Everyone here is soo kind and helpful. They all know where to find what I need. And Their products are great. Better quality stuff than home depot and I didnt have to buy in bulk, just what I needed. Their Stone cutting blades helped me get the kitchen sink in cut and smoothed out. Their masonry screws held these maple hardwood cabinets in place without hindrance. Its alot of photos but its to show that Hykes has what You need to create something excellent. Thank You Guys.

This is the best hardware store in Greeley. Erik, the owner, and the rest of the staff are fantastic. Unlike other hardware and home improvement shops in town, these people are actually available and willing to assist. Walking in, you are greeted by the smiling faces of team members willing to guide you to what you need. They make the buying process fast and efficient. The paint department was knowledgeable about interior decor, helping to select the right color for my needs. They were quick in custom mixing and the final product was exact. Although a small store, Erik was able to order in anything I needed and have it in a couple days. Their blade sharpening service was also drastically faster than anywhere else from Fort Collins to Greeley - with a 2 day turn around compared to 2 weeks elsewhere. While this store may be a out of the way, youre much better served coming here over the other stores in Northern Colorado.

I called and they answered immediately, I was looking for an extension cord that’s a little harder to find which they didn’t have but they were super nice and super helpful over the phone, and they even referred me to some other stores to help me find what I’m looking for, I know that if I need anything else, that this is the first place I will go to.

I made an online curbside pick up order at 2:45pm and had to call at 5pm, an hour before closing to check my order of items all in stock at the store. They said they had everything and would get it together for me. I then arrived and called them for the curbside pick up and asked the employee to set the items on the curb and I would put them in my car. The employee rolled his eyes and put the items on the ground and walked away shaking his head. I am a first responder and the reason I did curbside pick up was because I am on a mandatory quarantine due to a Covid-19 exposure. I was looking out for the safety of the store and it’s employees by not entering the store or coming in contact with the employee. I’m irritated with the amount of time my order took and the fact I had to call to make sure I could get it before they closed and then add the attitude of the employee. It will be awhile before I shop at this Ace again.

With multiple Ace Hadware Stores In Greeley,Colorado, I usually drive to this location even though I can walk to another one. Why? The employees are Johnny-On- The- Spot! They are knowledgeable and live up to the saying:Just ask the HELPFUL H ARDWAREMAN or person. LOL This is a smaller store, BUT they either have it or will have it next Tuesday ! Love this place! NOW, needs for improvement: valet service, fresh brewed Starbucks, and----LMAO, AS USUAL----

Yesterday, I called Hykes Ace Hardware and inquired about their handling of this virus mess! I was assured that all precautions were in place and to come in OR pull my Jeep by the front door and call in again! Having had past experience with this super establishment, I masked. Up and put on some fresh gloves. I was greeted as I entered by a masked employee, my favorite. He understands my sense of humor! He went way out of his way to accomidate my order an I left with a smile, knowing I had AGAIN come to the correct plac! The “Helpful Hardware Man” is truly a great description!,,,

Good service. Good location. Prices are a little high but not so high making it worth going there when you just need a couple things.

They dont carry much and prices are really high. I have been there 3 times for standard things, gold deck screws, a hole saw and a furnace filter. No gold deck screws, no furnace filter and the only hole saw they had was 42.99. The only thing they have going for them is the location.

I think it is sad what you all did to the family that was buying the store. The things I have heard are outrageous and are coming from the people you all are telling such as your employees and your customers. You took the store away from them because you had a potential buyer and that is wrong! Money hungry people do not get far in life. I will never shop at this store ever again and I will let my friends and family know what kind of people you are!

This store is absolutely horrible I was shopping in this store with my husband looking to purchase some fertilizer and yard equipment and we were targeted and told we had to leave we werent doing anything not trying to steal just trying to but somethings DONT EVER SHOP HERE THE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!

The people here were extraordinarily helpful. They were very friendly, too.

Friendly, helpful staff-

They go out of there way to help you solve your problems. They cut some pipe for me, cut threads on it and basically rebuilt the section I needed. That made for an easy repair. No big box store would ever do that for somebody.
