Absolutely unacceptable customer service.I spent over a month finishing a frame, I had to use 3 different colors and a top coat to get the finish I wanted. Once the finish was complete it was ready to have a mirror installed. This company had excellent reviews so I went with them. Don’t let the good reviews fool you.First problem: When dropping the frame off I was quoted a certain price for the mirror and instillation. Then when I was called to pick it up the mirror was not installed in the frame. They said they would install it. I got a call the next day saying I owed them more money for the installation because I was not charge appropriately the first time. When I was told at check out that I was paying for a mirror and instillation. They waved the additional instillation fee after I told them this was not appropriate.Second problem: when I picked up the mirror the lady came up with it and said they damaged the finish with the tape they put on the frame! Like I said previously, I spent over a month getting the finish completed on this frame. I told them to fix it and left. I got a call back saying there was nothing they could do to fix the finish but I can sand it and repaint it!!! If only it is that easy! I now need to uninstall the mirror, sand the whole thing (like I said previously I had to use 3 different colors to get the correct color), wait for appropriate temperatures to paint (now that it is getting colder outside), and then reinstall the mirror.I thought that was all of the problems then they delivered the mirror to me (as a curtsy for destroying the frame’s finish).So, now to problem number three: each edge now has nicks in the paint!!If you value your belongs please do yourself a huge favor and seek glass services elsewhere.

Moffat Glass replaced 8 south-facing builder’s grade vinyl windows with low-E annealed glass vinyl ones. The difference in heat/cold/sound coming through is stunning. Three years later the windows still look spectacular, even after all of the intense sun and fire smoke. The price was fair and installation excellent.They recently replaced a south-facing storm door with a low-E one. Again it was a great price and expert installation.Over the last 43 years I had Sears, Anderson, and two local companies replace windows in houses I owned. While all did a great job, I didn’t like the hard-sale effort (sign now) of one of those firms. Moffat Glass doesn’t do a hard sale or sales forum. They just came out, listened to needs, and gave a fair honest estimate.Moffat Glass is one of the best home-improvement companies I’ve ever dealt with.

The Moffat Glass crew did an outstanding job replacing my hail damaged Andersen Windows. Craig and Dan were very professional and their workmanship and attention to detail was wonderful. This is my second project with Moffat Glass and I highly recommend them.

I would like to thank Moffat Glass for their complete lack of follow-through which ended up saving me $600.In January I got a quick estimate from Amber for a shower enclosure based on measurements that I gave her. I then scheduled their guy to do exact measurements on February 5. He did the measurements and suggested that we take the glass higher, almost a foot, than the 73 the current, framed enclosure was. I also told him we needed two pieces of glass for cabinet doors.11 days later, after not hearing anything from them, I sent an email to Amber asking what the status was. I got an email back that said that Amber had been out of the office since the previous week and they were forwarding my email to Mike. The next day I got an email from Mike saying that I just needed to pay a 25% deposit and sent me an invoice. The problem was that the invoice indicated the EXACT measurements I gave them initially and didnt include the other glass we needed. I asked about the measurements, specifically the height which was supposed to be almost 85. Mike said that they were planning on making it 74.5 at no additional charge. Really? An inch and a half?? After we discussed taking it to the top of the tile which is 85 inches?? I asked him about that and asked what the measurements were that they took.I never heard anything else from them.So I called another company to come measure and do the enclosure and other glass for our Chateau ;)They happily took care of it and we have a new enclosure already plus the additional glass for $600 less. They will be doing our basement windows now as well!!

I needed a shower door guide installed rather quickly. Moffat Paint and Glass of Greeley, CO was here in less than 24 hours and took care of the situation. You cant ask for anything more than that.

Needed double panes replaced in 4 house windows for which seals had failed and were fogging/frosting in between the panes. I picked Moffat Glass due to good recommendations from neighborhood folks and after checking BBB rating. Two of the windows were large picture windows and one was an exceptionally high clerestory bedroom window. Rene and Roberto came and measured, then did installs when the glass panes were available. They were cordial, professional, thorough, and efficient. Couldnt have gone any better, IMO, and we were pleased with the cost and warranty coverage. I highly recommend Moffat Glass for any glass needs.

Couldnt find anyone in Fort Morgan that would cut me a small piece of glass without having to wait a few days for it. Googled it and called. They were prompt and very courteous.

Had a great experience with Moffat. Brad the installer was professional and excellent at his job. He replaced the glass in a couple of windows, re-caulked several windows and fixed the mechanisms in our tricky built into the window mini blinds. We needed our patio screen door replaced. Moffat answered the phone (something that 3 other businesses did not do), scheduled someone to come measure the same day, manufactured our non-standard sized door and installed it within a week. I needed replacement glass cut to size. Moffat measured my sample pieces and cut the new ones to match. I was pleasantly surprised when the order was finished sooner than expected. They even texted me when the order was finished!

Daniel did a great job in removing the broken ropes that hold our windows up in our old historic house, and installing new ropes on all five upstairs windows, with minimal damage to the trim (a tedious and painstaking job). GOOD JOB DANIEL!

Moffat glass installed shower doors in our new home two years ago and did a great job. After the install, we decided to change the handles on the glass sliders and they came back immediately. We also used them to replace the shower door on the house we were selling - another great job.Today, the sweep on one of the shower doors broke, I stopped by their store and they cut a new sweep while I waited. I ordered glass from a competitor that turned out to be nothing more than a storefront that orders glass from a Denver shop. The glass I ordered was not in when promised. I drove to Moffat Glass where the glass was cut while I waited for 1/3 the cost of the other company. Great experience!!! A true glass shop with excellent customer service.

Wasted my time trying to do business with this company. Took in a window frame to get replaced and submitted my order for a glass replacement. They said they would call between 4-7 business days once the glass came in. I didn’t get a call back in two weeks, so I called myself only to find out that the order was never placed. Along with three other customers orders, due to “faxing issues”. I went without a window in my home for two weeks. You would think they check up on these type of things but no. I picked up my frame and I went to PRO GLASS and they rush ordered my glass to get me taken care of, Also the price was extremely cheaper that what Moffat was charging. Very disappointing but glad I’m taken care of now.

Quick easy friendly affordable

The installer left metal shavings in the shower after install of glass door which cut up feet. Amber denied it happened and removed $50 off my $1000 custom door.

This is for Rudy Daudert. We went in in person and ordered top of the line storm door. They were to come out end of the week. Got a call day before confirming. Nada. No call, no one showed up and no response as of now a month later or better. Guess they dont need the business. So dont call or go see them.

It’s been 16 days since they came out to measure for a shower door. Was told I would receive an estimate by the end of the week. Even after 2 calls to their office, we still haven’t heard back. I guess I’ll have to go elsewhere.

Disappointed in Moffat customer service. Moffat Glass cant even keep a scheduled appointment. Then when you call to ask what happened they dont even have it wrote down. IF YOU CANT PUT IN A WINDOW JUST SAY YOU CANT DO IT!!!!
