Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered, on multiple occasions! Besides having great luck getting Grumpy Cashiers, and never getting a call back from a manager (despite many emails). Using the quick list with this store is a joke. They will grab anything that kinda looks like what you ordered and say that what you ordered is out of stock. They hope you wont walk in the store to find it fully stocked. Just LAZY. On top of that. Getting charged 2 times for a $350 grocery order is rediculous. After having enough of not being able to call and speak with a manager, we drove across town to speak with them in person. Only to be told they will not refund the money for the double charge, we need to wait a few days to see if it corrects itself first. I have tried and tried to give this store a chance due to its convenience. But I warn you to stay away if you Value your time.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Besides ALWAYS being out of stock on items. I went in yesterday at 12:15pm. Lunch time. Tried to get some fried chicken and they had NONE. it’s lunch time ?? The lady(Erin) said it would be 15 more minutes ? Then looked at me like it was MY fault and she was exhausted cause she had to make more ? It’s your job ? I’m just confused at the sorry service these days. I ended up not buying any chicken. Just laughed on my way out.

Do not use their grocery pick up service the inventory in this store is horrible and they are always out of stuff and the substitutions they offer are no where close to what your ordered. This has happened the last 4 times I’ve done this I’ll start using another grocery store instead this is ridiculous I refuse to shop here anymore. Oh and they don’t bother to email you or anything sting they are out of stuff I would have cancelled my entire order and went some place else.

This store seems to be out of stock a lot. Three times now after using online shopping I have had to go into the store to get items that state they are not in stock on. Oh there it is. Open your eyes employees I spoke with the store manager and he had no idea of what his online pick up employees are doing. If it has a handle its put in your car loosely. I took a photo and walked into the store with it. Loose items no handle just laying there They had not fallen out of the bags I watched and even commented but its not the employees fault. Manager had no idea.Pharmacy is a joke. But at this King Soopers. The Pharmacy in Loveland was well organized and great customer service. Employees at this pharmacy is horrible. Some look like they are wearing clothes off the floor. Wrinkled, dirty, etc.This King Soopers needs to be checked by corporate on a weekly bases.

This store is fantastic. Its massive, well-stocked, and the atmosphere is perfect. My only complaint is that its not closer to me.

Moved to Loveland a few months ago and have not enjoyed my experiences at other King Soopers. Today I had other business in Greeley and decided to try this one out! Turns out this is my favorite grocery store and I will definitely be driving the 20 minutes weekly to come shopping here. I love the selection and customer service was good!

If youre doing pick up, head to the King Scoopers on 11th or 35th..very rarely have we not waited and its getting worst.Ive currently been waiting for 30 minutes for my groceries that were supposed to be ready at 11am. They delayed pick up until 12, got here at 12:25 and now its 1pm. My child will be missing a remote class because of this. Also, lots of items out and no text today about them.Edit:The my entire time here for pick up was ONE HOUR.As the woman was bringing my order, she lost control of the cart and 2-3 baskets fell and some groceries fell the ground. My kid starts screaming over her waffles being on the ground and yelling, That was crazy!I agreed.The woman laughed and got them up but I wasnt in the mood after the wait.We made eye contact and I made no expression but a long sigh.She was embarrassed because she didnt say one word to me while loading or apologize.I didnt say anything either because I had no words really after an hr wait. I was in the middle of emailing my kids teacher too to explain her absence.This was the pickup lead supervisor so I assumed she might mutter a sorry, for the wait but didnt.Twas an experience...

How is it possible this pharmacy is still running? The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Rude, incompetent, farcical. As I’m writing this, I’ve been on the phone holding for clues to an hour. They keep removing me from the queue and than placing me back on hold. Over and over and over again. What do you know. They just did it again. Occasionally they mess up and accidentally answer so I can hear them NOT helping people. They figure it out and through right back into the queue where it rings for 5 minutes and I get placed on hold again. This happens over and over and over again. It is now 10:57am. I first called at 9:45. So over an hour now. Ooooooh on hold again listening One Republic. KING SOOPERS PHARMACY COULD YOU JUSY TRY TO BE SEMI RESPONSIBLE? Just a little bit.

This review is for the Pharmacy only. I cant in good conscience recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I repeatedly ran out of important medications with no notice, and staff were for the most part completely unhelpful and unconcerned about any of it. This was never an issue at the previous pharmacy I used. I was repeatedly promised a fill date by the staff that the pharmacy subsequently did not meet. There was never any communication from their end about any of it. I transferred all of my prescriptions to Amazon, which has better prices and service, and have been much happier.

