Great place, went in a couple weeks back to get my AR troubleshoot for light primer strikes. The two younger associates both diagnosed the problem, very helpful, swapped out the firing pin, everything worked out and it was an affordable solution. They couldve scammed me and made me buy something i didnt need but they didnt and for that I highly recommend them. They didnt even seem bothered by my novice experience with firearms, very welcoming. Will definitely come back for other services.

This is, hands down, the best gun shop in Colorado. They have the most knowledgeable, friendly and fair staff I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. They treat every customer the same and take the time to ensure all questions are answered and do not rush anyone through the process, regardless of how busy they are. I drive an hour just to buy from their shop and would not go anywhere else because they make it worth the trip every time. This is also a small business that is Veteran owned, which gives me an even bigger reason to take my business to them. I cannot wait to go back!

So Ive always wanted to be a gun owner and a little over a year ago I finally decided to purchase my first hand gun, at which point I learned very quickly how perilous being a newbie to the gun world can be. After going through a terrible experience buying my first gun I was determined to find a shop that would give me what I felt a respectful and open minded new gun owner should get. I was more than happy to find that tacticools staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and really do enjoy taking time with folks and answering questions! I know customer service isnt always easy but every time I step foot in this shop Im confident and theres no dread of the unknown experience! Theres not even a particular guy I would recommend because they all love their JOBS! I purchased my Beretta m9a3 there and absolutely love it! I recently had a bad experience again trying to do a simple repair on my glock and I got nowhere for months until I went back to this shop and the owner found my parts in ten minutes and even offered to install it for free!! Hands down best shop I know of in Northern Colorado I will be doing business there!
