I had a brow tint done by Taylor and she was fantastic. Super happy with her work and had a great time. Also kind of badass that she did my brows while technically in labor. I always have a positive experience at this store.

Dustin at the Greeley Ulta gave me a fantastic cut color and style. Its been months since I had my hair done, he was gentle, kind and professional helping me with style and color. Highly recommended stylist!!

The only things that I have to say that make me unhappy about Alta no matter what Alta it is and Ive been to half-a-dozen throughout the US oh, there are things that they have on sale that are not up to par once you open up the jars or whatever and theyre constantly trying to get you to open up an account. I wanted to get my hair colored there and I was told it would be $180 so thats not going to happen but overall theyve got a good selection of product and very friendly staff members throughout to help you if you need it.

Awesome clerk showed me what I wanted! She took time to assist me. No pointing to an area, but taking me right to it. This is a first, hope it continues with other employees.

Shelby at Ulta Salon is a miracle worker! I stupidly went to one of the walk in places here in town (was just desperate post lockdown) and got a literal hack job for a haircut. I did not think it was possible to fix it in a way that I would be happy with… but Shelby proved me wrong.... she took much more time out of her day than originally planned, and worked on my hair with nothing but cheerful patience the entire time…. I walked out of ulta over the moon happy with my haircut and Shelby has a new client for as long as shes in the business!

The customer service is excellent here!! The employees were very helpful and nice. I have it 4 stars only because theres no MAC counter and I didnt see Estee Lauder. I usually shop at the Ulta at the Orchard in Northglen/Thornton area and that Ulta had MAC and Estee Lauder.

The beauty counter white coat did not take time to assist me very well, also they were out of my shade in 3 diff. Brands. The one she sold me. I took back.

Sadly the worst location I’ve been to.Employees are rude and selection for “prestige” makeup is minimal. Better off driving the extra 10 minutes to the johnstown location which is better in all respects.

Usually where I love to buy my makeup because I can find what I need. The past time I have been in store I have been followed by employees and none of them asking if I need help or anything along those lines. I get offered a basket because “it looks like I need one” while I have nothing in my hands yet. I work in retail and I know what this means & I don’t see the employees doing this to the “non colored” customers. I have read many reviews about different ultas acting like this and that is not okay. If I am spending a good amount of money in there I shouldn’t be targeted like I am. Do better.

My trip to Ulta today was a mixed bag. Ofcourse, as usual, they carried all the right products and more. Probably, the best attribute of this chain is their selection of high end products. So many times, at other brand stores, I feel limited in my choices, but not here. That being said, I arrived at the store in my project clothes ( jeans and t-shirt ). Ii was actually soaked at how I was greeted and served. I have always gone to this location after work and therefore!; in suit and tie. To say I was tested differently would be an understatement. The young women there, I presume, take their guidance from the more experienced staff. Well, let me say that in my opinion the managerial appearing women spoke in a condescending manner, to myself, on two separate occasions. I was made to feel unwelcome and treated(for lack of a better word) like a criminal. She may want to reevaluate judging someone solely by their clothes in the future, because I guarantee you, if we were to meet in my official capacity, she certainly would not have tested me in such a way. Hopefully, someone will take an interest in this matter and make some changes. In conclusion, I didnt leave the store empty handed and was happy with the selection and pricing. Besides, the aforementioned employee, the other troubling issue, I experienced, was the announcement regarding the samples. To have them on display AND labled, as samples and to announce that due tothe pandemic they are merely to be seen, to me seemed absurd. Either take them off the shelves or have a procedure to keep them sanitary. Such precautions shouldve been in place, pre-pandemic, after all it has always been a labor intensive job, to ensure the cleanliness of so many items, touched by so many people. Again, a procedure, I believe, would be a better idea for sales, but Im lieu of that, of finding enough help is a problem, removing the samples, until a procedure is developed would be my alternative. I have tried to be as unbiased as the experience has allowed me to be and as helpful and informative to both the staff and future patrons as I can be.

Shelby did my hair and she did amazing!! I have so much hair and asked for so many layers, but she did exactly what I wanted! I am so happy with my new hair, and half the price I would normally pay!!! Give this girl a raise!! 😍🙌

Did an online purchase with curbside pickup. It was done very quickly and the staff was friendly when bringing it out. I have done it a few times and will continue to do the same. Very pleased!

This is not necessarily for the store, this is for whatever call center you use for customer service. I have been a Store Leader in retail for the better part of a decade. So I know how awful call centers can be. I had to call for help with an account issue, and Gabriella was AMAZING! She got me taken care of pronto and was so kind and knowledgeable! I wanted to take a good survey for her, but the phone disconnected before I could! So Gabriella, I hope this finds you!! And Ulta, keep using this company, whoever they are!!

A great friendly staff that helps me out when I want to buy something for my wife and surprise her

Wonderful help with the cosmetic ladies. Helped me figure out my color for foundation and concealer. I suffer from anxiety. When I went up to the register lady (black hair, tattoos on arm) she was really rude and made me feel uncomfortable and rushed. That’s it.

