Was fine, only one woman helped me find the safety boots. After she continued to work, no one else came around to help. But I did find some boots I liked.

Destiney our daughter 13yr been waiting for an Avitar jacket and My husband looked up the Jacket to be sold at boot barn... They didnt have L but it worked out cause they got to ship it out to Texas. Awesome experience 🙂 thanks

Boots I got were tiny so tight because the tongue was sewn to the boots. I returned them and they already gave my voucher to accounting and there was no way for me to get ahold of them to get the voucher back so an invoice (bill) does not get sent to my place of employment. I returned them 2 weeks later, they should have waited to send it out to accounting after the return time of 30 days, not before.

This is not the first time this has happened. I had planned on spending a large amount of money but thinks to this I will never shop here again! They greeted everybody else that came in the store except for me and they told everybody else to have a great day as they left even though they didnt buy anything except me just! You should never judge somebody by the way they look!😡

Just went to boot barn with my friend to help her shop for a whole outfit for a special event @ the boot barn in Greeley the Entire time there no one came to ask us If we needed anything, on top of the security walking around me and eyeing me the entire time I was looking for sizes and shirts for my friend... I never felt so uncomfortable and judge for being Mexican at a store . This is sad and disrespectful the clerk was short and making no effort to help and the security guard came up to me and my friend and asked us if we could hurry up and go because they were about to close the store, they had already began to drag the gate that closes the main entrance door 😐 not to mention my friend spend over 400 dollars on boots, belt, shirt etc ... Will never return to this store again !

I wanted to buy a pair of boots, but people on floor didnt want to help me. I asked if they had my size, and the girl walked away real quick, she was real hateful. Those people need people skills. I wonder if they thought I wasnt buying anything because I was Mexican, and didnt have money? I bought a pair of boots $149.00 The cashiers were friendly, they had people skills I like boot barn, I always get my boots there. Please train ur floor people to have people skills . Dont they get a commission for everything they sell?

I came in for waterproofing stuff for my boots. The clerk was knowledgeable, I found what I wanted, bought it, and left. Successful event.

Ordered a pickup a gal was nice enough and noticed me standing in line to ask. So it was a quick in and out... My only complaint is the security guy up front noticed I was carrying a box my wallet keys and my baby in his carseat he just smiled at me trying to get out the door... he easily could have opened the door for me. (Not bootbarns fault but just thought Id add it in there)

Nothing better than a store closing and gating up the 30 mins before closing time.I arrived at the Greeley,CO location at 7:35pm. As I pulled up, an associate was pulling the bars for the windows. As I have worked in retail before, I figured they were preparing to close. I exited my vehicle, walked up to the door, as I approached the door, the associate pulled the bars across the entry and stated they were closed. Door signage, and the stores webpage both stated the store to close at 8pm.That was absolutely the single worst experience hands down. It’s unfortunate as I have always loved supporting this store. I will no longer be shopping with them, and will make my purchases at Scheels from now on.A message for the store:You never know who will enter your store, and you never know what those people may spend. In store, you always track your sales and want to “beat” your daily goals. Disregarding your guests is one sure fire way to make sure your store under preforms and eventually closes.

Worst Boot barn ive ever been too the only person who greeted us was sicurity, no one asked if we needed some help finding anything. We waited to pay for a good 15 min girls kept passing by and they wouldnt say anything untill one came from the back and helped us. We asked if we can get my husbands boots streched out and the i belive new girl that helped us asked another girl if we can get them done with a rude voive she said i guess like really wowo!

Great selection of Boots.I have been trying to get a pair of quality boots for a while, finally found a perfect pair at a good price friendly staff and clean store thanks Boot Barn.

Probably one of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The women checking us out made me feel extremely rushed and not a priority at all.

The Greeley Boot Barn has been my go to for quite a while but something seems off with it recently. I went in a week ago to find Christmas cloths then come back two days later and the store is completely rearranged. Just an inconvenience until it happened again!! Now it’s just annoying. Meanwhile an older blonde lady is yelling at workers in front of the whole store. Very unprofessional. Then after the yelling is done she goes to lift a different workers shirt asking for her phone! What is this a school classroom? Normally the workers are cheerful but it seems like store moral is on a low. Management issues?

I had shopped a couple of times beacuse it was a great store. Today while shopping for Christmas gifts for my daughter. The store called the Greeley Police saying that my husband and I were removing tags. This was very humiliating as customers were watching as we were searched. My husband and I make and honest living and would have never expected this to happen to us. The police cleared us due to misunderstanding. I believe this was a racial by the manager and staff for being Hispanic. I ended leaving items that I was going to purchase and will never shop a this store again. Worst customer service ever.

Very upsetting. Social distancing not in place and manager made it worse when she literally put masking tape on the floor and was insistent on making people stand literally on top of each other instead of on the 6’ markers we are supposed to use. There’s a reason why local places are going out of business. Attempted to give them our money but we won’t buy here again due to her lack of seriousness and inability to abide by local regulations.

This store used to be our go-to shop for boots and western wear but we will never go back after our experience yesterday. Upon seeing the condition of the front door we should have just gotten back in our vehicle and went somewhere else. It was filthy, covered in handprints. Upon walking into the store we were greeted with a hello - no smile- and to my surprise NO MASK!!! Not one employee or customer was wearing masks. We were not offered help, and took a long time to find what we were looking for. Store looked unorganized and dirty. No sanitation was visible. Sad to say we even spent the $20 we did but that is the last dollar I will ever spend in that store and with that company who does not feel it necessary to require masks in a state where there is a mask mandate. Get it together, Boot Barn. Shame on you.

My granddaughter had mention to me that the lady who was helping her was very rude. The sad thing was my granddaughter didnt say this until after we left the store, if i had known this i would not have order her the boots she wanted.

