We use Cintas rug, hygiene, and first aid services at our business, and I have always been impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. I was recently having lunch with my parents, and my mom accidentally spilled her drink. Brendan, wearing the Cintas uniform, immediately cleaned up the soda without being asked. I offered to buy his lunch, but he politely declined, saying he was glad to help. What an amazing young man and an excellent living advertisement for his company! I wrote a comment on the Cintas website to let them know, and I hope they recognize him in a tangible way! We really appreciate him and his company!

Great people to work for wish I could get rehired.

Service was good. I was sent there by my company to get fitted for uniforms for work. Pretty easy.... in and out fairly quick and the staff I met with was very nice and accommodating.

I am very unhappy with this company. First it took 2 month after the 4 weeks they said it would to get my uniforms. Then I still havent got the jacket I requested in May. Now I keep getting bills saying Past Due on them, but the checks have cleared the bank. This company cant get anything right. Dont use them. Wish I could give zero stars.

Dont believe them when they tell you that you can cancel your contract if your unhappy with your service. They will let you buyout your contract for an outrages amount. Save yourself a huge headache and buy your products online and take care of them yourself.

This is not a retail location. This is a distribution hub that offers professional services. Excellent staff though!

Our service people are always nice, but the billing department is trash. Set up on autopay, there systems keep changing and it’s my problem to keep up on that. Commutation is terrible and I would love to cancel if they wouldn’t bill me for years of service buy out. Save yourself the headache and buy everything you need once on amazon or something.

They screw up. my uniform order and yet Im still having to fork out the money to pay for clothes every week because not only do i have to wait all over again as if i just went In and got sized, they are on back order. Yet all i get is a sorry, heres some temp shirts to borrow till mine come in. And the fact that just 2 pairs of pants cost me $240 that i really cant afford and put me behind in bills, pisses me off because I work 5 to 7 days a week. I go threw pants faster then anything. Im lucky to get to wear them about 2 to 3 times before they are no longer an option. The only good thing I have to say about them. Is that if you ry the delivery driver James your in good hands. He is one amazing guy
