The smooth acceleration, power and comfort exceeded my expectations from the usual non hybrid Subaru options and even the Highlander! Cherry on top, it was 8,000 & $11,000 less respectively than those comparable models!!

Overall always have great service, but this time I called and made sure my oil change was covered and the lady told me yes. So when I took it in and got it serviced when going to pay for my cabin filter I was informed that is wasn’t covered. I was told that no lady works in service then a women comes out from service so just a bit confused as to why I would be told else wise. Anywho Russ took care of it and got it figured out.

I called the service department needing to get one of the fleet vehicles in for repair and recall / warranty work. The service team was able to work on my vehicle as space opened up and within 2 days they had the problem diagnosed and repaired. I brought the vehicle in from another repair center who had misdiagnosed the issue. The Hyundai team looked at the vehicle and was able to repair the issue for a fraction of the cost another repair center was estimating. Not only was the repair process great, their customer service, friendliness, and professionalism was the best I have experienced in a long time.

After much research online. Visiting other dealerships. The used car market price is insane. Great if you were upside down last year, because today you want to trade it in because price have gone up. Your better off going something new. The warranty on a Hyundai alone beats Toyota, the reviews compared from Elantra to Camry are insanely close, but over all the better investment will be Elentra. I do love Toyota Camry but they are over priced todays market for the value you are getting. I will say Hyundai of Greeley was a good choice to buy. The location is amazing for test driving, test drive in Denver metro you may not even get over 50mph. Denver metro is so cramed with people looking at cars you may be ignored for 30 minutes even with an appointment.(which happened to me) As for Hyundai of Greeley staff is friendly so they will be a top choice for the next buy, only con I seen is parking can be ruff but it seemed all delerships I visited were like that but they were next to a neighborhood street I can park at, if needed. No other dealership had that. After buying the new Elantra, they have a on-line shop for accessories. Super cool. Only down fall, just like a new phone. You have to wait for more accessories to come out that you want...which i am. The coolest feature on a Hyundai is the bluelink feature. I suggest googling that.

Professional and straight-to-the-point discussions with no Russian nesting doll levels of manager theatrics. All discussions/negotiations were easily done on the phone, or email. No market adjustment mark ups like other dealerships.Josh S. was amazing and knew everything that was needed for someone who wanted to buy from out of state. When I arrived at the dealership, I was able to sign all the papers and drive out of the parking lot in 25 minutes flat. I was honestly a surreal moment when I looked at my watch.This dealership also probably has 1/3 of all the Ioniq Plug-in Hybrids in the entire west.

They could not get the screws off of our license plate on our old car and rather than trying alternate methods they chose to destroy our license plate and throw it away. We had 9 months worth of credit on the registration for those plates. There is also a large run in the paint by a door handle from the factory. Josh said he talked to the service manager and told me they would call me to discuss it. Here we are now a few days later and I still have not heard from them. What started out as a very positive experience is starting to turn ugly fast.

Bought our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe new and have been getting it serviced at Hyundai of Greeley on a regular basis because of the great service we receive there. Very professional and friendly.
New car buyer beware!If I could post a negative star review I would based on my recent service experience on my new SUV. Long story short, within 350 miles of owning my new vehicle, I was charges $983.47 to replace the FEM Wiring assembly due to rodent damage. I have posted a picture of the assembly. As you can see, there are no bite marks. What there is a wire that failed because of the two, nondisclosed, previous wire splicing repairs done by this dealership prior to my ownership. The damage done to the wire by the two splices, isnt covered under the warranty. Instead of doing the right thing and replacing it, they charged me - claiming recent assumed damage by a rabbit. Even my insurance company agrees the wire failure isnt rodent damage. However, out of the forthright business practices of Hyundai of Greeley, the service manager has offered me a $100 dollar service credit, to be used on any future repair. You can look up the part online and see that there are no wire splicing sleeves on new ones. The tiny white wire is the actual wire. The two peachy sleeves that you can see metal under are the previous wire repairs. One sleeve has a tear in it, that looks like it happened during crimping, as it lacks all signs of teeth marks. There are no teeth marks on the failed wire, any frayed wires hanging out of the ends, or teeth marks on the ends of the sleeves closest to the failed wire.

Please be aware of the total breakdown of the cost of the car. They will add extra if you are not diligent. The final breakdown should be car+tax+ dealer fee($700 or so). They snuck in extra cost!

There was no BS. It was all straightforward from the first calls to smoothly and quickly signing the paperwork when we agreed to a deal. No annoying flattery or tactics, just transparency and respectful communications. Its well worth going out of your way to work with Dennis and this dealership.

I just recently purchased a brand new car from this dealership. They were easy to work with and I had a great experience with the car buying process. I was not able to pick up my car the day of purchase due to it needing to go through safety checks. Unfortunately when the tech went to fill up the car someone backed into it and it now has to be fixed. They offered to pay for the part and service but nothing else. My brand new car now has a car fax report for a collision. Also the car was not washed all the interior wrappers were still on and the mats were still in plastic and nothing had been wiped down or vacuumed. I felt like I had to assemble the car upon purchase and I don’t feel like should have had to do so with the price I paid for a brand new car.

