a delight to see. I have never worried about the security of the building and its in a VERY easily accessible part of town.

The staff here is extremely helpful and professional. The forklift makes it very easy to get all of your belongings closer to your unit, so you don’t have to carry things a long distance, and they have cameras everywhere to make sure that you and your stuff is safe. I would definitely recommend this storage facility if you’re looking for a place in Greeley!!

Completely caught off guard when I was approached by owner, to give a list of demands that was very unprofessional. Covid turned my life upside down and she said,you need to park in the street unless you are loading/unloading! With homeless people hanging around all the time, the LAST thing I want to do is take my time. She accused me of blocking the driveway and said I was in the way of a customer! The only person who came yesterday, was a man with a trailer, whos trailer wouldnt clear the gutter and asked me to watch. It would not clear and I suggested he try the other door!! NOT that I was in his way. She also said, Ive been thinking about it and you can not store food in your storage. I replied that I WOULD NOT because I dont want rodents destroying my property. She treated me like she was doing me a favor. SHE WAS NOT. In fact, I paid more than what the ad claimed the fee was and I have been overcharged>

I have a 5 by 12 sized unit here. The building is older, but every time I go there the ladies that run the place are always working hard to keep that place clean and nice! Excellent costumer service from both of the ladies that work there and the prices are very reasonable. One even made me a coffee because it was cold! Thank you to the employees for being kind and working hard.

Such a great place to store my things It is clean, secure. The manager Shayla Mason is awesome, as well as her assistant Stephanie. Both were very helpful. I had a great experience when keeping my things in storage, and it felt even better knowing that with a second floor unit they were there with the fork lift to help with anything. The staff were all super friendly and kept the place clean which was awesome, and the price was not very expensive at all. I knew my things were safe when I had them here.

AAA King Self Storage is great. We have been renting for quite some time. The present property manager has wonderful people skills and is great. So was the previous property manager who I will miss talking to. Have always been gracious and very helpful. I like the fact that it is indoors so when the weather is bad you dont have to worry about your items that you need to transfer from your vehicle to the storage unit. Great place. Would highly recommend.

I have to write a review about my experience at AAA King self storage in Greeley. I dealt with Jamie, and she was not only the kind of attentive employee that made me feel as though she genuinely cared that our family’s storage needs were met...but she also went way beyond the call to accommodate us. We hadn’t realized we reserved an upstairs unit, and Jamie spent considerable time and effort securing us a ground floor unit at no extra cost when she found out ground floor access would be easier for my disabled mother.These are the kind of experiences that make you a loyal customer and happy to refer a business to others. I urge anyone in the Greeley/NorCo area in need of a storage unit to check out AAA King.ALSO! They were less than HALF the price of a storage over on 1st, for the exact same unit size but with much better accommodations here. (After hours access, lighting, insurance coverage, etc)Would give 10 stars if I could!

OUTSTANDING customer service at a really great price, even relatively last minute. The unit is great and the entire facility is always kept at a nice, cool temperature. 100% recommend!Update: Ive had my items in the storage unit there for 3 months and took it all out today - they were in perfect condition and the temperature was still great! Im incredibly satisfied and will be back again if I need to store anything else! This is the most affordable option I could find and also the only one that had so many units still available. So theres people have been amazing since day one!! We recently had a major life even happen, it kinda devastated our family. Kayla I believe her name is ( forgive me I misplaced the sweet girls name) was simply amazing and help as best as she could. Her patience and kindness ment the world to me, when it seemed like everything was falling apart. We need more people in the world and in Greeley like that young lady.

Great storage facility! Management is very friendly and accommodating. The facilities themselves are easy to access and in great condition. The facility is kept on the cooler side at all times, which is great for storing perishables. I will be using this facility next time I need to store something in Greeley.

I have been renting a unit for several months and have had to up grade twice to a larger unit, and am always in a hurry, the staff is always friendly and professional thanks, Shayla whom is the manager and Stephanie assistant manager are awesome.

I have been using this storage facility for the last 3 months since my move to Greeley. I was very impressed with Jimmy as he showed me around the different units and we found the one that would provide the appropriate space for what I needed. When I moved again a month ago, I needed a bigger unit. I was impressed that they had one unit available and I was able to transfer with very little paperwork. The staff is very helpful. I love that it is all indoors and under camera surveillance. I have recommended them to a number of people due to their excellent customer service.

Horrible customer service!!!! Rude, distracted representative that was more into reading her magazine then helping me get started. Then the next month i had my stuff stored here, they raised the rent. The one time I am late on a payment i attempted to use their complementary oops card waiving the fees, and they conveniently no longer accepted the card THEY ISSUED.Also read the fine print. these guys are corrupted, and charge fees left and right.I will be removing my stuff from here ASAP and will never return....

The general manager Jason totally worked with me on my storage needs this past June, July and August. The facility is clean, afforable and secure. The employees were friendly and helpful when assistance was needed. The hours of opperation are decent, yet 24 access is also available for a reasonable rate.

Owner was kind to my family to help them get back into their shed. Very understanding.

I agree with the other reviews. This place sucks since it went under new management. Id rather spend more money and have amazing customer service than always be inconveinced when I go and no one answers the door. The new guy and new girl are a perfect match BOTH RUDE! All she does is sit there and play on her phone and the guy pretends hes the owner. I dont blame the other gals for quitting. This place is a joke. Ill be going to Gateway next time I need a storage place.

I have a storage unit here and very pleased with all the upgrades to the facility under the new management. from the new security system,helpful staff and the new paint job to the building..they have done a wonderful job in during this place around. i will definately recommend aaa king storage to all my friends.

My daughter has been put through hell with the staff at AAA king self storage. She had a rough road the past year. She has paid late a few times, and when she has the money to pay they come up with all kinds of hidden fees. They make it almost impossible for her to catch up so she wont lose her belongings. She has ask numerous times to speak with the owner or someone higher and they refuse to give her the information. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been with this place already 3 years but since theyve had the New Management IT REALLY SUCKS the manager there is a jerk hes really rude and obviously dose not care about costumer service! This place always seams to be closed and every time i would go try to pay he would be gone and i also tried going before it closed and it was always closed before closing hours and now i have late fees cause of the manager not doing his Job.. I rather pay my money to an other place then them!!!!!

The only storage place i know that makes u buy insurance from them.. Every other storage place is suppose to provide insurance with their company.. And the staff guy at front desk was rude. I do not reccomend this dump.. Their storages are filthy also.