This review is for the Pharmacy and the Pharmacy only! If your needing a prescription filled, DO NOT USE THEIR ON ONLINE. We requested a prescription on Monday. June 21 and received a confirmation that the prescription would be ready Thursday, June 24th at 2:00pm. I called at noonto check the price and they could not find the prescription. I went in person to get the prescription filled shortly after one. I was informed the prescription would be filled within a two hour time frame. I’ve called three hours later requesting an update, was told it would be another half hour. Here we are five hours later and no response. I’ve waited a whole week and the communication has been sub par.

If you have ever wanted to pay to work in a grocery store, this is the place for you. No employees around and you get to bag your own groceries. They now charge for cash back as well. Sad to see a company de-value customer support so much. It is a clean store with good options. It would be a great option if you werent paying to do the work yourself.

Just left King Super on 10th st in Greeley and am disgusted. I went for ONE item so I asked an employee where it was located. He gave me the wrong location so I searched blindly for TEN minutes and finally found another employee and was again given the wrong information. By now I was ready to drive to a discount store famous for its low prices. But no, I went to the service desk and reported the two employees who did not have a clue. I was given a guide who took me right to the secret hiding place of the mysterious charcoal. Hence at least one star. Then the sticker shock! One regular sized bag for the two bags of extra-sized at a club run by a family of the late Sam Walton. Guess where I am going to get my charcoal from now on!

Company that cares nothing for the employees they hire, they refuse to transfer employees after they move as far as Denver and force them to quit or commute over an hr every day for minimum wage and part time status at 40 hrs a week to deny them benefits. Great groceries, inhumane treatment of the people who keep them operating.

I like the store but it is always crowded, very difficult to push a cart in the stores, all of the isles have online order preppers filling orders in the isles, all the unshelfed inventory on the floors, between preppers and unshelf products everywhere I find it way more time consuming to shop in the store, isles are to small and having your order pullers taking up half of every isle is unacceptable, this isnt the first time I have noticed this, its every time, have order pullers at night or in the back, your way to crowded just in your employees.

This King Soopers was a total trip for me. Id never been to a King Soopers Marketplace before. I was unaware how different it would be from a standard King Soopers.First, this really is a Marketplace, I was reminded me very much of a small indoor mall or department store.The location has a Starbucks, Fred Meyer Jewelers, clothing department (with shoes), delicatessen, home decor section, Optimum Wellness booth, and other speciality offerings. Theres a lot here.The store is large and open, each of the individual sections have a fairly sizable selection. The whole place has the feel of a warehouse store due to the ceiling height but the displays and isles are much more traditional grocery store.All areas are roomy and should allow comfortable wheelchair, motorized cart or stroller accessibility.The staff was friendly but not very present when I shopped. If my experience was typical expect to spend a little time hunting for an employee if you have specific questions.I really liked the selection here. Some of my favorite products were available in a notably larger selection than at a traditional King Soopers. The ice cream variety was much more diverse even including a goat milk option. The frozen foods overall had more options and flavor varieties. The kitchen/housewares section really covered a chef or households needs with a lot more detail than I have seen at the other locations. A full range of small appliances are offered with multiple options including: microwaves, toaster ovens, toasters, electric coffees pots or traditional coffee presses and Keurigs, crock pots, and the like. . . (bedding, electrical irons, vacuums, clocks, wall and room decor, beer, sushi, flower department, seafood counter, oh my!)I would recommend this location if you are looking for an all around shopping experience for your home and family or if you simply want more variety to choose from.

It is unfortunate I feel the need to give a one star review to the store we use weekly.I put it a pick up order on Monday night to pick up on Tuesday at 7-8pm. Upon arrival and check in it took them nearly 40 minutes before they even came to our window to inform us our order was not ready and that we should come back the next day.That would be tonight, and my husband has been waiting in a 5 car line for nearly an hour now. Sad that they are so behind. Usually I love this store but this has been very disappointing and I am sure there will be no compensation for the trouble. Yikes.

We have been going to this Starbucks for quite a while usually the employees are very nice but things have changed the last time a lady named Brook waited on us slammed down our cups and when we let her know one of the drinks were off she said that’s how there made if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else seems to me good help is hard to find after the pandemic.

Needed to get a healthy chocolate snack bar to appease a little one. Did not disappoint.

