So pleased with my experiences here at Kays! I created my engagement ring with a couple of various diamonds I already had, and bought a beautiful and unique setting at one of their Jeweler Events. The designer added an additional setting to my ring so it is one of a kind! Kirsten was incredibly helpful and is the reason I came to this event and I am always getting compliments on my ring. I would recommend this location, and specifically Kirsten and Juan, to any friends or family looking for jewelry needs. They listen and are very patient and helpful, Kirsten treated me like a person and not a sale. GREAT experience!
I just got an email months later asking for a survey which reminded me I never left a review like I wanted to during this experience... I’d give 0 stars if I could.I thought it would be fun to get myself a small gift for Valentine’s Day but it was anything but that. I chose Kay jewelers because I’ve had jewelry from there before and had a good experience and I got a coupon in my email. Never again will I shop at Kays and if I do, it will certainly not be at the Greeley CO Centerplace location. The resizing was to take about 2 weeks which was longer than other resizing I’ve had done elsewhere but it was Valentine’s Day time so I understood. 2weeks go by and I don’t hear anything from the store so I call and I’m told there was an issue and it should be done the following week. Again I receive no word, so I call and am told there are still issues with the Stone not staying in so it will be done the following week. Again I wait another week and again no word from the store so I call them. I am told once more that there are still issues... I’ve been calm and understanding up until this point because it was just a small gift for myself and not that big of a deal but now it’s just absurd that it has been a month and I never received ANY updated from the store associates unless I called them! So that final call a manager gets involved and assured me there will send another ring overnight to the shop and have them resize it and return it that same week, by Friday. Ok fine... but it gets even more frustrating. The next day I get an email stating my jewelry is ready for pickup, confused I called the store. The male associate who answered said yes your ring is here. I questioned if it was true since another ring was overnighted just yesterday and how could it possibly be ready today?? He assured me that it was there. Luckily I was next door at Target and didn’t waste a whole trip there for this stupidity. So I stopped by and they pulled out my ring but it was the one with the loose stone and was (as expected) not the new one being resized. At this point I’ve really had enough of the incompetence of this store. I never received any call from them, it was always me calling at each extended deadline and now the associate didn’t even bother to pull out my bag to double check even though I questioned if my ring was actually ready! If a customer is questioning and explaining another ring was overnighted to the shop just the day prior then why would you NOT double check that you are in fact not telling a customer to come pick up something that is incorrect. Oh and after alllll of this I HAD TO request at least some sort of refund for the resizing fee, nothing was offered except some forced apologies. A HUGE slap in the face when they offer a $5 refund.... are you kidding me?! Then when the ring does arrive I’m given a $25 Kay gift card for the resizing fee.... wow so I can spend more money at this ridiculous place. If a small purchase can’t even be handled correctly then why would I EVER buy anything else from here...
Greeley Colorado has about the best Kay’s ever. Plain and simple go there! Jordan and her crew are second to none. Nothing but thanks to them!!!!
When you go in to buy a ring and months later find it it’s not even gold like you were told & they just don’t care. TOO BAD! Never going to spend my money here again, super disappointing. This is why you ALL SHOULD GO TO SHANE CO. Money is spent better and you’re taken care of! 😘

Worst experience ever! I don’t even think that they even deserve one star. I have never had such a bad experience with a jewelry store until I came to Kay’s. We purchased our wedding set and the quality of my wife’s ring was terrible she had to exchange her ring twice because or its poor quality. Not only was the quality terrible, every time we go in to make a purchase or get our rings cleaned they can never find our account and they don’t seem to think it is an issue. Then my wife went to try and purchase something for Valentine’s Day they told her she was not authorized on the account when she has been clearly authorized 6 grand ago. Both managers Juan and Jordan did not help her resolve the problem, instead turned her away to figure it out on her own. This is very frustrating and Kay’s jewelers staff does not seem to care one bit. I regret opening a credit line with this place and I would recommend others to go elsewhere for their jewelry unless they want to deal with this unnecessary stress! Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!
Best customer service EVER! I went in to pick out a gift for my mom and was shown fantastic customer service by Jordan. Not only did she help me find the perfect gift, she left this customer with a smile by her friendly, no pressure help and attitude! I will be back for more!

Jordan was great ! I go to her for everything now. She fixed my watch, she helped me select a bracelet for my husband (he loves it), gifts for my kids, etc... She is my go to for anything jewelry related. I really like her and trust her!
Every time I come in all of the employees are very helpful and attentive! Ive never had any problems with my jewelry, I love all of my pieces! They were very friendly when my fiancé and I purchased my engagement ring and did not push us to purchase something we couldnt afford! Keep up the great work!

The staff are mostly great, kind, and always do their best to help you. The supposed gemologist Jordan, however, is very unknowledgeable as gemologists go and also generally discourteous. There are better places to shop.
I bought a $500 bulova watch here 2 Years ago and then the sales woman was rude and pushy to get a Kay card and finance. Well Im not an idiot and dont finance anything. However my watch battery recently died out so I went back in to replace it after a half an hour I finally was helped. Half an hour later of a middle aged man beating on my $500 watch he gave up and said he couldnt put the watch back together and suggested I go to batteries plus the same place I buy my motorcycle batteries so I did and within 5 minutes the one eyed biker had my watch together and going perfect...Seriously you call yourself a jeweler?

I have been buying from them over ten years. I had bought a Neil lane, did not last it was unbelievable worthless. Every time I sent it out for diamonds, it would come back for a couple of days then right back. So they got us a new one and I sent it out. They promised 4-6 weeks. We are going on week 7 and still have not received it. They are very rude about it when asked about the rings arrival.

I went in to pick up my necklace which had broken. When I had dropped it off it was in the same box I had gotten it in. I went to pick it up today and it wasnt in the box. I asked if I could have another one and the guy that was helping me said yeah no problem then another associate came over and said that they didnt just give them away and that if I had brought it in the box they would have given me the box back. His attitude was uncalled for and he should have minded his own business. The one who was helping me was great the other associate has now made it to where I will not give them my business any longer. I used to love Kay Jewelers and that just ruined my experience with them.