About a year ago I traded my old Sonata for a much newer one and Josh was my salesperson. He was easy going and patient with all my questions and I thought I got a fair deal.Went back to buy a Santa Fe this week and luckily Josh is still there. Got a fair price for my trade, however they didnt have the color we wanted in their inventory. Turns out NO PROBLEM......they called around and had one brought over from another dealer. Josh is really easy to get along with and we were able to get the deal done in just a few hours that same day. Since we knew what car and features we wanted it seemed that the process was very smooth. Was impressed that they immediately arranged to have the blue one we wanted brought right over. The service experience and the ease of it were both commendable. The service department manager is always friendly and accommodating, offering options to service without being overbearing or insistent. I ended up getting the service I needed in a very timely manner, and the online scheduling was simple and user-friendly.

I never take my vehicle anywhere else for oil changes and routine maintenance. Most recently I took it in for a interior and exterior detail. My car is 2 years old and looks like I just purchased it. All of the employees are respectful and helpful. I have recommended this dealership to two friends that were looking for a place for interior detailing.

My car broke down while my husband is attending college in Colorado. Greely Hyundai was the only dealership that had availability to servive my car quickly. In fact, it was taken care of in 24 hours. I had to venture to outside areas because the local areas were backed up for 3 weeks. It was worth the 50 mile Tow to be taken care of by Alex and Russ.Alex and Russ in the Service Dept provided top notch service and worked with me on my warranty service from over 1000 miles away. I highly recommend this Service Department. Hyundai, please take care of Alex and Russ because they certainly took care of me.
I have always had a wonderful experience with Hyundai of Greeley. My Elantra has close to 200,000 miles on it and I have never had a big issue. They are always able to find what needs to be fixed before it turns into a bigger problem. They are honest and always helpful. Wonderful customer service.
Bought a new Hyundai Ioniq PHEV from them a week ago. The test drive and actual purchase of the car went smoothly...However things took a turn for the worse. The car had yet to be charged, detailed, unwrapped, etc after getting of their truck. As per their policy they had to charge the car to 75% before they started to do their checks, detailing, etc. This was fine until an hour later I check back after grabbing lunch and they had just barely started charging the car.Eventually the car was charged, but was left sitting outside until I brought it to their attention. From here more and more delays occured. I got there at 9AM, finished the paperwork to buy it at around 10:15AM, and was waiting for their safety checks etc until 4pm. I even ended up telling them not to bother washing the car as it was taking so long.To top it all off, the car comes with 35 months of Bluelink for remote access to the car. They signed up a completely different VIN to my account than the car that I purchased! For all the time that I was there, they could have at least gotten that right!TLDR: The sales went alright, but servicing for a newly bought car took 6 hours. They signed up my remote car access to a completely different car than the one I purchased.

Beware of purchasing extended warranty through national auto care, sounded great when i bought used vehicle, the contract lacks complete transparency.
Purchasing my vehicle was a decent enough process, my salesperson Sherridan was awesome. I’ve had issues with the forward safety system and it’s been a difficult process to get it taken care of. I was fed several lines of bs on what the issues may have been. I bought a brand new 2022 Tucson and there should be no issues. Especially relating to the safety system. The advisor never calls me I always have to call in. I understand being busy in the automotive industry as I also work in the automotive industry, but making a simple phone call to update your customer is not too much to ask. I’ve never owned a Hyundai before and at this point I’m regretting buying one.
Fast service, they always treat me right and let me know of any potential problems. They care about my car and want it to last. Definitely would recommend these guys for anyone in need of service.

I only take my 2018 Tucson there to be serviced. I didnt buy it at this Hyundai dealership but the service I receive here gets me coming back. My grandfather owned a well known garage in Boulder when I was younger so I am very aware of what can happen in a good or bad service center. I would not continue to take my vehicle here if I didnt trust them and also like them. They are honest but never dishonest...something I much appreciate.

Ive always started with Ghent Chevrolet and it always seems so difficult. They can be pushy and it just makes you feel like no one really wants to help you achieve the goals you have. Josh ALWAYS pulls through for me. I called him, told him the price range I needed to be within and he made it happen within an HOUR. thats right... 1 STINKING HOUR!! I left work and the paperwork maybe took 30 minutes. Im still shocked that they were so kind and had me in and out so quickly. In 2017 we leased a 2018 hyundai sonata from Hyundai of Greeley. Our experience with the staff was excellent. Josh was our sales person and is so knowledgeable about every vehicle. Friday, September 4th we picked up our new car, a 2020 Tucson. Worked with Josh again and we are still impressed with this young man. We were going to lease again, but buying the vehicle ended up being the most cost effective thing to do. So far I love my new car, although I must say I havent driven it very much.