The only reason Im giving a low start is because everytime I shop there I have to look for a staff member to help me with the question I have or cant find what Im looking for and when I do find someone they ask me to wait. Its a nice store to shop but Im sure they can do better as far as having enough staff to help customers.

Worst customer service ever . Explained my situation what was going on with the older lady with blonde hair walked away in mid sentence. I was shocked . She also always follows me in the store watching to make sure we “don’t steal” . Never waisting my time there ever again. Tried to write multiple reviews on google and keeps getting deleted . Sad because they work at ulta we live in the same community no one is better than anyone . How can ‘some’ ulta workers think they are so much better than there customers .

Bought a different shampoo for my thinning hair by Bosley. I hope it works. Stinks to get old and go thru these changes, but you gotta keep going no matter how many sour apples get thrown at you.

The customer service here is pretty good. I do wish the associates would have more energy. I know that work isnt always the best, but make it seem like you want to be there. Also, this store never has everything in stock. I know, from retail experience, that they likely get a truck in once a week and they have to submit what they need more of. The items I have been trying to get keep saying theyre in stock online, but when I order them, it turns out theyre not in stock. This has happened quite a few times and its getting old. Keep your system updated! I shouldnt have to drive to Johnstown and Fort Collins to get stuff because your store is being not keeping stuff updated. This store also always has the vibe of it feels youre not wanted there. Ive visited many stores through Colorado, and this one by far is the worse of them. Maybe if the staff were more friendly and they would keep their stock up to date, then Id be glad to give them a good review and go there more often.

I got my hair cut 12/07/20 this 20 year old that I spoke to, had no experience with cutting hair. I have no idea who hired her. As I spoke to her she said she was certified for less than a year.The other employees that worked there said she had 2 years of experience. What a lie, seriously. She didn’t look certified at all! But I can say she messed up my hair, and left me with thin hair. She cut it twice. I had to pay 49.00 for a hair cut i was dissatisfied ! All I’m saying is to not to cut your hair there. Always ask age and how long they worked there with certification.

I love going here! I cant always find an employee if I need one and they never seem to have enough people to help with checking out. Other than that its great!

In Greeley for a family member being hospitalized. Forgot a few beauty items due to rushed packing, went into the greeley ulta and everyone was so friendly and helpful. By far the nicest store employees I have encounteted!

I purchase so much here but I stopped shopping in store, every time I go in, at least one person is rude to me. Especially checking out, today I didn’t know there was a specific section to pick up items, the girl rudely told me “next time it’ll be over there” and rolled her eyes. Next time I won’t even go in.

Very friendly staff today when I visited. It was not super busy and I was able to wander and look at everything. Found a couple of things I had wanted to find.

Snobby, kinda need to know what youre looking for... didnt catch the girls name that checked me out she was good. Greeters and every one else though I spent $ ON MY BIRTHDAY.. SNOBS. kind of a trying to spend money frivolusly on oneself in 2020. I go because I have no other choice for my brand. Snd of course my free birthday mascara.

Went in to find the right foundation color and finally found it!! The lady was so sweet and helpful!! Especially when I told her it was my b-day 😊 The other employees said happy birthday and said my makeup looked beautiful and that they liked it!! 😊❤️

Love going here! I have no idea what Im doing with make up stuff but its fun to go through and try out different products! And everyone is pretty friendly, no complaints from me.

My son and I went in around 8pm and a nice lady said she would cut our hair and we were relieved to get a hair cut so late in the evening. She spent about 5 min putting all our information in her computer including our birth dates and addresses. When we finally got through that I sat in the chair and she put the Cape on me. Her manager walked up and said she clocked her out all ready and there was nothing she could do and next time I should call ahead. Well thats the last time I go there.

Much better than some of my experiences in the past. Love when they have the deals in the magazine or are able to assist me to get somthing they are sold out of.

I love getting my hair done here ever since a gal I used to work with got a job at Ulta. She did a wonderful job, but Ive moved and had to find a new stylist. They have a great range of cosmetics at this location, but I find the store to be a little cluttered.

This was my first time at an Ulta store. I was super excited to find a product that I have been researching for. I finally go in and took a while finding the product. I was walking all over the store and not one associate bothered to help me find what I was looking for. Usually when you enter a store an associate will greet you and ask you if you need help. Not at this store. After a found the product I went to the counter where the associates where (all the time while the store was empty) and she checked me out and asked if I was part of the preferred customer program (or what ever it is called to send you deals). I told her no that I wasn’t and that it was my first time there. She did not bother to explain what it was or if I was interested. I usually don’t write bad reviews but I felt I had to on this one. I didn’t not felt welcomed and I don’t think I want to have that type of service or experience again.

Victoria is so amazing with brows! I get them tinted and waxed by only her and have never had anything but amazing service. The wax is great for my sensitive skin and they always look great. She always takes time to make sure they are how I want them and that Im happy.

The people here are extremely friendly and ready to help. They don’t push expensive brands and help find budget friendly items if that’s what you’re needing. I highly recommend this store.

