I cant tell you everything they sell is great merchandise but, I believe that even that has improved alot in the past few years. Front of door help is always friendly. The rest of the staff seems to be to busy scurrying about to offer help to a middle aged woman who is obviously a bit lost. I did receive excellent advice from a slightly older gentleman who advised me on two different questions. Maybe you should hire him! 😏Or someone else who is over thirty...

Idk what to think about this 🤣 we bought a can crusher tonight from Harbor freight, and when we opened it .....was used!!!! You can tell the nails still have sheet rock on it. 🤣 hopefully we will get a new one tomorrow. Harbor Freight is usually well stocked, except for when the pandemic started and everyone was buying all the masks / gloves. We buy tires for everything from a trailer to a lawn cart, tarps, extension cords, air compressor accessories, security cams, tool sets, 12volt lighting, hitch locks / towing accessories, ladders, drill bits, saw blades, buckets, & love their discount prices at parking lot sales! They send coupons to us for special events, and some are general 20% off most anything. We even find their coupons in other major magazines like AARP Membership Bulletins. Good prices and polite employees keep us coming back. The fact that they contributed PPE items to hospitals / clinics, has only contributed to making us want to buy even more from this store than any other hardware / tool store. They couldve been greedy & hike prices on in demand items - but instead they chose to help our communities. Thank you, Harbor Freight!

Gone are the days of Harbor Freight Tools selling only cheap bargain basement tools. (While that part does still exist) You have many, many more higher quality options for any and every project you can think of. Most of their new brands can stand up to big name brands like Craftsman, Husky, and dare I say it on some tools... Snap-On. All Im saying is give some of these new brands a chance, theyll surprise you.

Love going here. They have practically any tool you would need for most things for a really inexpensive cost. The cashiers are always really friendly and helpful. Management is great from my perspective. The store does get busy and there is only enough staff to really run the registers so while all staff are really friendly if you cant find something it could be a bit until a staff member is free to help out.If you need a tool thats inexpensive I would definitely get it here first. Definitely not trade worker quality but everything works perfectly for a home DIYer.

So a couple of weeks ago I went into a different Harbor Freight store trying to get help with a recalled item. My experience wasnt great and I ended up leaving the store without a resolution. I was in Greeley yesterday and figured I would give the Greeley store a shot without much hope for a better experience. I ended up talking with Chance at the front register and he took care of my needs right away. He was polite, understanding, and just made me feel like I had a wonderful interaction with both Chance and Harbor Freight as a whole. Keep up the AWESOME work Chance! You rock!

Decent little store. Store and parking lot both are entirely too small. Ive been to dozens of harbor freight locations in several states and this one is by far the smallest. Selection is ok considering the size of the building however it is stuffed.

Other than the hours being slightly affected due to this whole pandemic nonsense it was a good time. Some perusing as well as purchasing the items I needed to begin with. Strange fact about this place, they claim they do not sell snow shovels cause they are a California based company. Even when locations are staged in regions with heavy snow fall.

Good tools at affordable prices is how I got hooked on them years ago. Useful coupons sent out regularly that have ridiculously good deals and freebies! They are also practicing safe social distancing.

I am handicapped and needed to purchase a gift for my wife. I cannot walk very well and cannot stand for extended periods of time. Brian went over and beyond and came out to my car to get my card and loaded it into my trunk! Awesome service!

Just what I expect. Affordable tools with acceptable quality. Knowledgeable staff can direct you through the very expansive inventory to what you are looking for. Especially worth the look if youre using the tool once (or a few times) for a project. The coupons and memvership (even better coupons!) are especially valuable if you shop there frequently!

Amazing store with very knowledgeable staff and affordable low end tools. The only complaint I have is that the store is frequently understaffed most notably at the checkout.

Called to ask if they had an earth auger in stock. Employee didn’t seem thrilled to be talking to me in the first place. She stated they didn’t have one in stock and had no idea if they could order one or if I could purchase online. I asked if she could look at the Fort Collins location to see if they had what I needed in stock. She quickly said they are showing 0 as well. Following the phone call with them I called Fort Collins to double check, didn’t really trust what she said. Sure enough Fort Collins had 8 augers in stock. Obviously she didn’t even take the time to check other store availability. Bad customer service. I’ll gladly be taking my money to the Fort Collins location from now on.

Been here twice in the past few days. First time i went i almost left because it took so long to get my product. One cashier kept trying to get me to try and match up codes for her when i had no idea what numbers she wanted matched up nor could i have picked up the 100lb box even if it was there (it wasnt it was in the back and i brought up the paper inserts which clearly say take to cashier for purchase) i finally went to another cashier who was extremely helpful and she even helped me load the box in my car. Went again today and had no issues.

Assistant Store Manager Kevin was very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The store is well organized, stocked, and clean. The staff is helpful and courteous. Im definitely going to give this location more business based on my good personal experiences there.

I just called Harbor Freight to check to see if an item was in stock that is on sale. The item is fairly large requiring me to bring a trailer to get it. My truck is small. The employee that I spoke with was very knowledgeable with the item I was requesting and was very polite and helpful. I shop there a lot and have always had very good customer service. Two weeks ago I had to return a pump, we got the paperwork filled out without any problems and I walked out the door with a new one. I would suggest getting the extended warranty on items that apply to it. I am not saying that I have had a lot of returns. It is just a piece of mind if something does go wrong like with the pump which would have cost me almost $200 to replace it. I had it for a year and a half. I really enjoy shopping there. Maybe a little to much according to my wife! But you can never have to many tools!

Usually like this place, today was geeted with quite poor service. Cashiers more interested in chatting than helping customers, big lack of customer service skills. Shouldnt be surprised but disappointed nonetheless

Shopped at hobby lobby over the weekend and then the next days advertisement had the item I bought on sale! I went to get the price adjusted as this was a third lower price than I paid. But Hobby Lobby makes you being in all the items from your purchase to get the price adjustment, not just the receipt! What a racket and waste of time and money.

My favorite toy (tool) store. Like the quality of the tools. Most of the hand tools have a lifetime guarantee, but because of the quality, Ive never had to replace anything. Friends have told me that exchanging a failed tool is quick and easy.

Overall its a good store, fully stocked most of the time and the workers are excellent and very helpful.