The Marketplace is in the process of being refreshed with some aisle improvements, some shifting around of grocery departments, and other changes all good things. Once the project is finished it will be a better place to shop. Its a great place to shop now, but the refresh will bring in even more products in every department. Hang in there, its almost done.I dont work for King Soopers, but I am on the refresh team. Working long hours nightly to complete the job. (will have some photos soon)

The facility is conveniently located right off the 10th Street not very far from Highway 34, I love also that it is a very clean very well-managed store, I love service and the team members that are service in this location and A-Reliable variety of assortment of products on the shelves all the time. Only 2 checkouts open this morning, half the self checkouts closed, no baggers. Had plenty of their shoppers blocking the isles with all the stockers. Not impressed.Probably wont go make. Another Walmart in the making.

Its too bad that I cant safely shop at this store, I really like the store but they dont seem to care about requiring shoppers to wear masks. There were a lot of shoppers today not wearing masks and store personell didnt seem to care.

Do not use their pick up grocery service. AWFUL experience every time. They over book time slots and under staff. The employees work hard, this is purely a management issue.

I am extremely concerned how the King Soopers on 10th Street and 71st. Ave. In Greeley, Colorado is handling Covid restrictions.Many people come in with out masks, carts are never cleaned and cleaning supply materials are hardly accessible. I can go to Safeway or Sprouts in Greeley and both grocery stores are very attentive to the safety regulations for Covid. I have had several friends and family members very concerned with this King Soopers.And I know it is one of the busiest in the state.The manager really needs to focus on the needs of its customers!

The drive up grocery pick-up is great! The person who helped me figure out where to park and brought the groceries to me was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

King Soopers used to be my go to for groceries and deli. Unfortunately they decided to change location of everything. It is very frustrating. I want to go in get my stuff and get the heck out. Now I have to walk all over the store. Not sure what marketing “expert” decided to so this but I’m going up Safeway, at least I know where everything is.

Kudos to Roxanne for handling a stressful situation this morning when the registers and system went down. She was incredible! Smiling, empathizing, and showing true kindness for customers. Job well done!

I used to love this store but the produce is always bad now, they are not implementing any social distancing guidelines and have become extremely expensive. Very frustrating since this is the only grocery store near me.

The new set up is awful overall, especially the filling of isles with merchandise displays, particularly the frozen isles, forcing customers to back out and wait for people to pass or finishing selecting. Also, they moved a large part of the stuff, but I suppose well have to get used to it. Seems more closed in and disjointed.

Been here once and will totally come again!! This King Soopers has everything you need!!

I love this King Soopers! It truly is a one stop shop. I get the cutest shoes here, along with my regular groceries. Great sale prices, love getting my mailed & digital coupons, plus discounts on gas. Weve used them for several catering events and the platters and desserts are amazing.The staff is always helpful and courteous. Be warned, Sundays are insanely busy, especially before Bronco games. Lines can be long and items may be out of stock, unless you ask an employee.They have the carts with the cars in the front, something my child loves!!

Wi-Fi doesnt seem to work inside the store only the gas station other than that its pretty nice place it seems clean and everybody seems professional and everything you could need and want is available pretty much but I need the Wi-Fi for emergency and business purposes so good thing theres a Walmart down the street

There was a year my family and I were struggling, 3 now, and my foodstamps card got declined getting the little random forgotten things for Thanksgiving dinner. They covered it for me. It was 20 something$. I cant remember the exact number anymore.

Usually a very polite place. The employees out on the floor were very helpful and pleasant. The cashier people were rude and not helpful at all. The cashier I had mumbled and i got to bag my own groceries as well!! No I wasnt in the self checkout. I realize it was busy but damn! That is the time to be extra pleasant!!

Online order and pickup is a total fail -- Ive placed an order for 3 lbs of chicken, 1 lb of salmon, and 1 lb of ground beef... I came home with 3 lbs of salmon, 3 lbs of ground beef, and no chicken. Their customer support is not very friendly -- basically you have to quadruple check your items to make sure all items are correct; then whats the point of saving time doing online orders when you end up to wasting your time calling support. 1 mistake is okay, but having too many wrong items is not acceptable.

They always have good buys and coupons rec are based on what you actually buy. I appreciate not having to squeeze into an isle. They give plenty of room so those with disabilities are able to shop comfortably and have more than plenty of room for wheelchairs and carts to go up and down the isle without feeling squeezed or being in the way.Always friendly staff and always clean!

My favorite area grocery store. Clean well organized and lots of people to help check out or to help locate items. Love the wide aisles, and the selection of clothes, shoes, health and beauty items and housewares. Saves me multiple stops on my weekly errand day. Most impressive is how clean they keep everything and well stocked.