Ive always had good experiences here. I like that they have a convenient location because to lots of other shopping. It always smells so nice when you walk in. I have had helpful employees help me find things and also offer my cheap samples at the counter. You definitely are paying more than like Target or something so this is a store I come to if Im looking for something very specific.

I love this place but because there are so many different fragrances that everyone must spray I guess, its an instant headache and asthma attack. I seriously get just what I know I want and get out. Not much chance for shopping because the smells are just too much for me.

Shady service and shady management. I was quoted one price at the salon and charged another after the service was complete. They said they couldnt do anything about it. On top of that, the STORE MANAGER (SHAWN), was working the register and told me what I needed to leave for a tip and then proceeded to add that amount to my total. That is not only rude, but also terrible business practice. When confronted about it, she lied and said she wasnt working that night and said it was another employee. Pretty pathetic! Hopefully she learned a lesson in good customer service or she wont be a manager much longer.

Worst Ulta location in the state! Understaffed by rude employees who could care less about their customers.Gave one star as it is the only way to leave a review.Went to the Greeley location to refill my perfume bottle - was greeted with a confused look and a we dont do that here (they do, have had this done many times before). Found another employee who seemed to be a bit more knowledgeable and was told I would need to come back in 40 mins because only 1 manager knew how to do this and they were at lunch...the other staff was not allowed to or know how to help a customer. RIDICULOUS! I feel you shouldnt offer a service if you can uphold your end due to lack of staff or knowledge. This was an extremely inconvenient experience for me and was further not handled correctly by the extremely rude staff who smirked and simply shrugged when I mentioned the situation was unacceptable. I will most definitely only use the Fort Collins location from this point forward, where the employees are not only interested in helping their customers and are also much more knowledgeable about their products and services. Greeley location = WORST!

Im actually disappointed in this store. I just moved here and the Ulta that I used to go to was wonderful, however that was not my experience. Both times I have been in I was barely acknowledged and when I did go and ask for assistance, once for skin care and once for a new eye shadow pallet I was taken to just one brand/product and said here you go. I went to go ask questions about different options both times and when I turned they were gone. Now I am not a complete idiot but in my experiences with other Ulta stores they would walk through my concerns and questions and give recommendations for what might work best but at this store I felt like I could have very well just googled the product. I hope that those working take more pride in their work

Love this store. You can go in and ask for something specific and they will walk you right to it. Plus if your allergic they allow you to return it and try again.

Ladies are nice but not very knowledgeable. I asked about a color corrector for my hair and 3 of them said they didnt have that. I went and looked on the shelf with hair color on it and I found the color corrector on that shelf.

They usually have what I am looking for. Just wish youd get more help out on the floor sometimes.

Customer service is certainly lacking. Every time I am in the store it seems as though no one wants to help me. I am an ulta regular, I am there once or twice a week at least and I have never been offered assistance of any kind. When I do ask for help or suggestions, the employees (with the exception of a few) have been rushed and not in any real hurry to offer service or advice on products. The store is always clean, Ive never had any hassles with returns/exchanges. Overall the store is Just fine but Id love to see the customer service improve.

Waked in, no one was around until the manager walked passed me so I asked if I could ask her a question and she said quickly so I asked her my question and when I asked her she rolled her eyes and acted upset I had any question at all about any of the products so I walked out. She was extremely snobby, that was my first time in there, I will never go back or spend any money there because of the service.

I love the make up selection and freedom to try on everything. They also have a good return policy.

This is by far one of the most well supplied beauty stores I have been to. It is always a clean location and the staff is friendly. Most of the time the free gifts which are displayed are in stock but I have ran into a few instances when theyre not. Thats one of the downfalls is they dont give me something comparable to the free gift. For instance I was supposed to get a deluxe mineral Veil and I was given a sample mascara. That was a huge difference on the free gift and I was disappointed.

Dustin was amazing he really listened to what I wanted I couldnt be more satisfied. He is patient and kind and I love those traits within a stylist!

This place is horrible with their appointments at the salon especially for weddings!!! I do not recommend trusting these people with makeup application at all such a horrible job the lady basically made me put on my own makeup because she didnt feel comfortable. Dont spend your money on this salon its horrible!

My kids and I LOVE CIARA COLBY!!!! She is amazing with hair, when I first went to her, I had no idea what I really wanted, she helped me decide and I LOVED IT, my trio loved when she did their hair too! In fact she was the only one to cut my sons hair for a long time!!! If you want a great cut, color, CIARA COLBY, is the person to see! She is great with kids, she will help you decide if you arent sure what color you want!!! She picked the perfect shade of Red for me! I give her 5★!!!!!

Dustin is so amazing! I walked in knowing I needed a haircut but a very slight idea of what exactly. Having so many bad experiences with haircuts before, I expressed my concerns I could tell he picked up on what I was talking about immediately. I was so nervous as it was hard to see the 6+ inches go, but man, it ultimately felt so good to rid of it. I very seriously doubt I would have gotten this haircut that I love from anywhere else here in Greeley. Hands down best haircut ever! I’ll be back soon for a color!
