My father went and ask about a loan for a tractor and the sales gentlemen did not ask anything about his income said he would call him with a response from John Deere. He received a call saying that his credit was good, but that he was denied because he was not a US Citizen. I called today spoke to sales man Brian and say yes John Deere does ask for proper documentation showing his a US Citizen. When I told him this was discrimination and was wrong he had the other sales man call me to say that they never said that. Just because my fathers and brother’s English was not the best when the went in to make a purchase doesn’t not give you the right to discriminate people! What kind of service do you provide to other Hispanic customers? Do you ask them for the same “proper documentation” to show that they are US Citizen? This is being discriminated because of our race and language. Once I said the word “ lawsuit” their attitude change. By far the worse service ever and believe me we will take this further.

Jace talked us through or application, then recommended that we didnt need to buy a tractor. He instead suggested several good places to rent. Thats a sign of an honest company with good employees.

Yes rural community... But this place sure forgets the rural manners... I dont care who you are when you have a granny come in with riddle with tummy issues you dont um well when ask.where the restroom is.. There is such a thing as dignity.
I blew a drive belt on my lawn mower with about 1/3 of my lawn to go. It was 3:45 on a Saturday, and I live 45 minutes away. I called Dan in parts and he offered to stay late until I got there so I could get the belt this weekend. He was friendly and even better the belt was right! Thank you Dan!