What an absolute joke of a business. My wife ordered online groceries and went to pick them up. She is 8 months pregnant with a 2 year old and a 5 year old in the car when it was in the 20’s for temperature. She elected to not get out of the car due to the difficulty of her being able to move from pregnancy and the temperature outside. Apparently there was retribution for her not helping as we had cereal busted wide open in the back, bread smashed and bananas tore apart and nothing was bagged. This was the final problem we had at this store and will never return there. We have had bugs in our produce on 2 different occasions. We have had orders messed up when being told they were “perfect”. We ordered a sandwich platter for pick up for a party that they never received and never fulfilled after paying for it. We are done and I do not recommend this grocery store to anyone.

I agree with previous comment about MASK wearing customers . I like to shop here but a few weeks ago I went in and there were several people with no masks. Very uncomfortable and unfortunate for this business since I will no longer shop here. Delivery it is from elsewhere !

This stores website and pick-up services needs a lot of work. Not only are out-of-stock items able to be ordered and paid for, but substitutions are often made to orders even when the customer has selected no substitutions. And, the store doesnt provide accurate receipts when changes to pick-up orders are made, which is unacceptable!

Floral dept was awful. Who wants to pay 30 plus dollars for arrangement with dead flowers in them? Arrangements look throw in cases. Not appealing and no one in department for over half hour I waited. Several calls to floral department that was never picked up. Very pretty store but, even broccoli organic or not look awful with two people on the floor working that department that dont speak to customers or look at them working at turtle place. Only one person working customer service desk around 4-5 PM with line of at least 5 or more customers waiting. Someone needs to oversee reality there. Dont think I will be going back to that one any time soon plus 5-6 people working in meat department at once. Really!

Have never used this store before (typically go to other Greeley or Windsor). Waited an hour in a long line of vehicles to even pull into a spot for Clicklist pick-up. Then when we got home, we discovered they put bananas at the very bottom of our groceries and loaded milk on top of blueberries and other fruits. Weve never had those issues, but know these things can happen.We thought it was weird that we also werent notified (via text or by the person loading our vehicle) of any changes to our order, so we thought there werent any, but when we got home we found about a dozen unfilled items or substitutes. Two order changes werent written on the sheet with our receipt but once we unloaded our groceries, found that 2 more things had changed/were missing. Additionally, we asked for baby wipes and were given size 3 baby diapers...which we cant use.I called, saying we know they are busy/slammed, but just wanted to let them know about the loading issue and to ask about the missing items/changes information (have they changed something about how they communicate about order changes?). In response, I got a 3 minute talking to by the Clicklist customer service guy about all the frustrations hes dealing with, some flat apologies, and I dont know what you want me to tell you. I can understand reacting that way if someone called and was rude, but I didnt yell, I wasnt upset, I just was letting them know our experience (drastically different than any other King Soopers weve used) and to ask about the lack of communication about order changes, and just had the dude unload on me about their issues. I can understand wanting some sympathy/empathy and wanting to explain that they are trying hard, but it didnt seem appropriate to not answer any of my questions/concerns with any ways to fix anything and just unload on me. I hung up feeling shamed/guilted when I just wanted to communicate our experience in a calm way and ask for some help understanding the order changes. We will use other stores from now on.

This is the best place in Greeley to shop. Reasonably priced and good customer service. We couldnt find an item once so they gave us a comparable item for free. Love this store!

I have been coming to this King Soopers since it opened because it is right next to our house. In the last year however I have seen a huge decline in this store. Every time we go there seems to be no one attending the registers. I regularly have $150+ worth of groceries that I have had to check out on my own. There are always stockers on the aisles making it hard to navigate and grab what I need. I thought this was done at night, not Sunday morning when the store is packed? Just had an encounter with an employee tonight that finally made me decide not to come back here. My girlfriend and I went in to find a pair of jeans. Naturally, there is no one there to unlock the dressing rooms. We walk around for a few minutes until we can find an employee. When I asked a stocker if they could send someone over to help us. She replied rudely “well there should be someone there” I told her there wasn’t and she rolled her eyes and started walking to the dressing rooms. Once we finally found the lady that should have been attending them, I said thank you for her help. She glared at me then walked away without a word. For the price that they charge for groceries, they should invest in a better training program for their employees and more cashiers.

