This store has a good selection of appliances. I purchased a Kenmore washer and dryer set. The appliances all appear to be in good condition, and are priced well below new appliances at the big box stores. Delivery is available as well as a one-year warranty. I came in for a heating element. Instead of charging me for the entire thing, they figured out exactly what was wrong and helped me replace it within the core so all I had to do was go home and plug it in!! Bought a washer, dryer, and fridge for our basement last year from Matt. Still works amazing! He is definitely our favorite person to buy appliances from because he knows everything and teaches it to you. So we came back a year later for all new kitchen appliances and waited till a Saturday to see Matt. Set us up with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, and microwave all for the price of one new appliance within one hour of entering the store. I wouldnt trust anyone else but him to sell me appliances. This is our second time shopping at affordable used appliances. We got an awesome stainless steel kitchen set that was between used and new but scratch and dent at almost a third of the price of doing all brand new and lesser quality stuff!We had an issue with our first choice fridge not fitting (my error, our kitchen is very small), and Matt spent quite a bit of time and effort finding us one that would fit our awkward space.No salesman comes close to being as good as Matt! First, Matt helped us pick out a washer and dryer that fit our needs and our budget giving us as much information as he could about brands and how they make it from repair to showroom. When they were delivered (very well worth the fee) they hooked everything up and tested it for us. The dryer did not work, so they set us up with one that did as soon as possible and were very apologetic, professional, and did their best to make sure we had the machines we needed. Matt was super helpful. I told him we weee buying appliances for our first home. He respected our budget and found use the perfect washer and dryer. It’s been almost a month and both appliances work wonderfully!

Previously we have purchased a washer, dryer, and king size bed from them with no issues. So 3 weeks ago I wake up and my fridge is dead, so I come back here. Matt the sales person is very helpful and I purchase a fridge. It gets delivered, the delivery guys yell at my wife, and the fridge doesnt work properly. So I contact them, their response to the poor behavior of the delivery guys is virtually ignored, but we move past it and end up spending more money to purchase a new fridge. Why not right? So....we do finally get the fridges swapped and this one has issues with the ice machine. Yes.....brand new fridge. Now to get a repair man.....I must give them AN ENTIRE DAY OF AVAILABILITY. Or else I cant get help, and am also just informed I can not return unless I comply with taking an entire day off for them. (Third time by the way.) I am in utter shock that a company would sell me 2 broke fridges then not do all they can to make it right. Quite frankly it just keeps getting worse, 3 weeks and counting.By the way, dont pretend that presidents number on that card does anything. Been calling it every other day. Never an answer. Never a call back.If you are a busy person, shop somewhere else. If you have 3 days to give to an appliance shop, then you know where to go.