The boot barn at 2651 w 29th st in Greeley Colorado is the absolute worst I’ve ever been to. I was there for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. After shopping for two and a half hours getting and trying on two hundred fifty dollars worth of clothes. I hung everything I had up on a rack neatly by the check out. and went to add a hundred ten dollar miss me jeans for my girlfriend to what I already had after she finally picked out the pair she wanted over a FaceTime call, I went to grab the stuff I had hung up and it was gone. apparently a couple of the five employees had nothing better to do than put everything I picked out the last two and a half hours away. And me literally being one out of the only three customers they had of xxl size which happened to be the size of everything I had hung up and nobody thought to ask the one person standing less than thirty feet away if they were his. So thanks to these top five employees that were there today on 10/14/20 from 10am-2:30pm that saved me $360.00.

Staff is great! They helped me with sizing as boots fit much differently than regular shoes. Also helped me with choosing some new pants( really good selection on both). One of my more enjoyable shopping experiences!

Less than friendly, less than helpful. Will not buy boots here again. The one time, after about 30 minutes, that I was offered help, the girl went to the back and 15 seconds later came back and said the didnt have what I was looking for, that all womens work boots were already on the floor. I watched the same associate go to the back to bring several pairs of womens work boots out to another young lady before that. Real nice. 👎🏻

Very disappointed with the service my husband and I received from the manager. She was rude and very argumentative. My husbands dad bought him an early Christmas present since he was in need of boots purchased Oct. 27 he got a waterproof Ariat pair something different because he usually gets the same pair we ordered online and picked up in store. Well the boots didn’t turn out to be waterproof and Nov. 30 we go in to get them exchanged because one boot was leaking. We walk in he barely starts to tell her what’s going on and she literally tells him I’m not changing them out unless you get something else. Very rude. She made it sound like we were lying and were trying to get one over on her or something. She was argumentative telling my husband almost how to be doing his job in boots. It was a complete joke, and once my husband told her he was a diesel mechanic, you would think she’d shut up about oil rig guys telling their friends and getting free boots. It was even causing a scene in the store we had receipts and everything she was just very rude. We finally got a new pair that my husband settled on and felt like he was forced into getting. I’m not one to pull the race card but my husband is mixed Hispanic/ African American and I’m Hispanic and after awhile it felt like she was just talking down to us like we couldn’t afford this store and needed to created this big story to get free boots. I’ve never dealt with someone so rude from the jump she assumed and categorized us. I only felt like this after because once she noticed I was wearing a cinch jacket she acted fake and tried getting us to buy more stuff because she had to give us a gift card since the boots she made my husband get were cheaper. I believe her name was Carolyn, but we won’t ever be shopping in the Greeley location again.

I have been buying cheap boots from Walmart for years. I work on an oil drilling rig and am on my feet for 12 hours straight most days. I bought a pair of Justin Commanders after trying a lot of different brands. I love these boots! I have only used them for one hitch but they seem to be very durable as well. The salesgirl at Boot Barn was very helpful as well. I highly recommend this establishment!

This place is pricey. I literally went in and looked at their steel toes and looked the products up online and bought the boots online for $40 less.The people who work here are sweet tough and I love the layout. Whoever plans the layout for this place really knows how to create a comfortable shopping environment.

Bought a pair of boots last year,I used only on weekends. boots started coming apart took them back to see what they could do for me and they said there was nothing they could do. This was not the 1st pair of boots I had bought at the Greeley boot barn but for sure will be the last pair. PS need to take better care of your customers

Stopped by the local BOOT BARN in Greeley and I was impressed with the wide selection of boots. I was not impressed with the prices. They were too high. I found the boots I wanted and did not purchase them there. I kept looking for a lower price, and I found the identicle boot at half price in a farm store in Kewanee, IL.

I like Boot Barn! I always buy my grandsons cowboy boots there, and at Christmas time they have great prices on them! Their customer service isnt very good though.

I was told by friends to try out the Boot Barn for my boot vouchers from work, because they have a wide selection of larger boots. When I got there there were two ladies, one was counting money and the other was just finishing up with someone. The first lady was a little short with me when I had said excuse me. She assumed I was asking for help when all I wanted to know was the location of the bathroom for my son. The other lady came over and offered her assistance. Unfortunately there wasnt the wide selection of larger boots. Only 5 my size. They did say they could order in for me but I couldnt return them if I didnt like them or they didnt fit because they were special order. So I left without boots but at least my boys pants were dry....ish😊

I love Boot Barn, but none of the boys boots that were supposed to be $24.99 were that price and not a big selection. But we still bought some!

Would give them a 0 for customer service. People instead of saying get lost act like you care. Call Boot companies and get to the bottom of the problem. Just don’t say to take a long walk off a short dock because a customer is a customer.

I usually love this place. The staff used to be so friendly, beyond helpful, and acknowledges your needs and wants and would be able to guide you right where you needed to be. Now the place is a fashion joke. I went there years ago wanting to buy my first pair of pink boots that i dreamed of for years. The lady who helped me was so amazing she knew exactly what I was trying to describe and got me exactly what I wanted and dreamed of. My friends hat needed help so bad. Never thought it would see daylight again. Yet another wonderful lady working there did her magic and brought the hat back to life, even found money inside the hat and gave it all back to him. They had good staff back then. As of recently, I had gone in and needed pants and my first pair of steel toe boots. She was there just for a paycheck and a fashion joke. She tried to help and get me the boots i needed. But was not very acknowledgable about any of it. She just wore them for fashion. I needed pants and she basically just guessed what size I might need. Was suppose to try them after I grabbed my boots. She brought them to the register and when We went to set the boots down and grab the pants to try on. Instead she just rang us up for the boots and didnt even bother letting me try the pants on or ring them up. What a joke that was.