Great place to shop...everything you need in one stop shopping. From the Friday downloads or the online lists, you can load coupons onto your card, see what deals are going on, to the customer service you get whether it at the meat and seafood depot, Starbucks, deli, or even the little clinic for medical issues is superior to none. Love this place

Its fun to shop there once in a while. I love the great number of cheeses I can find there. Today I was looking for fresh greens. I bought dandelion greens, watercress and others. They also had great sparragus on sale.

My family and I usually always shop at King Soopers. This is mainly because of the fuel discounts we acquire each month but also because of the convenience with how close they are to our house as well as the good hours, and consistently good, always changing deals and prices.For every $100 you spend, you save $.10 per gallon on up to 35 gallons. You can get up to $1 off each month. There are certain times where you can get 2x points and buying gift cards (especially during the holidays) can earn up to 4x the points.I usually shop at the Ft. Collins stores but was on my way home and decided to stop here.. this location is WAY nicer than any in Ft. Collins. It is probably the best Kroger store ive ever been to! Its huge and they have everything! Even a nice jewelry store inside that ive never seen inside a grocery store before!I would definitely recommend going here and checking it out if you havent. I went during the day (around 12) so it wasnt crowded at all. Its a good time to go if you can.

What Happened to this store!! Around early summer 2019 there was a change in Management, I believe previous Management was Jacquie. Since Jacquie left the place has went Downhill!! Shelves are not stocked, its a mess, many employees are rude, many new employees!! The change is shocking!! I used to love this store, now am seriously considering changing!! And whats with all the cooler doors?? it makes already cramped area where cheese is more congested. Whos making these decisions??!!

This is the biggest King Soopers I have ever seen! They have good produce and meat. The bakery, deli, olive bar, sushi bar and specialty cheese areas offer plenty of quick options for meals and snacks. They have housewares, linens, seasonal furniture, clothing, toys, greeting cards, pharmacy, and a natural products section. To top it off theres a US Bank and Fred Meyers Jewelry store inside as well.

Love the big store, its hard to find anyone to help if you need it. Why do stores continually move items around??? KS does it often. 🙁

A straight forward grocery store. It is older, nice staff and good selection. It does get crowded and I really dislike the tight parking. I am happy that they are building a fuel station.

I love the variety of products at this location, and most of their employees are great. BUT I hate how no matter what time of day I shop, there are always stockers in the aisles. It makes my shopping trip take much longer than it should because in many of the aisles I need to shop in, there is a stocker and their giant cart in the way and I have to skip the aisle and come back to it. Once upon a time, re-stocking was a job for the night crew so that shoppers could get in and out quickly.

This King Soopers is known for their produce selection and quality. That is why this location has been our go to grocery store. I have been to the other two in Greeley, and quite simply this store expects more from its employees. They are extremely helpful and quick. Going to any of the stand (cheese, deli, seafood, ect.) Have been pleasant expenses where I feel like I can ask questions rather than be rushed alongThe one downside you will ever hear about this place is that it is busy. Its likely the best King Soopers in Northern Colorado, so that makes sense. However, even when it is busy I have been able to get deli meats sliced up in just. Couple minutes and check out through the self checkout in no time at all. If you dont want to go when it is busy just avoid 10-6 on the weekends.If you are shopping elsewhere is Greeley, you are missing out.

This is one of my favorite places to shop at. They have a Marketplace, a grocery store, Pharmacy, jewelry store and clothing. You would only have to make one trip for the day. And now with the new clicklist you can order your groceries online and pick them up that evening. What a great to get your shopping accomplished!

Huge modern store. Very well stocked. the store is great. The pharmacy is a disaster. Understaffed, under stocked and never on time. If your prescription is for 90 pills they will only have 30. You need 30 they have 25. Oh, but you can always come back next month and try again. AVOID THE PHARMACY to save your sanity.

Slowest cashiers on the face of the earth, not enough baggers so we bag our own grocery. If you pay in cash expect to wait for a manager to come approve the sale. I love king soopers they have good food but at the premium they charge I suggest upping the level of service.

I have shopped this store before with a pleasant experience, however the person who bagged my groceries today was horrific. My cold stuff was not all packed together even though I took the time to place it on the belt all together. I even asked the clerk to make sure it was all packed together only common sense right ??? Not sure Ill be back at that store any time soon very disappointed. I spent quite a bit of money there maybe Safeway next time at least they do listen to you !!!!!!!!!!

Nicest grocery store ive ever been in. Every thing from clothes to specialty seafood and meats. A jewelry store, pharmacy and a wide variety of food products. Big deli, sushi, olive bar and a great bakery.

