I was in great need of a fuse for my rv that was very hard to find. Alex found one in Phoenix, had it overnigjted. Although theres a breakdown with a new employee in receiving, I didnt get the part I needed in time. Alex was very prompt in determining the issue, apologetic, and did process a return at once. Not a bad place to get specialty items that we need unfortunately it is the slowest parts supplier in town. Anthony is a great guy but they need to get a second person at the counter. There was one other customer in front of us when we showed up and it took us over an hour to get our 250ft of cable. We can go to Newco or Rexel and be out with our supplies within 20 minutes max. Our customers rely on us to get our work done in a timely manner and when we spend a ton of time getting supplies that forces us to not only work longer but costs us because we cannot charge the customer wait time for supplies. Please add a second sales person at the parts counter.

Didn’t believe the reviews. So I decided to come in and check the store out, turns out they actually have Buddy Valastro baking cakes in the back! Best Electrical Cake store ever!

Soo rad! This place is great! I walked in expecting a normal electrical supply store but what I experienced was beyond my wildest dreams. I was greeted by a corndog loving dinosaur! The environment was more like Willie Wonkas chocolate factory and less like a store. They also host birthday parties!

Never have any of the material you need. The material they do have cant seem to make it to the job site.
