Today 9/20/21 I waited for an hour on a local locksmith to unlock my Jeep Wrangler. I saw Greeley Lock and Key pull in at a different parking lot thinking they were the company dispatched to unlock my vehicle. After waiting for a few minutes I decided to walk over and ask if they were supposed to be dispatched to my vehicle. The Gentleman politely said no and that they were there for another Job but they would be happy to help. They unlocked my vehicle right away with no issues. These guys did not have to help me at all but offered assistance. Brian and his co-worker were awesome to deal with and very professional. From now on I’ll always recommend Greeley Lock and anyone in need of a locksmith.Thank you guys for everything today I appreciate you.-James

Nice guy arrived quickly, however I just dont understand how guys can get away with charging people so much money just to unlock the door all you need is a blood pressure cup and a long metal rod I have the same tools to unlock my own card or is it just doesnt do me any good if its inside my car and I locked my keys inside of it they charged me $90 and I didnt even get anything to hold so therefore if theres anybody out there in my area that lost their keys in their call me Ill Open Your Door cheaper than the other guys guaranteed

Locked outside of my car and called Lock and key. They Answered fairly quick and came here, unlocked my car in under 20 minutes. The locksmith was nice and friendly. Definitely recommend and will use again if I have any key trouble !

Locked my keys in my car outside of bosses house very early in the morning. I called and was able to get ahold of someone before normal business hours to come help me. He was there in 15 minutes, and was professional and helpful since my husband had to pay for it over the phone for me. Thank you!

After calling many phone numbers on Google, Brian was the first to answer my call and was at my house in less than 30 minutes. Every other company I called either didnt answer, was using a 3rd party company that was not helpful, or could not send a technician out until the following day. I highly recommend Greeley Lock and Key and hopefully dont need to use them again for a stupid mistake on my end, but will only call Brian if I happen to need their assistance.

I locked myself out of my house last week, and after calling 3 other local locksmiths, Greeley Lock & Key was the only one that was willing to come to my rescue (even after hours!). The locksmith, Brian, headed straight to my house and upon arriving got my door unlocked in no time! Im very thankful for the quick response Greeley Lock & Key gave me, and I will definitely be using them in the future because of how reliable they were!

They dont show up, then they lie about the interaction. She told me 30 to 45 minutes, after two hours I called to see if they missed me, your sweet dispatcher told me you had other customers, and I said I just wanted to make sure you were coming and didnt forget me. your sweet dispatcher said she didnt want to argue with me, and I said Id find someone else, she hung up. she, or you are liers,, the person that did show up, in 10 minutes after i called said this happens with you guys a lot, not showing up when you say.

Our business has used Greeley Lock and Key for years. Our most recent experience was having them re-key the doors for our new location, determine if we needed new crash bars and making duplicate keys. They provided excellent customer service, and their technician went above and beyond his scope of duties, assisting with adjusting our front door automatic closure issue and adjusting and cleaning the crash bars to make them more user friendly . Once again, very pleased!!!!

After trying another local lock smith who was supposedly ordering parts to finish getting a key for our lock, we decided to call this company who sent out a great tech by the name of James who got the job done with 4 keys in literally 15 minutes and even did it for much cheaper than the competitors quoted. Give them a call!

The techs re-keyed our entire apartment complex. They were very professional, very considerate of the elderly people that live here. The two techs were very patient and worked very hard completeling the job in a vrey timely manner.

Sorry to say I dont have any pictures. They are great people working there. Took a long time to post because Im trying to move. Anyway. I had called the night before and they said it would cost me about 20 dollars to get my safe open. Well when I got there they opened it for me. When I asked how much I owed they said dont worry about it. They are very kind and generous and Im grateful to God for them and their help.

Brian and Matt were quick and professional when I needed my locks changed.

I needed to have 15 copies of a key made and to schedule a site survey for a building. I figured that 15 keys would take so long I could go grab a late lunch, come back and hang out for another 10 minutes or more. Imagine my surprise when James and Marcos brought out my keys before I even had timne to decide where to walk to for lunch. I mean that was super fast, the copies all worked and they were very helpful. Kinda ruined my lunch plans in a good way!

I locked my keys in my truck. Lucky for me I was in the parking lot at the Hillside Shopping Center so I was able to walk in to Greeley Lock & Key. They unlocked my truck and I had them make a second key for the next time I lock my keys inside. Great experience!

Our Water association of 8 members and each having a key to use the well. Master keys went missing along with one members key. It couldnt be rekeyed but Brian was able to bring tons of master keys to try in the lock. He arrived early and it no time he located a key that would work. I stopped at Greeley Lock and Key for an upgraded lock-set for my garage door. They have much better quality door hardware than your Lowe’s and Home Depo stuff. If you are looking for quality and real lock experience, Greeley Lock and Key is the place. They gave me an extra size latch to make sure I wouldn’t have any install issues. I will be purchasing more to finish the rest of my lock upgrades.
