A print shop where no one knows how to print. This is the third time they either couldn’t or wouldn’t complete my order. The first time the girl who answered the phone said she didn’t know how to print 11x17 and that the guy who could left for the day. The second time I attempted to submit an order I was informed that they could not do ANY color wide format printing. So I asked the employee to just do it in black and white and she agreed and let me know it would be ready for pick up the next morning. I called the next day 2 hours after opening and was informed that my prints were not done. And of course the person working that day didn’t know how to do prints either. Just change your name to Mail. Because obviously copying is not a service you can support.

The clerk that waited on me was just a young girl and she needs a lesson or two in respect. Had to give her info that was already in the system as I have mailed from this location before, spoke to me with sarcasm and attitude. They also charge outrageous prices. Wanted to charge $30.00 for a flat rate box that I took to the post office and paid $14.00!!!!

Mailed a 4.8lb 11x7x4 package to GrandJunction, I said cheapest way, the clerk said the post office was cheapest at $24.25!! I said that cant be right, she said that is the charge thru the Post Office. Well, I came home and looked up online at USPS...the charge for Priority 2 day delivery..$11.30. I am all for them charging a fee, or as the manager stated a convenience fee, but this is highway robbery--they are charging $13 for slapping postage on it. The clerk said over and over that it was the post office charge. Do NOT mail anything from here.

Great to drop off packages if you already have the label, I brought in a package to be mailed to Den via usps and I was quoted $20ish for postage for priority mail. Took the package to the usps and they charged 8.55 for the same priority express shipping. The person at the counter here could not explain the price to me. And the $20 option was all they had for usps. I wont be spending my $ here and would rather drive across town to my favorite usps and stand in line. My bf also brought a package here and experienced the same service he ended up shipping with them but i wonder how much cheaper and faster it would have been otherwise.

I took a DHL Express Package here to be shipped, and I was amazed that they waited 4 days before they called DHL to pick up the package. What is the use of paying for Express Shipping if it takes 4 days before it gets to DHL. Next time I will call DHL myself and have it picked up.

I just want to take a moment to appreciate mail and copy. I been going to them for years in both Greeley and fort Collins location. As a architecture student always needing to make large prints and scans, mail and copy has provided great service. They do a great job at prints including bleed options. I recommend this place more than Fed EX and office Depot.

Today I rushed to Mail & Copy, to mail off a box of presents to my niece and nephews that live on the East Coast. The staff was very helpful to me. They not only helped tape up my box but they gave me several options to ensure that my package arrives on time (before Christmas)! And, to make my experience super awesome, they had several plates of home-made cookies and apple cider. Wow. Only at a family owned business does one see this kind of customer service!

Carol and her staff have been very helpful to me as a small business owner. Ive recently needed handouts for a presentation as well as re-ordering business cards with something printed on both sides. They didnt bat an eye and I had my products very quickly...no errors and very reasonably priced. No matter who is working the front counter, Ive always been treated well. Thank you!

This is one of the best little print shop in the world. The girls are so friendly and nice. The prices are totally reasonable for shipping, printing and faxing. A fun fact is that they also so some graphic design. Their website has most of those details. I choose this place over anywhere else in greeley.

This is a friendly little shop where you can pop in and out quickly while accomplishing what you needed. Parking at the shopping center can be frustrating at times, but less so in front of this store, they get you on your way quick!

These people consistently charge about double for shipping. Take my last experience for example, I could have had the carrier pick up same day and deliver my priority mail flat rate box for $7, they charged $13.85 after I talked them down from $15. I go to track it and it did not even get picked up until 26 hours later (they cost me and my clients an extra day). I dont usually post bad reviews but I feel disappointed in this place off and do not want others to unknowingly go through the same.

Mail N Copy Greely did an AMAZING job on my business cards. It was a very fast turnaround with great pricing options and project management. They are local so spending money with them meant I was benefiting my local community which is a big plus for me! I went in to mail 3 packages of Christmas presents recently. The cost was going to be $161 for the packages. I never Im my life paid that much for shipping. The woman at the counter was very nice and tried to explain that was the lowest prices. I could not afford to ship with them so I went to another store the next day and paid $32 for the shipping. I do not understand why this place had such a high price. I will not be using their services again.

I usually use them for color prints. They have pretty good quality for short runs. I do think the color prints are a bit dark and I may need to try another place since it is so dark in the photos in my design. They are friendly and usually pretty fast.

Have always been very kind, even when Im doing no more than bringing in a package to drop off. Parking, however, is sometimes a challenge.

They wanted to charge me a ridiculous anoumt to send a package. They quoted $28 for shipping before Christmas. Went to Office Depot and the same package shipped for delivery before Christmas for $11

Normally very good service but what a very nasty girl today at customer service. I would fire her.