This store has the best selection of healthy, gluten free and organic items. The store is a little large but they offer a map at customer service to get around. Staff are friendly and helpful and items are always well stocked. It is clean and a very busy store. They often dont have enough checkers but I usually self check out with small orders.

Went to Kings on 71 ave at 8:30 in the morning. They had a very limited assortment of bagels and long Johns. Why they cant have more on hand is only commend sence. The online shopping employees and their big carts are always in the way in most isles. Kings is starting to rank with Walmart.

Many employees do not wear masks. Especially the night stockers. Poor management.

Its shocking the quality of managers this store employs. As a business professional who has executive leadership experience with large B-to-C companies, I find that King Soopers managers have appallingly poor customer relation skills. In addition, the cashiers are just plain rude! The customer experience at this store degrades each time I go. Its unfortunate that this is the closest grocery store to my home.

The work ethic is so bad! They cant bag your groceries right. Ive had bread get smashed, veggies with meat and more. Never mind trying to pick up a prescription in the store or through the drive thru. Horribly slow!

This location does not have enough employees.. you consistently have to wait long periods of time to get help at the deli or at checkout. For a company that is making more than it is ever made and its existence this is completely unacceptable.

This is the supermarket I typically do all my grocery shopping at. Visited today to get a special cut of meat, asked for it at the meat department and was shown the prepackaged cuts and informed that they only had those cuts. When asked if they could make the cut for me they refused. Looks like i will be finding a new place to buy meat!

This is by far the most friendly, organized, well stocked supermarket I have ever been too.... The selection is great. You will not be sorry driving out of your way to go here.

This kings is huge with a clothing and home goods section. They also have a organic/all natural heath and beauty section. This store is usually always clean and has everything I need for 1 stop shopping. More organic options as well!

Bought a case of water (24) and got a mangled 21 pack. The guy loading up my vehicle knowingly did this but didnt care.

The produce section is the best around. Great selection of quality fruits and veggies. The staff is always friendly -- two years shopping there and I have yet to encounter a surly employee.

Everything was good just wish the girl at the counter would have smiled a little. woulda made it a much more pleasant visit. She looked like somebody just shot her dog.

Always have to bag my own groceries. First world problems right.. but still, when I’m in a hurry they should have a bagger. Today there were 6 other people bagging their own groceries . That is what self check out is for.Also, when they have sales on produce, the product always molds or rots by the next night.

Best service ever. Im disabled. I get groceries twice a month. I tell them what I want they get it already and I pick it up. 6 months and not one mistake. Dont know what Id do without them.

Tonight was horrible at King Soopers. The kid, Tanner H, who checked us out didnt bother to help bag anything and watched while I struggled to bag all of my own groceries. Normally I have no problem doing that myself, I do it better most of the time anyway. The kid checking us out was slamming our groceries so hard and fast down the lane that I had to keep things from getting crushed or going to the floor as I tried to bag. I have no idea why there wasnt a bagger, there were baggers at every other lane. Once the kid was done with our groceries he immediately started with the next persons, trying to add their groceries to my pile to bag. I informed him that he might want to wait until our groceries are out of the way. His reply was nothing but rude, saying oh, I didnt know you were lagging behind so bad. Then, and only then, did he bag one bag of our 20, tossing it at us like we were annoying him. If Safeway had better produce I wouldnt ever go back to King Soopers. At least at Safeway they hire kind, respectful employees.

Do not order party entrees from the Deli!!Definitely a lack or organization in that department. They ran out of almost everything we ordered and didnt bother letting us know until less than 2 hours before it was supposed to be picked up. By that time it was too late to order anywhere else so we were stuck. Plus they double charged us. The assistant store manager dis refund the double charge but they made it such a hassle. I am bummed because I really liked shopping at this king soopers but between that and having to return frozen food they sold me AFTER the expiration date (I didnt realize it until I went to unload groceries) amongst a couple other things, I dont feel so loyal to this store anymore.

What a fun place to shop at and see fellow Neighbors. Help is great and selections good always specials going on. Tammie in the meat department very knowledgeable and helpful.

Just about Everytime I come in I get a wing and thigh of their fried chicken. The seasoning taste so good on top the crunchy skin. Its a great deal compared to going out for lunch

This place has some of everything. Great expanded selection. Slowest cashiers in the world! I went at 6am on a Saturday and it was the first time I got a good cashier in 4 months.

Always thought it is a good store. clean and organized and nice cashiers
